Abstract

Kasus bencana alam di Indonesia termasuk yang tergolong sering. Problem yang mengikuti bencana alam adalah hak-hak korban. Para birokrat Indonesia seringkali mengabaikan hak korban, sehingga kondisi korban yang berada dalam keprihatinan menjadi lebih memprihatinkan lagi akibat pengabaian yang dilakukan para birokrat. Dalam ranah inilah, birokrat bencana layak diposisikan melakukan pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak asasi manusia (korban bencana). Hal ini bisa terjadi diantaranya disebabkan hak informasi atas bencana tidak cepat dan cermat disampaikan oleh birokrat.Kata kunci: hak asasi manusia, bencana, birokrasi, hak atas informasi

Abstract

This research is an analysis on the violation of cooperative principles in the movie  Avengers that also describes the type of violation of cooperative principle contained in every conversation in the movie.  The research is conducted by using descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is the conversation that occurs in the movie Avengers, whilst the object of this research is the data containing forms of every conversation violations of the cooperative principle in the movie Avengers. The technique used in collecting data is called note technique. The data obtained is classified based on the form of violation of cooperative principles. The result of the research shows that the form of violation of the cooperative principle that occurs in the Avengers movie consists of four maxims: the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relevance, and the maxim of manner. The violation on the maxim of cooperation occurs because of the same knowledge held by the speech participants and the speech partners in discussing a problem, clarifying information, and changing the subject.Keywords: Violations of cooperative principles, maxim, movie, avengers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Getrich pada Tema 1 selamatkan makhluk Hidup SubTema 1 pada mata pelajaran IPS dan Bahasa Indonesia pada materi Negara ASEAN dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan serta respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian ini dengan metode R & D dengan tahapan ADDIE, media pembelajaran ini akan divalidasi oleh ahli, dan revisi, maka dilakukan uji coba untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik. Uji coba ini dilakukan di SDN Umbul Tengah 2 Kota Serang Pada 30 siswa Kelas VI. Hasil uji ahli desain media menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata memperoleh  98,3 % dengan Kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji ahli materi menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata memperoleh 97,15 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji ahli Bahasa menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran ini memperoleh nilai rata-rata memperoleh 62.5 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil angket respon peserta didik memperoleh nilai dengan rata-rata 89,4 % dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Getrich yang dikembangkan untuk peserta didik SD Kelas VI sangat layak digunakan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung pada Tema 1 selamtkan makhluk hidup materi Negara ASEAN.

Abstract

Every naturally-occurred phenomenon on earth is related to cyclicity. On a larger scale, it can be defined as the occurrence of climate periodicity which is caused by the revolution of earth towards the sun. It can also be examined on a smaller process such as the days and nights cycles, as the effect of earths rotation. This research will specifically discuss about the cyclicity of grain size changes in sediments from lake Towuti, Indonesia. The cyclicity of the sediments is deduced using Integrated Prediction Error Filter Analysis (INPEFA) trends. The INPEFA trends are used to analyse the probability of sediments distribution by simply calculating the cumulative errors between predicted and actual data. Unlike any other implementation of INPEFA that mainly observing lithology controlled by sea level changes, this research is aimed at applying INPEFA to enhance well correlation process across an area that is strongly influenced by rainfall intensity and some climatically-driven processes. By correlating the sediment units, the lateral distribution of the climatically-driven diatom ooze will eventually help a better understanding of paleoclimate events on lake Towuti. This research is aimed at constructing and applying systematic algorithm on INPEFA logs calcultation. Two main cores that construct the INPEFA calculation are trend removal process and autoregressive coefficients calculation using Burgs method. When dealing with real datasets the trend removal process is an imperative process to prevent ambiguous INPEFA trend. Moreover, the use of trend removal process is also favourable in interpreting INPEFA trends for various cyclicity periods, this is achieved by varying the input parameters on the trend removal process. Autoregressive coefficients calculation on the other hand is the keystone that constructs the INPEFA logs calculation process. Well correlations process is successfully achieved through interpreting the INPEFA trends logs. Validation of the INPEFA logs shows good correlation between the result and core sample from lake Towuti with widely-distributed tephra being the main key validator. The changes in INPEFA trends is interpreted to be linked with the change in grain size and also in sediments impedance. Comparing and validating the INPEFA trends with two seismic traces from the lake reveals that the turning point of INPEFA trends are associated with strong reflection on the seismic traces. We approach the building of pseudo-INPEFA section through applying optimum Wiener filter (OWF) during the multi-attribures analysis. The lateral continuation of predicted pseudo-log was improved, overall correlation showed an increase by 15% and a decreased in error value by 25%.

Abstract

Kendaraan umum seperti sepeda motor saat ini bisa menggunakan beberapa pilihan jenis bahan bakar pertamina untuk motor bensin antara lain Premium, pertalite dan Pertamax. Masing – masing jenis bahan bakar minyak memiliki nilai oktan seperti premium memiliki RON 88, pertalite memiliki RON 90, pertamax memiliki RON 92. Angka oktan menunjukkan berapa besar tekanan maksimum yang dapat diberikan di dalam mesin sebelum bensin terbakar secara spontan. Pada tekanan tertentu bahan bakar akan menyala seiring adanya tekanan pada piston yang menaikkan temperatur di dalam silinder. Tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu mendapatkan perbandingan pemakaian bahan bakar spesifik (SFC) pada sepeda motor shogun 125 cc dengan menggunakan bahan bakar premium, pertamax dan pertalite. Metode penelitian yaitu menggunakan sepeda motor, premium, pertamax dan pertalite yang terjual di SPBU, melakukan pemeriksaan selang tangki menuju karburator dan membuang sisa BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) di dalam karburator dan tangki. Mengisi tangki dan melakukan timbangan BBM sebanyak 800 ml. Memasukkan BBM ke dalam tangki sepeda motor yang telah dikosongkan sebelumnya. Menyalakan stopwatch sepeda motor siap untuk start sejauh 1400 m, 2100 m, dan 2800 m. Setelah menempuh jarak tersebut, maka stopwatch diberhentikan dan sisa bahan bakar terpakai ditimbang menggunakan neraca. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah Nilai konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik (SFC) premium lebih rendah sebesar 0,0008 gr/KWh pada jarak tempuh 1400 m daripada nilai SFC pertamax dan nilai SFC pertalite secara berturut – turut yaitu 0,00106 gr/KWh dan 0,00132 gr/KWh. Menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Premium lebih efisien pada jarak 1400 m dibandingkan penggunaan Pertamax yang memiliki RON 92 dan Pertalite yang memiliki RON 90. Pada jarak 2100m nilai SFC pertamax 0.000744275 gr/KWh, nilai pertalite dan nilai premium secara berturut – turut yaitu 0.000841696 gr/KWh dan 0.000763359 gr/KWh. Menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Pertamax yang memiliki RON 92 menghasilkan nilai efisiensi paling kecil dibandingkan penggunaan Pertalite yang memiliki RON 90 dan premium yang memiliki RON 88. Nilai SFC pertamax 0.000430388 gr/KWh pada jarak tempuh 2800 m, dimana nilai SFC premium dan nilai SFC pertalite berturut - turut sebesar 0.001134033 gr/KWh dan 0.000628038 gr/KWh . Menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Pertamax yang memiliki RON 92 menghasilkan nilai efisiensi paling kecil dibandingkan penggunaan Pertalite yang memiliki RON 90 dan premium yang memiliki RON 88.

Abstract

Pembakaran merupakan proses penangan sampah yang mudah dilakukan. Hal ini yang menjadi salah satu alasan banyak orang menggunakan proses pembakaran untuk mengatasi masalah limbah padat terutama limbah yang sangat berbahaya. Akibatnya menyebabkan pencemaran udara di lingkungan sekitar. Pokus penelitianini adalah perancangan alat pembakaran sampah tanp asap, dengan proses pembakaran dalam suatu sistem yang terkontrol (maintenance), dengan tujuan menghasilkan alat pembakaran sampah tanpa asap untuk mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode perancangan alat pembakaran sampah tanpa asap menggunakan metode perakitan dan peroperasian alat pembakaran tanpa asap. Perakitan alat adalah menyatukan seluruh komponen-komponen yang sudah disiapkan dan diukur sesuai perhitungan sehingga menjadi satu kesatuan alat yang siap untuk dioperasikan. Peroperasian alat dilakukan dengan melakukan proses pembakaran pada alat pembakar sampah. Sampah yang digunakan adalah sampah rumah tangga, berupa sampah plastik, sampah kertas, dan daun-daun kering dengan berat 250 kg/m?. air yang digunakan berupa air bersih dengan pencampuran antara air dan asap sebesar ½ dari volume isi tabung. Proses pembakaran dilakukan ±45 menit. Limbah hasil pembakaran yang berbentuk padat dibersihkan dan dikeluarkan melalui lubang bagian bawah mesin untuk dijadikan produk olahan pupuk kompos, dan cairan yang berada di dalam bak penampung air dapat diolah menjadi bahan pupuk cair untuk tanaman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan produk berupa alat dan alat pembakaran sampah tanpa asap (APSTA) telah di hasilkan melalui proses desain, proses pemilihan material, serta proses perakitan alat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program penunjang dan keterlibatan guru dalam penguatan karakter religius peserta didik di SD Negeri Serang 15. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dalam kegiatan pembiasaan karakter religius peserta didik di SD Negeri Serang guru berperan sebagai pembimbing, teladan, motivator dan fasilitator dalam melaksanakan kegiatan shalat dhuha, kultum, marawis, tadarus peserta didik, dan pendidik sholat dhuha, marawis, tadarus, kultum. Selain itu, guru juga berperan dalam mengajarkan sikap tolerasi dengan memberikan pengajaran tentang nilai-nilai saling menghargai perbedaan agama. Guru juga berperan dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying melalui pembelajaran di kelas seperti pengajaran nilai anti-kekerasan dan penguatan empati. Dalam aspek kepedulian sosial, guru mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan sosial seperti berinfaq,dan memberikan nilai-nilai pentingnya berbagi kepada sesama yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

Abstract: The relationship between God and humans is a fundamental theme in various religious and philosophical traditions. This concept reflects humans' attempts to understand the existence of God as a transcendent entity and how this relationship shapes their life experiences. This relationship is often understood in two main dimensions: vertical and horizontal. The vertical dimension emphasizes the transcendental aspect of God, where humans try to get closer to God through worship, prayer, and spiritual reflection. Meanwhile, the horizontal dimension highlights the manifestation of this relationship in social life, such as through love, kindness, and justice for others. Each religious tradition has a unique interpretation of this relationship, whether through the concept of creation, covenant, or God's unconditional love. On the other hand, in philosophy, this relationship is often studied from an existentialist perspective, where humans try to understand the purpose of their existence through their connection with a greater entity. Thus, the relationship between God and humans becomes the basis for the search for the meaning of life, morality, and social order. This study aims to analyze various perspectives on this relationship, bridging the theological, philosophical, and humanistic dimensions to reveal its relevance in the modern context.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Al-Qur’an tadarus program for fifth-grade students at SDN Tembong 2. The tadarus program is one of the religious activities carried out regularly as part of fostering religious habits in the elementary school environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation with fifth-grade teachers as well as several students involved in tadarus activities. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the tadarus program is conducted every morning before teaching and learning activities begin, with a duration of approximately 15–20 minutes. Teachers act as guides and supervisors of the activities, while students take turns reading the Al-Qur’an in small groups. This program received positive responses from students and teachers and was considered capable of improving the ability to read the Qur’an, strengthening religious character, and creating a conducive classroom atmosphere full of spiritual values. However, some challenges faced in the implementation of the program include differences in students' Qur’an reading abilities and time constraints. Nevertheless, improvement efforts continue through intensive guidance and grouping students based on their abilities. Thus, the tadarus program at SDN Tembong 2 has been proven to have a positive impact on the formation of students' character and religious habits, and it is worthy of further development and serving as a model of good practice for other elementary schools.

Abstract

 classrooms (X2) as independent variables. A total of 34 samples were used, collected as secondary data from various Indonesian provinces during 2023-2024, accessed from the official website of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The results indicate that X1 is not significant (p-value=0.103), while X2 is significant (p-value=0.001) for the number of primary school graduates, indicating the significant influence of X2. The research findings suggest that the variable of the number of certified teachers (X1) does not significantly affect the number of primary school graduates. Conversely, the variable representing good classroom conditions (X2) is proven to significantly influence the number of primary school graduates. The policy recommendation is for the government and related institutions to prioritize the improvement and enhancement of school infrastructure, including conducive learning facilities and environments
