Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work team variables, communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT Agro Wira Ligatsa West Pasaman. This type of research uses quantitative methods, data collection through distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents using total sampling, namely non-random sampling techniques. By using instrument test testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that work teams have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Employee Job Involvement, Job Loyalty, and Team Cooperation on Employee Performance at PT. Agro Wira Ligatsa Pasaman Barat. The independent variables used in this study are Employee Job Involvement, Job Loyalty, and Team Cooperation. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is Employee Performance. The determination of the research sample uses the Total Sampling method, and a sample of 112 employees is obtained. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of employee job involvement on employee performance, thus accepting the first hypothesis. There is a significant influence of job loyalty on employee performance, thus accepting the second hypothesis. There is a significant influence of team cooperation on employee performance, thus accepting the third hypothesis

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance in Perumda Tirta Khayangan (full river city). The variables used in this research include the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y), and the independent variables, namely transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2). This type of research uses a quantitative method, wanting to collect data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using total sampling, namely a non-random sampling technique. By using instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study has a problem formulation, namely whether price perception affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether promotion affects consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce and whether online customer reviews affect consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And this study aims to determine whether price perceptions, promotions, and online customer reviews have an effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. The research method used is the Explanatory Research method. The sample obtained is 80 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the price perception variable partially had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. While the promotion variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce. And the online customer review variable partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Lazada e-commerce.Keywords: Buying Interest, Price Perception, Promotion, Online Customer Review

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel kinerja ekonomi, kinerja lingkungan, dan kinerja sosial terhadap GHRM (Green Human Resource Management). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan data primer. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja ekonomi, kinerja lingkungan, dan kinerja sosial secara signifikan mempengaruhi GHRM, dengan nilai P-values yang lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi alfa 5%. Koefisien regresi masing-masing variabel menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan GHRM, yang menandakan bahwa peningkatan satu satuan dalam kinerja ekonomi, lingkungan, atau sosial diharapkan akan mengakibatkan peningkatan sebesar 0,237, 0,333, dan 0,238 satuan dalam GHRM, secara berturut-turut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi praktisi dan peneliti dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik.Kata kunci: GHRM, Triple Bottom Line,UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of work stress variables on employee performance (Case Study of Bank Nagari Siteba Branch), to test the influence of job satisfaction variables on employee performance (Case Study of Bank Nagari Siteba Branch). Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents using saturated sampling techniques, where all members of the population were sampled, using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression and t tests with the help of SPSS application. The results of the research show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Case Study of Bank Nagari Siteba Branch), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Case Study of Bank Nagari Siteba Branch)

The variables used in this study include the dependent variable, which is employee performance (Y), and the independent variables, namely work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2). The type of this research is quantitative method, data collection through questionnaire distribution to 118 respondents using total sampling technique. By conducting instrument test (validity test and reliability test), assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Capital expenditure is a form of capital creation, which includes investments and expenditures made to acquire or develop assets with an expected economic return period of more than one year. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of capital expenditure on local revenue (PAD) and balancing funds in districts/cities in West Sumatra Province in 2019-2023. The research method used is a quantitative research method. This data comes from the following websites: https://www.bps.go.id/ and https://djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/, which are managed by the Indonesian Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK). This research uses 95 reports covering the years 2019-2023 covering districts/cities in West Sumatra province, to examine the realization of local original income, balancing funds, and district/city capital expenditures in West Sumatra province, namely using the Econometric Views (EViews) version of the software. 10 using descriptive statistical tests, model feasibility, classical assumptions, panel data regression, hypotheses, and the Adjusted R Square coefficient test used in data analysis. The findings of this study confirm the null hypothesis that balancing funds do not influence capital expenditure positively and significantly, but local revenue influences capital expenditure positively and significantly.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to determine the effect of compensation     and motivation on employee performance at PT. Transco Energi Utama POM. This study is a descriptive quantitative research. The research was conducted at PT. Transco Energi Utama POM, located in Nagari Tigo Sungai, Pancung Soal District, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is SPSS. The sample consisted of 92 individuals, selected using probability sampling methods. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that both compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation and Performance.
