Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun kaliandra (Caliandra calothyrsus) dalam ransum terhadap kadar High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) dan Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) serum darah ayam broiler. Penelitian menggunakan empat perlakuan, yaitu P0 (0%), P1 (2%), P2 (4%), dan P3 (6%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun kaliandra tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kadar HDL, dengan rata-rata 40,67–41,67 mg/dL yang masih berada dalam kisaran normal (>22 mg/dL). Sebaliknya, kadar LDL dipengaruhi sangat nyata (P<0,01), dengan nilai rata-rata P0 (88,00 mg/dL), P1 (77,67 mg/dL), P2 (68,33 mg/dL), dan P3 (67,67 mg/dL). Penurunan LDL diduga berkaitan dengan kandungan flavonoid, polifenol, serta serat dalam daun kaliandra yang berperan menekan oksidasi lemak, meningkatkan metabolisme kolesterol, dan mengurangi kadar kolesterol darah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penambahan tepung daun kaliandra mampu menurunkan kadar LDL sekaligus mempertahankan kadar HDL serum darah ayam broiler pada batas normal. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada level P2 (4%) yang menunjukkan hasil HDL dan LDL paling optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to develop audio visual learning media based on the Canva website in the science and sciences subject on the topic of plant reproduction in class IV elementary school. This research is development research/R&D (Research and Development) using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The subjects of this research are teachers and students of class IV at SDN Singarajan, based on the lack of utilization of existing facilities at the school. , one of which is the use of digital-based learning media. The trial results show a very high level of feasibility of the learning media, the resulting learning media has a level of validity from the two material expert validators, obtaining an average percentage of 89.9% of the "very feasible" criteria. Validation media experts from the two validators media experts from the two validator experts obtained 89.2% of the "very feasible" criteria. The average percentage of validation of language experts from the two validators obtained 87.9% of the "very feasible" criteria. The overall average percentage of the validators material experts, media experts, language experts obtained a score of 89% with the criteria "very feasible". The overall percentage of student responses to the product being developed obtained an average percentage of 88% with the criteria "very feasible". Based on the results of expert validation and student responses, the development of audio visual learning media based on the Canva website can foster students' learning motivation and make learning more practical by providing a more concrete picture in delivering material on plant breeding topics in class IV elementary schools.

Abstract

The use of technology-based learning media is able to raise students' learning motivation, especially in science and science learning. The aim of this research is to find out the development process, feasibility and response of students to the Lectora Inspire media, material on the form of substances and its changes based on the problem based learning model in class IV of Sindangmandi State Elementary School. The research and development (R&D) method used is the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research was conducted on 22 students in class IV of Sindangmandi State Elementary School. Based on the research results, Lectora Inspire media is very suitable for use in learning activities. This is proven by the validation results carried out by experts. Validation from two media experts with a percentage of 89.5% is in the "Very Eligible" category. The validation score from two material experts with a percentage of 83.125% is in the "Very Eligible" category. Then validation from two language experts with a percentage of 91.25% which is in the "Very Eligible" category. So the overall validation results from all experts with a percentage of 87.95% were in the "Very Decent" category and student responses with a percentage of 98.4% were in the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program penunjang dan keterlibatan guru dalam penguatan karakter religius peserta didik di SD Negeri Serang 15. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dalam kegiatan pembiasaan karakter religius peserta didik di SD Negeri Serang guru berperan sebagai pembimbing, teladan, motivator dan fasilitator dalam melaksanakan kegiatan shalat dhuha, kultum, marawis, tadarus peserta didik, dan pendidik sholat dhuha, marawis, tadarus, kultum. Selain itu, guru juga berperan dalam mengajarkan sikap tolerasi dengan memberikan pengajaran tentang nilai-nilai saling menghargai perbedaan agama. Guru juga berperan dalam mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying melalui pembelajaran di kelas seperti pengajaran nilai anti-kekerasan dan penguatan empati. Dalam aspek kepedulian sosial, guru mendorong keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan sosial seperti berinfaq,dan memberikan nilai-nilai pentingnya berbagi kepada sesama yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

Speaking skill refers to students’ ability to convey their ideas. This research employed a questionnaire method within an R&D design, supported by data collection through observation and interviews. The purpose of this study was to produce feasible (valid) local-wisdom–based finger puppet media for improving the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Cikande Permai. This study used the R&D model proposed by Sugiyono (2010: 409), which consists of six steps: (1) problem analysis, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, and (6) product testing. The product was tested on one teacher and 10 fourth-grade students. The validation results from material experts reached 87%, from linguists 84%, and from media experts 83%, all of which were categorized as very feasible, indicating that the product could be used as learning media. Furthermore, field trials were conducted through students’ response questionnaires, yielding a score of 93.7% in the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the local-wisdom–based finger puppet media is feasible for use in learning.

Abstract

The author's research aimed to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work welfare, work skills, and division of labor, both individually and collectively, on the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the work environment significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work welfare significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work skills significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The division of labor significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The work environment, work welfare, work skills, and division of labor significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang relevan dan inovatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik pada abad 21. Pengembangan keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik menjadi bentuk pembelajaran abad 21. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya yaitu menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif melalui ketepatan pemilihan model pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi dalam implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Balaraja III. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe STAD sudah disusun dengan baik oleh pendidik yang disesuaikan dengan model kooperatif STAD. Implementasi model kooperatif tipe STAD yang diterapkan oleh pendidik berjalan dengan baik yang mana memuat enam tahapan. Kemudian, hasil keterampilan kolaborasi dan komunikasi peserta didik kelas V dalam implementasi model kooperatif STAD sesuai yang diharapkan, peserta didik menunjukkan kontribusi aktif, bekerja sama dalam diskusi kelompok serta percaya diri dalam berpendapat selama proses pembelajaran. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dalam implementasi model kooperatif STAD pada peserta didik kelas V yaitu  pendidik kurang maksimal dalam mengamati kegiatan pembelajaran yang disebabkan jumlah peserta didik yang banyak (kelas besar) serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah yang kurang memadai.
