Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor terpenting dalam usaha pencapaian keberhasilan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk menguji apakah stres kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas Tanjung Alai. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas yang beralamat di Tanjung Alai, Kec. XIV Koto, Kab.Mukomuko, Prov.Bengkulu. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah menggunakan SPSS. Penentuan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan metode Total Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 110 orang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa stress kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources are the key that must be paid attention to because human resources or workforce play an important role in the success and achievement of an organization's goals. The organization itself is a collection of several people who try to carry out the organization's goals as best as possible. By increasing the quality of human resources, it is hoped that it can improve employee performance. Every company will always try to improve the performance of its employees, with the hope that company and individual goals can be achieved. Work is a human obligation that must be fulfilled with the aim of meeting life's needs now and in the future. Working is not just about earning income and pursuing wealth, but working must also be based on the norms and rules that exist in the workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational and environmental commitment variables on job satisfaction of employees of the South Solok Regency Regent Office. This type of study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires to 80 saturated sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques if all members of the population are used as samples. Hereby using instrument test testing, (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicolonarity test and heterokedasticity test), then multiple linear regression and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS application. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the South Solok Regency Regent Office and the work environment has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of South Solok Regent Office employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance (Case Study of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Padang Panjang City, to test the impact of compensation variables on employee performance (Case Study of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Padang Panjang City. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents using saturated sampling techniques, where all members of the population were sampled, using instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Case Study of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Padang Panjang City, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in (Study Case of the Padang Panjang City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the variable Leadership on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). to examine the impact of the variable Motivation on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), to examine the impact of the Variable of Work Discipline on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents, by using test instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), kelompok acuan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Smartphone Merek OPPO di Ulak Desa Karang Selatan, Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone merek Oppo di Desa Ulak Karang Selatan Padang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, jumlah responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Oppo di Desa Ulak Karang Selatan Padang. Kemudian kelompok Acuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Oppo di Desa Ulak Karang Selatan Padang. Terakhir promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Oppo di Desa Ulak Karang Selatan Padang.

Abstract

One way to improve employee performance is to pay attention to the level of stress they experience. In addition to stress, workload is also a factor that affects employee performance. Although a heavy workload can spur increased performance, if the workload is too excessive, performance can actually decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance at Bank Nagari, Main Branch of West Sumatra. Through the questionnaire method with samples using purposive sampling techniques, there were 163 respondents who were used as samples in this study. In the hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Nagari, Main Branch of West Sumatra and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Nagari, Main Branch of West Sumatra.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide insights, learning experiences, and business opportunities for students and provide lecturers with a perspective on MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) activities. The production of healthy tofu is the choice of location for service because tofu is a source of nutritious food needed by all levels of society. The demand for tofu in the market is a demand that continues to repeat every day. Various variants derived from tofu can also be developed as a source of business income. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with tofu factory owners, the process of making healthy tofu can be explained. Various necessary equipment, quality raw materials, and production results are presented descriptively and supplemented by photos taken during the service process. The process of making healthy tofu begins with soybean soaking, grinding, filtering, and printing healthy tofu. Then the tofu produced is processed into various variants, such as tofu stuffed meatballs, soy milk, and stuffed tofu. The service activities carried out have gone according to plan and have provided entrepreneurial insights for students as one of the ideas in doing business.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan, pengalaman belajar dan peluang berusaha bagi mahasiswa dan memberikan dosen prespektif tentang aktivitas UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) dan merupakan sumber bahan pembelajaran bagi mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Sulitnya lapangan pekerjaan di sector formal merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi sebagai lembaga yang turut bertanggung jawab bagi lulusannya. Pembuatan tahu sehat menjadi pilihan lokasi untuk pengabdian karena tahu merupakan sumber makanan yang bergizi yang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Permintaan tahu dipasaran merupakan permintaan yang terus berulang setiap harinya. Berbagai varian yang berasal dari tahu juga bisa dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pemilik pabrik tahu dapat dijelaskan proses pembuatan tahu sehat. Berbagai peralatan yang diperlukan, bahan baku yang berkualitas, hasil produksi dipaparkan secara deskriptif dan ditambah dengan foto-foto yang diambil selama proses pengabdian dilakukan. Proses pembuatan tahu sehat dimulai dengan perendaman kedelai, penggilingan, penyaringan, pencetakan tahu sehat. Kemudian tahu yang dihasilkan diolah menjadi berbagai varian, seperti tahu isi bakso, susu kedelai dan tahu isi. Pemasaran tahu sehat meliputi berbagai hotel, café, rumah makan dan warga masyarakat yang langsung datang membeli tahu ke pabrik. Karena tahu sehat tidak dijual di pasar seperti tahu lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan telah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan telah memberikan wawasan berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa sebagai salah satu ide dalam berusaha. Dosen dapat menambah wawasan tentang aktivitas UMKM dan menjadi bahan ajar pada matakuliah kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stres variables, non-physical work environment on turnover intention of employees at the Plantation Processing Office of PT. Kencana Palm Oil Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection is done through questionnaires to 144 respondents using Saturated sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as sample.Using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work stres has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Where multiple linear regression produces Y = 12,867 + 0.149 (X1) + 0.221 (X2) + 0.091 (X3) and the first hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.386 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the t-table value. alpha (0.018 <0.05). This shows that H1 is accepted, which means that work stress has a positive effect on employee performance. And the second hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (3.654 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.000 <0.05). This shows that H2 is accepted, which means that workload has a positive effect on employee performance. And the third hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.082 > 1.655) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.039 <0.05). This shows that H3 is accepted, which means that the non-physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The high level of turnover intention in the automotive sector, especially in motorcycle dealerships, is a serious challenge for human resource management. This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work environment on turnover intention in Honda Gajah Motor Padang employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 165 employees selected through total sampling technique. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, and the data collected is primary data. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, with the help of the latest version of the SPSS program. The results showed that partially workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Thus, it can be concluded that high workload and non-conducive work environment contribute to the increasing intention of employees to leave the company. This research provides practical implications for management in designing workload management strategies and improving the quality of the work environment to reduce turnover intention.
