Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara pencapaian angkut dengan standar kapasitas angkut ekspor di PT. Angkasa Adibayu Buana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengumpulan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memperoleh data melalui sumber-sumber baik berupa buku, jurnal, skripsi, telaah pustaka (Library Research) dan data-data ekspor tahunan mulai dari tahun 2015-2017. Penulis akan menganalisis dan menjelaskan permasalahan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh lalu mengaitkannya dengan teori dan konsep yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada periode tahun 2015 hingga tahun 2017 pencapaian ekspor menunjukkan kecenderungan yang semakin meningkat. Hal ini terlihat dari data ekspor dari tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2017 yang terus meningkat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah karena nilai Z hitung berada pada daerah penerimaan H0, maka terima H0, tolak Ha . Jadi tidak ada perbedaan antara pencapaian angkut dengan standar kapasitas angkut ekspor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intergrasi logistik, kinerja rantai pasok, baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kecepatan distribusi serta hubungan Kecepatan distribusi dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan PT. Yicheng Logistics – Indonesia. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Yicheng Logistics – Indonesia . Sampel penelitiannya adalah 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variable dependen terhadap variabel independen digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Intergrasi logistik (X1), kinerja rantai pasok (X2) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan distribusi (Y).Sedangkan Kecepatan distribusi (Y) pengaruhnya sangat sinifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahan (Z)

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana tujuannya untuk menggambarkan keadaan atas fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SWOT analisis, objek dalam penelitian ini mewawancarai sebanyak 20 siswa/taruna SMK Pelayaran Dewaruci yang sedang mengikuti ujian kepelautan ahli nautika tingkat IV (ANT-IV). Hasil analisis Mengambarkan Kekuatan yang dimiliki Pada SMK Pelayaran Dewaruci dimana 5 faktornya yaitu Financial yayasan, Guru kejuruan berstandar Internasional, Sarana dan Prasarana, Memperoleh ISO 9001:2015, Akreditasi A dan Approval Perhubungan Laut mampu mengurangi kelemahan yaitu Peralihan siswa dari umum ke kejuruan, financial siswa, Bahasa Inggris (Internasional), Proses pembelajaran yang lama, Ego sektoral antar dinas pendidikan dan perhubungan laut, mampu memanfaatkan peluang yaitu Pangsa pasar tenaga pelaut Indonesia, Pangsa pasar tenaga pelaut Internasional, Bekerja sama dengan perusahaan pelayaran, SMK Pelayaran 10 besar peluang kerja yang dicari, Respon positif masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan, dan mampu mengatasi ancaman yaitu Persaingan dengan pelaut Filipina, Persaingan dengan lembaga pendidikan pelayaran negeri, Persaingan harga dengan lembaga pendidikan pelayaran lainnya (swasta), Lembaga pendidikan lain memegang pangsa pasar besar, Kurangnya dukungan pemerintah dalam promosi pelaut Indonesia pada SMK pelayaran Dewaruci dan pada matriks internal-eksternal (IE) menunjukkan bahwa kondisi SMK Pelayaran Dewaruci berada pada pada sel 5, pada sel 5 di matriks internal-eksternal (IE) mendapatkan nilai diantara 2 sampai 3 dalam posisi sedang (rata-rata) dan peluang yang ditawarkan juga sedang, dalam posisi tersebut SMK Pelayaran Dewaruci dapat menerapkan konsentrasi pertumbuhan melalui integrasi horizontal yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi taruna/i.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran Struktur Pasar, Perilaku dan Kinerja dari Industri Perkebunan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SCP dengan pendekatan CF4 dan HHI. Hasil pengolahan dengan CF4 dari tahun 2011-2015 ada penurunan nilai CF4 nilai tahun 2011 (81.59%), 2012 (80.01%), 2013 (69.45%), 2014 (72.23%), 2015 (78.90%). Demikian juga dengan dengan analisis HHI pada tahun 2011 (2757.89), 2021 (2276), 2013 (1347.83), 2014 1545.60) dan trakhir 2015 (1992.39). Bedasasrkan data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan menunjukkan secara Struktur Perkebunan di Indosesia berada pada kondisi Oligopoli Ketat namun dengan analisis HHI berada pada kondisi Oligopoli Ketat dan biasa. Berdasarkan analisis Perilaku maka perusahaahn dalam industri Perkebunan menggunakan dua strategi yaitu strategi Pemasaran dan Strategi Penetapan Harga. Berdasarkan analisis Kinerja maka perusahaan dalam industri perkebunan yang tergolong dalam CF4 lebih menikmati keuntungan yang lebih besar dibandingkan yang di luar CF4.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan autogate system di PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Area 2 Tanjung Priok. (2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran kegiatan Truck Round di PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Area 2 Tanjung Priok. (3) Untuk mengetahui optimalisasi penerapan autogate system dalam menunjang kelancaran kegiatan (TRT) di PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Area 2 Tanjung Priok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah gambaran Penerapan Autogate System menunjukkan bahwa PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Area 2 Tanjung Priok telah menggunakan autogate system dalam rangka percepatan kegiatan operasional. Gambaran Kegiatan Truck Round menujukkan kegiatan truck dan juga dukungan dari manajemen sangat dibutuhkan dalam implementasi terminal operating system yang baru. Optimalisasi Penerapan Autogate System dapat meningkatkan kelancaran kegiatan operasional khususnya pelayanan di gate.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role in economic growth, both at the international and national levels. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a global crisis that has hit the tourism sector around the world, including Indonesia. Restrictions on movement and mobility of people between regions, health concerns, and uncertainty have led to a drastic decline in tourism activity and the tourism sector has seen a significant drop in revenue. This has had a social impact, with many workers in the tourism sector losing their jobs or experiencing significant pay cuts. To recover the tourism sector, business innovation in the tourism sector can be done, including in terms of marketing and finding new markets. The government and tourism industry players work together to develop policies and strategies for sustainable tourism growth. This article discusses business innovation in tourism in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially regarding improving the attractiveness and experience of tourist visitors, as well as operational efficiency while supporting nature and animal conservation efforts at Taman Safari Indonesia in Bogor. The method used in this article is a literature study using qualitative data. The data used comes from journals, scientific papers, and news from several online news sources that have been published in advance, which represent several cases and situations of the tourism industry in Indonesia before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this research are several innovations including improving Virtual Experiences, developing Digital Applications and Platforms, Using "Contactless" Technology, focusing on natural attractions that encourage tourist interest and visits. These innovations can help tourism businesses in Indonesia overcome the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the number of tourist visits and tourism revenue. In addition, these business innovations can also help overcome the negative impacts and support the recovery of the tourism sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of laboratory analyst performance, examination equipment, and work environment on patient satisfaction at Hospital X through the efficiency of laboratory test result waiting times. This research employs a quantitative method. The sample consists of the entire population, using a saturated sampling/census technique, which includes 15 laboratory staff and 15 patients who visited the laboratory at Hospital X, selected through a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis was carried out using the Smart PLS 4 method. The results are as follows: 1) Laboratory analyst performance, examination equipment, and work environment do not influence the efficiency of laboratory test result waiting times. 2) Laboratory analyst performance, examination equipment, and work environment do not influence patient satisfaction at Hospital X. 3) The efficiency of laboratory test result waiting times influences patient satisfaction at Hospital X. This study demonstrates that patient satisfaction at Hospital X is affected by the efficiency of laboratory test result waiting times.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and work environment on reducing medication error through the use of technology as an intervening variable in the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Medication error refers to errors in the medication process that can endanger patients, and this research examines how workload, work environment, and technology influence such errors. The research method employed is quantitative, using a survey approach with questionnaires distributed to 30 pharmaceutical staff at the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that workload has a significant effect on medication error. The higher the workload, the greater the risk of medication errors. However, workload does not have a significant impact on the use of technology. On the other hand, the work environment does not significantly affect medication error, but it does have a significant influence on the use of technology. Technology, in turn, does not significantly reduce medication error and does not mediate the relationship between workload or work environment and medication error.Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of RSUD Kota Bogor improves workload management and optimizes the use of technology by providing better training to pharmaceutical staff. Additionally, efforts should be made to enhance the work environment to better support the implementation of technology in reducing medication errors and improving patient safety.

Abstract

Radiology services are a crucial component of the healthcare system that requires efficiency in its processes. Resource limitations and increasing demand for services underscore the importance of improving efficiency. To enhance service quality and operational efficiency, the implementation of an integrated information system has become a key focus for hospital management. Improving service quality and operational efficiency through the application of an integrated information system is also dependent on the reliability and performance of the system itself. This study aims to examine the relationship between the implementation and performance of an integrated information system with service efficiency in enhancing service quality in the radiology department of RSUD Kota Bogor. The research uses a quantitative approach with two independent variables: the implementation of the integrated information system and the reliability and quality of the integrated information system. The dependent variable is the quality of radiology services, and the intervening variable is radiology service efficiency. Data collection methods include observations, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The sample consists of 30 employees working in the radiology department of RSUD Kota Bogor and 30 patients receiving services in the radiology department. Data processing and presentation were conducted using path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of the data analysis indicate that: (1) The implementation of the integrated information system does not have a significant relationship with radiology service efficiency; However, the reliability and performance of the system do have a strong relationship with radiology service efficiency. (2) The implementation and performance of the integrated information system do not have a significant relationship with service quality in the radiology department. (3) Radiology service efficiency has a significant relationship with service quality in the radiology department. (4) Radiology service efficiency, as a mediator, is not strong enough to enhance the relationship between the implementation and performance of the integrated information system and service quality in the radiology department. This study is expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the relationship between the implementation and performance of an integrated information system with service efficiency in enhancing service quality in the radiology department. The findings may serve as input for the management of RSUD Kota Bogor in optimizing the use of an integrated information system to improve radiology service efficiency, which is expected to impact the quality of services in the radiology department.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of workload, social support, and role conflict on work stress and its subsequent impact on teacher performance at SMA Santo Yoseph, Cakung. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing a census method involving 24 teachers. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) technique through SmartPLS version 4.1.0.9. The outer model analysis confirmed that all constructs met the criteria for convergent validity and internal consistency reliability (CR > 0.7). The inner model evaluation revealed adjusted R² values of 0.812 for work stress and 0.774 for job performance, along with Q² values exceeding 0.5, indicating strong predictive relevance. Hypothesis testing demonstrated that workload (β = 0.392; p < 0.05) and role conflict (β = 0.327; p < 0.05) exert a significant positive influence on work stress, whereas social support has a significant negative effect (β = -0.321; p < 0.05). Furthermore, work stress significantly reduces job performance (β = -0.509; p < 0.05). Both workload and role conflict were found to have direct negative effects on job performance. While social support and work stress were also shown to influence performance positively, the effect of work stress, although significant, was relatively weak. Nevertheless, the analysis of indirect effects indicated that work stress does not mediate the relationships between workload, social support, and role conflict with job performance, as all three indirect paths were statistically insignificant. The findings underscore the importance of managing workload and role conflict, as well as fostering social support within the school environment, to enhance teacher performance. Additionally, moderate levels of work stress (eustress) may serve as a performance enhancer, provided it is managed to avoid escalation into harmful distress..
