Abstract

Salah satu isi formulir rekam medis yaitu persetujuan tindakan kedokteran ( Informed Consent ) . Persetujuan tindakan yang diberikan oleh pasien atau keluarga terdekat setelah mendapat penjelasan secara lengkap mengenai tindakan kedokteran atau kedokteran gigi yang akan dilakukan terhadap pasien. Formulir persetujuan tindakan kedokteran harus diisi lengkap karena berkaitan dengan aspek hukum rekam medis sebagai perlindungan hukum, baik itu pasien maupun tenaga kesehatan yang dituntut oleh pihak pasien. Mengetahui tinjauan aspek hukum kelengkapan formulir persetujuan tindakan kedokteran di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah Jenis literature review, dengan database pencarian Google Scholar dan Garuda untuk mendapatkan artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dari tujuh artikel didapatkan hanya dua artikel kelengkapan pengisiannya 100%, maka aspek hukum formulir sudah kuat, sedangkan pada autentikasi tidak ada artikel yang pengisiannya lengkap, angka kelengkapan paling tinggi 92,28%, maka aspek hukum formulir masih rendah. Faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan yaitu dokter mengisi formulir terburu-buru, kurang teliti, lupa, keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya implementasi dari dokter, belum ada kebijakan dan standar prosedur oprasional. Upaya pebaikan dilakukan yaitu melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi, rekam medis dikembalikan kepetugas yang bertanggung jawab mengisi. Kesimpulan Aspek hukum kelengkapan pengisian identifikasi dan autentikasi masih rendahjika dijadikan alat bukti didepan hukum. Faktor penyebab pada umumnya disebabkan kurang teliti, terburu-buru dan keterbatasannya waktu. Upaya untuk mencegah pada umumnya dikembalikan ke penanggungjawab yang melengkapi rekam medis

Abstract

DAS Bendo adalah sebagian daerah yang berkontribusi terhadap kejadian banjir di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Guna mengetahui tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Bendo dipakai parameter curah hujan, kemiringan lereng, jenis tanah, penggunaan lahan, ketinggian lahan, dan kerapatan sungai dalam penelitian ini. Metode scoring dan overlay digunakan untuk mengolah parameter melalui software ArcGIS 10.4 sehingga dapat dihasilkan peta tingkat kerawanan banjir. Peta yang dihasilkan cukup akurat dengan menunjukkan tiga tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Bendo yaitu tidak rawan, cukup rawan, dan sangat rawan. Daerah tidak rawan banjir berada di bagian hulu DAS sebesar 30%/12,0km2. Daerah rawan banjir sebesar 43%/17,3km2 berada pada bagian tengah DAS. Sementara itu, daerah sangat rawan banjir berada pada bagian hilir DAS sebesar 27%/10,7km2. Tingkat kerawanan banjir tersebut dominan dipengaruhi oleh kemiringan lereng di DAS Bendo.

Permasalahan secara umum berkaitan dengan kompetensi pemuda karanga taruna cipta karya yang terkait dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia, Kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh karang taruna cipta karya desa Mantasal menjadi alasan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pengembangan sumber daya manusia karang taruna cipta karya di Desa mantasala Kabupaten Morowali. metode pelaksanaan program pengandian kepada masyarakat tahap Pemilihan Lokasi Pengabdian, tahap Pengusulan, tahap Pengumpulan data, Tahap Persiapan Pelaksanaan, tahap Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, tahap Pelaporan Hasil Pengabdian. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman konsep dan motivasi peserta khususnya pemuda karang taruna cipta karya desa mantasala perlunya pengembangan diri dan memiliki kompetensi dan akan mulai untuk mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen menggunakan Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 responden dan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara simultan citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu. Secara parsial citra perusahaan, citra pemakai dan citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Bengkel Dinamo Mobil di Kota Palu.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of shariah marketing characteristics consisting of theistic, ethical, realistic, and humanistic on the satisfaction of customer savers at Bank BNI Syariah in Palu City. Type of this research is a combination of descriptive and casual research. This research was condusted to the general public who are saving customers at BNI Syariah Bank in Palu city and the number of samples determined was 50 respondent, then the sample was taken based on the Systematic Sampling Method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method with the help of software analysis tools SPSS version 16. Data that has fulfilled the test of the research instrument and classical assumption test is processed so that it produces a regression equation that is Y = 0,931 - 0,061X1 - 0,032X2 + 0,494X3 + 0,385X4. Hypothesis testing shows that the four independent variables: theistic, ethical, realistic,  humanistic proven to simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of saver customer satisfaction at Bank BNI Syariah in Palu City. While partially theistic and ethical variables do not have a significant effect because they have a significanse value above 0,05.  Keywords:  Theistic, Etichal, Realistic, Humnaistic, Customer Satisfaction.  Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik syariah marketing yang terdiri dari teistis, etis, realistis, dan humanistis terhadap kepuasan nasabah penabung pada Bank BNI Syariah di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan gabungan antara penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada masyarakat umum yang menjadi nasabah penabung pada Bank BNI Syariah di Kota Palu dan jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 50 responden, kemudian sampel tersebut diambil berdasarkan metode Sampling Sistematis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan alat analisis software SPSS versi 16. Data yang telah memenuhi uji instrumen penelitian dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 0,931 - 0,061X1 - 0,032X2 + 0,494X3 + 0,385X4. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen yaitu teistis, etis, realistis, dan humanistis terbukti secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan nasabah penabung pada Bank BNI Syariah di Kota Palu. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel teistis dan etis tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan karena memiliki nilai signifikansi diatas 0,05. Kata Kunci: Teistis, Etis, Realistis, Humanistis, Kepuasan Nasabah.

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially e-commerce, has brought about fundamental changes in the way business is conducted. This article presents a literature review of how business development can be achieved through implementing e-commerce strategies. E-commerce not only provides greater access to consumers but also opens up new opportunities for business actors to increase operational efficiency, optimize supply chains, and expand market share. The discussion began by detailing recent developments in e-commerce technology and their impact on business transformation. Next, the focus is placed on business development strategies that can be implemented by business people to optimize the benefits of e-commerce. This research highlights the importance of adaptation and innovation as key elements in facing changing market dynamics. By understanding the potential of e-commerce and implementing the right strategies, businesses can gain a significant competitive advantage and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

This research examines waqf's potential to revitalize economies during crisis-induced recessions. It presents an analysis of economists' theories on recession causes, addressing factors such as the separation between financial and real sectors and the influence of price speculation. The historical context of 20th and 21st-century economic recessions is explored, highlighting the consistent repercussions of reduced economic growth and activity. Additionally, the study delves into waqf's development across countries, revealing significant asset values yet limited productivity. We found various models of waqf development that offer avenues for progress, with potential economic benefits including increased economic activities, enhanced economic growth, price stability, improved production, reduced unemployment, and wealth disparity reduction. Despite this potential, we found that waqf's global impact remains limited due to inadequate administration, weak management, and a lack of government support. The research underscores the importance of effective waqf management and supportive policies to unlock its full potential and contribute to global economic stability.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the legal aspects of the execution of tax arrears assets that have been tied to Mortgages in State-Owned Banks. This type of research is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials were obtained through library studies and supplemented by interviews. The collected legal materials are then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the tax office has the right to receive prepayment for the execution of the taxpayer's property due to a tax debt. State-owned banks also have the right to receive repayments first compared to other creditors for the execution of mortgage objects, as a result of default by the debtor. In this case, the Tax Office and the State-Owned Bank both have the right to receive payment first compared to other parties. Based on the applicable regulations, there is no article that specifically and in detail regulates which payment should be prioritized if the Tax Office and State-Owned Bank both have an interest in the execution of the same object for the settlement of tax debts and debts to creditors. Therefore, it is necessary to coordination between the Tax Office and State-Owned Banks to obtain solutions in solving problems, with consequences that are not detrimental to the Tax Office and State-Owned Banks.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the service marketing strategies implemented by Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City in increasing parents' interest in this school. Kun Anta Preschool is an Islamic-based Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institution with the Montessori learning method. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with parents and teaching staff at Kun Anta Preschool Kasturi Branch. Direct observations were also carried out to understand practices in schools. The population of this study involved parents and teaching staff at Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City. The research results showed that Kun Anta Preschool used several effective marketing strategies. They utilize social media such as Instagram and Facebook to create interesting content that increases the school's visibility in the community. One of the unique things about Kun Anta is the application of the Montessori learning method which is only applied by this school, which is a special attraction for parents. The obstacles faced by Kun Anta Preschool include the large school fees, but they are proportional to the facilities provided. However, the school's good reputation and the quality of early childhood education are strong factors that make parents interested in enrolling their children. This marketing strategy succeeded in increasing parents' interest in Kun Anta Preschool. In conclusion, the marketing strategy implemented by Kun Anta Preschool, Kasturi Branch, Palu City, especially through social media and unique learning methods, played an important role in increasing parents' interest. Positive factors such as the school's reputation and the quality of early childhood education also determine parents' decisions to enroll their children at Kun Anta Preschool. This research provides an in-depth understanding of how marketing strategies can influence parents' perceptions of a PAUD institution.

Abstract

Pombewe Huntap is a relocation place for residents affected by disasters in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, especially for residents from Oloboju, Jono Oge, Loru, and Pombewe Villages. The majority of Pombewe Huntap residents work in the agriculture, livestock and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs have a vital role in national economic growth, but their development in Pombewe Huntap still faces obstacles. The purpose of this research is to find the best way to develop MSMEs to improve the economy of the Pombewe Huntap community in Sigi Regency. The results showed that Pombewe Huntap MSMEs face major problems related to capital, marketing, and production. This study suggests the village government to improve existing programs to support MSMEs, including training, financial assistance, and provision of equipment, as well as consistent evaluation of results.
