Abstract

Kekerasan seksual adalah suatu tindakan menghina, melecehkan, mempermalukan, atau menyerang tubuh atau fungsi reproduksi seseorang karena adanya relasi kekuasaan atau hubungan yang timpang antara laki-laki dan perempuan, serta dapat menimbulkan penderitaan psikis dan fisik pada seseorang. Meski isu pelecehan seksual tidak mudah untuk diungkap, namun banyak masyarakat yang mengalami pelecehan seksual, termasuk di sekitar kampus. Kegiatan edukasi hukum dan sosial diawali dengan berkumpulnya para remaja dalam hal ini adalah mahasiswa hukum yang tergabung dalam hmjh uniba, kemudian setelah disepakati waktu dan tempat, kegiatan pendidikan hukum dan sosial dilakukan dengan mendatangkan narasumber yaitu dosen hukum agar mahasiswa memahami dasar hukum pidana dan hubungannya dengan kekerasan seksual. Pemateri menyarankan upaya-upaya untuk memberantas pelecehan seksual internal di kampus. Yang pertama adalah dengan tenang menegur orang tersebut secara pribadi, karena mungkin saja pelaku tidak memahami bahwa tindakannya merupakan pelecehan. Cara ini diterapkan dengan memperhatikan tingkat pelecehan seksual yang dialami oleh orang tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan pendidikan hukum dan sosial komunitas ini dapat membantu dalam membangun kesadaran remaja akan pentingnya melindungi diri dari berbagai bentuk dan kategori yang termasuk dalam perbuatan. dari kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the form of Pancasila's moral relationship as Indonesia's legal ideology in defending the prosecutor's office in the midst of political determination. In this work, a conceptual method is employed as a foundation for thinking to help answer problems that will subsequently be qualitatively investigated. The study's findings suggest that Pancasila, as Indonesia's legal ideology, can protect the prosecutor's office through moral relationships, which are reflected in the prosecutor's integrity. The consequence is that in order to achieve the objectives of justice in law enforcement, it is essential to maximize the implementation of the prosecutor's office's integration with a Pancasila worldview. Pancasila values can influence the prosecutor's office's integrity by allowing them to use their roles and powers to counter political determinism in the form of government interference.

Abstract

Environmental conservation has the connotation that the environment must be maintained as it is. while the environment is actually used within the framework of development, this means that the environment is undergoing a process of change. In the process of this change, it is necessary to take care of the environment so that it is still able to support a normal life. One of the ways to provide knowledge is by holding socialization activities for environmental conservation in Kadokan Village. Environmental conservation has many positive impacts on the environment, including being free of air pollution, getting clean water and being healthier and more comfortable in carrying out daily activities for the people of Kadokan Village. The method used is counseling which aims to increase public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation to ensure safety, health, and human survival, especially in Kadokan Village.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges of community partnerships in the conservation of zoning and cultural heritage in the Dieng Temple complex. Using a sociological legal research method, it aims to formulate a partnership model to optimize conservation strategies. The preservation of cultural heritage objects has been marginalized due to factors such as the lack of community involvement, which has not been accommodated by the Cultural Preservation Center of Region X. Synergy with the Banjarnegara Regency Government and the Dieng community is essential. The results show that uncontrolled mass tourism, regulatory issues, and environmental degradation hinder preservation efforts. The proposed partnership model involves community participation, the establishment of a Dieng Temple Area Conservation Information Center, and optimizing the role of the Banjarnegara Tourism Office.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan harus berdasarkan peraturan perundangan dan Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik (AUPB). Pejabat dan/atau Badan Pemerintah memiliki wewenang sesuai dengan kewenangan yang diberikan. Pemeriksaan ada atau tidaknya unsur penyalahgunaan wewenang menjadi kompetensi Peradilan tata usaha negara, yang merupakan pengaturan baru setelah UU No 30 tahun 2014 disahkan. Pengaturan ini adalah paradigma baru karena pemeriksaan ada atau tidaknya unsur penyalahgunaan wewenang yang menimbulkan kerugian negara dilaksanakan oleh Peradilan tata usaha negara, sementara selama ini selalu diaksanakan oleh Pengadilan Tipikor karena merupakan tindak pidana korupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, dan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan asas hukum dan pendekatan komparatif. Wewenang berada di bidang hukum administrasi negara, sehingga ada atau tidaknya unsur penyalahgunaan wewenang, maka harus diperiksa terlebih dahulu di Peradilan tata usaha negara.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan melakukan pendampingan komperehensif pembadanan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa pada Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Latar belakang diundangkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa memerlukan sosialisasi dan pengaplikasiannya dalam paradigma pengaturan tingkat daerah, khususnya melalui Peraturan Daerah. Kabupaten Sukoharjo mempunyai sebaran kuantitas Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang terus berkembang. Implikasinya, perlu segera dilakukan penyesuaian dalam tata aturan daerah mengenai Badan Usaha Milik Desa dengan menyesuaikan pada Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan melibatkan stakeholder Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pengabdian berbentuk pendampingan komperehensif yang dapat dikonkritkan menjadi Naskah Akademik Rancangan Peraturan Daerah.

Abstract

The loss of personal data is a serious problem that is becoming more frequent, especially in relation to the publication of data on official websites such as the Supreme Court. This review addresses the issue of loss of personal data due to publication to the Decree Directory Archive in light of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP). The purpose of this study is to analyze how Law No. 27 of 2022 can address the problem of loss of personal data arising from publication on the Supreme Court website. By understanding the existing regulations, it is hoped that a solution can be found to strengthen personal data protection in Indonesia. The approach used is prescriptive and legal, with analysis of current regulations and past data breach cases. Secondary data from legal literature and incident reports are analyzed to provide a comprehensive picture of the problem. All parties involved should take serious precautions against data leaks caused by postings on official websites such as the Supreme Court. To prevent similar incidents in the future, it is necessary to strengthen regulations through Law No. 27 of 2022 and raise awareness of the importance of personal data protection.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the importance of realizing responsive land registration in the era of disruption to support people's welfare and examine the form of responsive land registration in the era of disruption to support people's welfare. Land registration has a high urgency because it is one of the elements in supporting the welfare of the people. This welfare is related to legal certainty and the fulfillment of governance needs which is manifested in guaranteeing legal protection for land management. However, there are still various problems related to land registration, especially in the era of disruption that demands optimization of technology. Therefore, changes are needed with responsive land registration as a solution. This article includes normative legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The urgency is to show a prescriptive on what should be applied to the legal issues under study, especially finding a form of land registration that is responsive in the era of disruption. The results show: (i) The urgency of realizing responsive land registration in the era of disruption to support people's welfare is that there are still land conflicts, the need for an efficient land registration mechanism and maximizing technology; (ii) Responsive forms of land registration in the era of disruption to support people's welfare are realized by: efficiency of land registration by means of information technology, optimization of responsive land registration by expanding community participation facilities, and accountability of land registration by revitalizing land stakeholders.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji  pentingnya mewujudkan pendaftaran tanah responsif pada era disrupsi sebagai penunjang kesejahteraan rakyat, dan mengkaji tentang bentuk pendaftaran tanah responsif pada era disrupsi sebagai penunjang kesejahteraan rakyat. Pendaftaran tanah penting untuk menunjang kesejahteraan rakyat. Kesejahteraan berkaitan dengan jaminan perlindungan hukum pengelolaan tanah. Masih terdapat permasalahan pendaftaran tanah pada era disrupsi yang menuntut optimalisasi teknologi menghadapi perubahan. Diperlukan perubahan pendaftaran tanah responsif sebagai jalan keluar. Artikel ini termasuk penelitian hukum normatif, menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, analisis deduktif dengan pendekatan perundangan serta konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: urgensi mewujudkan pendaftaran tanah responsif pada era disrupsi sebagai penunjang kesejahteraan rakyat adalah maraknya konflik pertanahan, kebutuhan mekanisme pendaftaran tanah yang efisien dan memaksimalkan teknologi;   bentuk pendaftaran tanah responsif pada era disrupsi diwujudkan dengan efisiensi pendaftaran tanah dengan teknologi informasi, optimalisasi pendaftaran tanah responsif dengan memperluas partisipasi masyarakat, akuntabilitas pendaftaran tanah dengan revitalisasi stakeholder pertanahan.

Abstract

This study is driven by the pressing need for effective and independent election oversight to ensure the 2024 General Election is conducted in a democratic, honest, and fair manner. The primary focus is to evaluate the institutional existence and performance of the Sukoharjo Regency General Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in executing its supervisory functions across all stages of the electoral process, as well as to identify the strategies employed for preventing and addressing electoral violations. Utilizing an empirical legal approach, this research employs data collection methods including interviews, document analysis, and field observations. The findings reveal that Bawaslu Sukoharjo has generally fulfilled its duties and exercised its authority in accordance with constitutional mandates and prevailing regulations. Nevertheless, the institution continues to encounter a range of structural, cultural, and technical challenges—most notably, limitations in human resources, budget constraints, and low levels of public participation. In conclusion, the effectiveness of electoral supervision is strongly influenced by the enhancement of institutional capacity and the development of synergistic collaborations with other key stakeholders within the local electoral democracy ecosystem.
