Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve positive communication skills and foster self-confidence in students at Antasan Besar 7 Elementary School, Banjarmasin. The background to this activity is the results of observations showing that some students still have low communication skills and lack of self-confidence, characterized by shyness, nervousness, and reluctance to speak in public. The training was conducted by students of Lambung Mangkurat University on September 17, 2025, involving 16 fifth-grade students. The implementation method included preparation, interactive training, role-playing, speaking simulations in front of the class, and evaluation through pre-post observation and questionnaires. The training materials included understanding positive communication, the use of polite language, emotional control, eye contact, and facial expressions, as well as self-confidence-building exercises through the activities "Dare to Speak" and "Introduce Myself". The evaluation results showed an increase in students' average scores in the aspects of participation, positive attitudes, and courage to speak in front of the class after participating in the training. This activity has proven effective in helping students develop interpersonal communication skills and strengthen self-confidence, as well as having a positive impact on a more supportive learning atmosphere in the elementary school environment.

Abstract

Urgensi dari pengabdian ini terkait bidang ekonomi kreatif dan yang akan dikembangkan sebagai produk unggulan daerah berupa usaha kain sasirangan perwarna alam berkarakter kearifan lokal berbasis Lingkungan Lahan Basah Desa Tatah Mesjid, Kecamatan Alalak, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, Kalimatan Selatan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan dan pemanfaatan digital marketing (marketplace Toko Shopee, IG Bisnis, dan Tiktok Shop) dan pembuatan toko online sebagai media pemasaran pada Kelompok Usaha Desa Tatah Mesjid dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang ibu-ibu. Sebelumnya peserta telah dilatih pembuatan kain sasirangan pewarna alam pada Program Dosen Wajib Mengabdi (PDWA) Universitas Lambung Mangkurat tahun 2024. Kegiatan kali ini merupakan program pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat dari DPPM Kemdiktisaintek tahun 2025. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Selain itu perlu diberikan pendampingan pascapelatihan bagi peserta yang masih kesulitan untuk mengelola keuangan dan kesulitan dalam mengelola media pemasaran dan mengoperasikan website toko online www.tatahmesjid.com. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang signifikan berdasarkan kemampuan peserta yang sebelumnya lemah pada literasi keuangan dan pemanfaatan digital marketing.

Abstract

The K Index, which serves as the basis for revenue sharing between palm oil mills and smallholders, still exhibits monthly fluctuations that should not theoretically occur. This condition highlights the need for a more consistent, standardized, and user-friendly K Index calculation system supported by digital applications. This study aims to develop and validate the K-SMARD application as an information system for the automated calculation and reporting of the K Index. System development employed the waterfall model, while testing used real K Index data from palm oil mills and was evaluated using a comparative statistical approach against the conventional Excel-based method. The results show that K-SMARD produces accurate and consistent K Index values with no significant differences, while improving efficiency and reporting reliability.

Abstract

Digital ethics frameworks play a crucial role in shaping corporate governance in tech startups, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust within organizations. As digital technologies continue to evolve and become more integrated into daily operations, startups face both opportunities and challenges related to the ethical implications of these technologies. In emerging markets like Indonesia, the adoption of these frameworks remains limited due to resource constraints, lack of awareness, and resistance to formalizing governance structures. This study explores how Indonesian tech startups integrate digital ethics frameworks into their governance policies and examines the associated benefits and challenges. Through interviews with governance managers and key decision-makers in these startups, the study identifies key trends, including improved transparency and enhanced stakeholder relationships for startups that implement digital ethics practices. However, barriers such as limited expertise, organizational misalignment, and the flexible nature of startups present significant hurdles. The study also highlights the impact of digital ethics on corporate reputation and investor confidence, with startups benefiting from a stronger market presence and increased funding opportunities. In comparison to global practices, Indonesian startups face additional challenges due to cultural attitudes towards corporate responsibility, regulatory gaps, and a slower market readiness for ethical governance reforms. The study provides recommendations for regulatory bodies to create clear guidelines for digital ethics adoption and suggests promoting training for startup leaders to help them integrate these frameworks effectively into their governance policies. These actions can support the long-term sustainability of tech startups, fostering responsible innovation and ethical business practices.

Abstract

Peningkatan kesadaran terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan menuntut industri kreatif untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan melalui inovasi dan kemampuan adaptif organisasi. Namun, pelaku industri kreatif di wilayah lahan basah masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam penerapan inovasi ramah lingkungan dan penguatan kolaborasi usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model inovasi keberlanjutan industri kreatif berbasis green innovation, collaborative core values, dan green dynamic capability dalam meningkatkan sustainable competitive advantage. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Populasi penelitian adalah pelaku industri kreatif sektor kerajinan dan fashion di Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru, dan Kabupaten Banjar dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Collaborative core values berpengaruh terhadap green innovation dan sustainable competitive advantage. Green innovation terbukti meningkatkan sustainable competitive advantage, sedangkan green dynamic capability mampu memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi budaya kolaboratif, inovasi hijau, dan kapabilitas dinamis menjadi strategi penting dalam membangun daya saing industri kreatif berbasis keberlanjutan di wilayah lahan basah.

Abstract

The integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has emerged as a critical strategy for modern digital enterprises aiming to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. This study examines the impact of CRM-ERP integration on customer satisfaction, personalized service, and organizational responsiveness. By adopting a mixed-methods approach, this research combines quantitative customer data analysis and qualitative managerial interviews to assess the benefits and challenges of CRM-ERP integration. Key findings highlight significant improvements in customer experience, with increased satisfaction and personalized interactions facilitated by a unified view of customer data. Operational efficiencies were also realized through streamlined processes, better alignment of departments, and enhanced decision-making based on real-time, data-driven insights. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as system integration complexities, data fragmentation, and resistance to change were identified, which hindered the speed of integration and full utilization of the systems. This study demonstrates that CRM-ERP integration provides a competitive advantage by improving both customer service and business agility, particularly in industries undergoing digital transformation. For digital enterprises, integrating these systems is crucial for maintaining a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints and achieving greater operational effectiveness. The paper concludes by suggesting future research on the long-term impact of CRM-ERP integration on customer loyalty, business growth, and the potential role of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain in further enhancing these systems.
