Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena anggaran responsive gender dalam penanggulan kemiskinan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan penyusun anggaran pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Tenaga Kerja, dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Sidenreng.hasil wawancara dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen-komponen dalam sikap birokrasi yaitu (1) komponen kognitif mengacu pada pemahaman, pengetahuan, kepercayaan aparatur terhadap anggaran responsive gender, (2) komponen efektif mengacu pada sikap aparatur pada anggaran responsive gender, (3) dan komponen behavior mengacu pada predisposisi aparatur terhadap anggaran responsive gender dalam bertindak. Hasil penilian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi fakta social material menjadi stimulus utama dalam melakukan penerapan anggaran responsive gender.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to reduce the environmental impact of plastic bottle waste by turning it into an economically valuable product, namely paving blocks. Plastic waste, especially plastic bottles, is one of the biggest contributors to environmental pollution. This program uses a collaborative governance method that involves Buha Village officials, thus the surrounding community is given education and training on how to process plastic bottle waste into paving blocks, starting from collection, shredding, mixing with materials such as sand and cement, to the printing process. The results of this activity show that the paving blocks produced have strength and quality that are suitable for light construction. In addition to reducing the amount of plastic waste, this program also opens up business opportunities for the local community. The active participation of the community in this program has a positive impact on increasing environmental awareness and local economic welfare. The community will collect plastic bottle waste through a waste Automatic Teller Mechine machine which will later become the basis for calculating royalties from the sale of paving blocks. The recycling process that has been carried out from plastic waste into paving blocks is very beneficial for the community and the environment itself.Keywords: plastic waste; paving blocks; waste management;environment Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari limbah botol plastik dengan mengubahnya menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, yaitu paving block. Limbah plastik, khususnya botol plastik, menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar dalam pencemaran lingkungan. Program ini menggunakan metode collaborative governance yang melibatkan perangkat Kelurahan Buha, dengan demikian masyarakat sekitar diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang cara pengolahan limbah botol plastik menjadi paving block, mulai dari pengumpulan, pencacahan, pencampuran dengan bahan-bahan seperti pasir dan semen, hingga proses pencetakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa paving block yang dihasilkan memiliki kekuatan dan kualitas yang layak digunakan untuk konstruksi ringan. Selain mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik, program ini juga membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal. Masyarakat akan mengumpulkan sampah botol plastic melalui mesin Automatic Teller Mechine sampah yang nantinya menjadi dasar perhitungan royalty dari penjualan paving block. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture changes in the manufacturing industry. The phenomenon behind this research is the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry in adapting to the dynamics of the business environment, such as technological developments, global competition, and demands for increased innovation and efficiency. Many manufacturing companies have difficulty adapting due to rigid organizational cultures and employee resistance to change. Transformational leadership is seen as an approach that is able to overcome these obstacles by encouraging adaptive, innovative, and performance-oriented cultural change through empowerment, motivation, and effective communication. This study uses a quantitative method with survey techniques as a data collection tool. A total of 121 respondents, consisting of employees in the manufacturing sector, were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 25 software to conduct validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the relationship and influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture change. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a significant influence in creating a more adaptive, innovative, and performance-oriented organizational culture. Factors such as effective communication, employee engagement, and an appreciation for creativity were found to be important elements in supporting such change. These findings suggest that the application of transformational leadership is particularly relevant in the dynamic manufacturing industry, especially in the face of market challenges and changing business environments. Leaders in this industry are expected to adopt transformational leadership to build a more responsive and productive organizational culture.

Abstract

Digital transformation in operations management has become an urgent need for companies to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness in the face of an increasingly complex and competitive business environment. Digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and big data provide opportunities for companies to optimize various aspects of operations. This article aims to explore how digital transformation can be applied in operations management to support these goals. The research method used is a literature review, where various previous studies and industry reports are analyzed to identify the benefits, challenges, and impacts of digital technology implementation on business operations. The results show that the implementation of digital technology enables companies to speed up workflows, reduce costs, improve process accuracy, and prepare the foundation for continuous innovation. In the discussion, it is also explained that although there are challenges in terms of investment costs, training, and data security, companies that successfully overcome these barriers will gain a significant competitive advantage. The implications of these findings are the importance of continued investment in technology and human capital development, as well as the adoption of sustainability strategies to support long-term growth.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in clothing sewing services are one of the important economic actors in the national economic ecosystem. However, the business activities they carry out are still carried out haphazardly and have never utilized the SWOT method to formulate business development strategies that are expected to be better. This research is related to the application of the SWOT method to sewing business services within the MSME scope with a case study of sewing service actors in Amurang. The data collection mechanism was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with several sewing service business actors. The results of the SWOT analysis study show that the company's position is in quadrant I which is related to aggressive strategy. Furthermore, this research also maps various strategy options in the W-T strategy cluster to increase opportunities and the W-O cluster strategy to minimize threats in the sewing services industry ecosystem. ABSTRAK Pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) jasa jahit pakaian merupakan salah satu pelaku ekonomi penting dalam ekosistem perekonomiaan nasional. Namun demikian, aktivitas usaha yang mereka lakukan masih dilakukan secara asal asalan dan belum pernah memanfaatkan penggunaan metode SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha yang diharapkan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini terkait dengan penerapan metode SWOT pada jasa usaha menjahit dalam lingkup UMKM dengan studi kasus pada pelaku jasa menjahit di amurang. Mekanisme pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa pelaku usaha jasa menjahit tersebut. Hasil kajian analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi perusahaan berada pada kuadran I yang berkaitan dengan strategi agresif. Selajutnya penelitian ini juga memetakan berbagai pilihan strategi pada klaster strategi W-T untuk meningkatkan peluang dan strategi klaster W-O untuk meminimalkan ancaman dalam ekosistem industri jasa jahit. Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mendorong inovasi di dalam organisasi, terutama di lingkungan bisnis yang bergerak cepat seperti perusahaan teknologi informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penting kepemimpinan transformasional dalam memfasilitasi inovasi organisasi dalam konteks industri teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan library research untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan. Melalui tinjauan terhadap literatur yang ada, artikel ini mengidentifikasi berbagai karakteristik kepemimpinan transformasional, seperti visi yang kuat, kharisma, keberanian, dan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi bawahan. Kepemimpinan transformasional mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung eksplorasi ide-ide baru, pengambilan risiko yang terukur, dan kreativitas tim. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat menjadi katalisator bagi inovasi organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di pasar teknologi informasi yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Becoming country prone to the occurrence of natural disasters, determination on risk variables affecting successful operation of disaster response service supply chain using supply chain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is undeniably important to support successfulness of humanitarian operation. However, scientific studies concerning on integrating SCOR into Risk evaluation of disaster response supply chain is rarely found in references. To response such gap, this paper presents a conceptual model on integrating disaster response supply chain FMEA with Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) to determine a conceptual risk-based performance evaluation model in disaster response supply chain. A framework on integrating Service Supply Chain FMEA with SCOR is presented coupled with a decision support model for evaluating criticality of risk-based performance index and followed with discussions and new opportunity for further investigations. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) Pakis Sabilulungan is a business entity that houses small, micro and medium-sized businesses located in Mekarsari Village, Pasirjambu, Bandung, Indonesia. At present, BUM Desa Pakis has begun to pioneer several businesses including the production of snacks, coffee, crafts, and clothing. But there are obstacles where marketing is still limited to one sub-district and income tends to stagnate. Therefore, we need an internet-based technology that is able to help marketing more broadly and more easily than the current situation. The proposed technology in BUM Desa Pakis is a web-based e-marketplace, where all business owners can sell goods on the same platform. In its development, the prototyping method was used. This is because BUM Desa needs a description of the application that will be used before further development. The results of the e-Marketplace development on BUM Desa show that the marketing process can be carried out faster, payments can be made through bank transfers and delivery can be done through expeditions. Abstract

Lebih dari satu tahun terakhir perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami pelemahan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Jumlah kasus positif semakin meningkat sedangkan kekuatan ekonomi masyarakat semakin melemah. Akibat pandemi Covid-19, pendapatan harian menurun tajam sehingga berpotensi mematikan kehidupan perekonomian UMKM. Hal ini perlu diwaspadai agar UMKM dapat bertahan di tengah kondisi yang tidak menentu. UMKM dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi dan mencari terobosan, bukan hanya untuk keberlangsungannya, akan tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan peluang di tengah pandemi. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM yaitu penggunaan teknologi pemasaran secara online atau yag disebut digital marketing. Hal ini terkait fakta di lapangan bahwa banyak UMKM di daerah yang belum mengetahui cara pemasaran online serta teknik pemasaran produk yang optimal. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pelaku UMKM untuk membangun ekosistem digital dengan pemasaran online atau digital marketing di saat pandemi Covid-19. Objek dalam pengabdian adalah pelaku usaha UMKM yang berada di kota Manado. Diharapkan hasil dari pelatihan program kemitraan masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan strategi pemasaran digital bagi mitra UMKM sehingga dapat bertahan pada kondisi pandemi dan terhindar dari potensi bangkrut akibat pandemi Covid-19.
