Abstract

PG Rajawali II unit of PG Subang made a partnership program as a solution to the company's crisis as well as a form of integrated agriculture implementation. After approximately 5 years of running the partnership program, there are still things that are felt to be lacking from this partnership program, such as capital, facilities and infrastructure, guarantee of selling prices for partner farmers, and lack of attention from the factory that is evenly distributed to all partner farmers. This study aims to see the results related to the PG Subang partnership program in the context of partnership patterns and farmer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach and is supported by descriptive qualitative data. The researcher assigned 80 partner farmers as respondents using simple random sampling, a measurement tool using a Likert scale. Overall, PG Subang's partnership program is in the good category. The partnership pattern used by PG Subang is the Plasma Core partnership pattern, in this case PG Subang moves as the core and partner farmers as plasma. With an importance value of 4.89, there are aspects of reliability and responsiveness that show that farmers are very concerned about the stability and availability of support from the program. However, there is still concern about the PG's response. Subang in responding to complaints and solving problems in the field.

Abstract

Super Indo Q Square in Bogor Regency is one of the Super Indo branches, a retail company established since 1997. To maintain competitive advantage, the company employs a marketing mix strategy encompassing price, product, promotion, location, people, process, and physical evidence. This study aims to examine the impact of this marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions and satisfaction levels. The research method employed accidental sampling with 100 respondents, gathering both primary and secondary data through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature reviews. Data analysis utilized Multiple Linear Regression, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results indicate that (1) Price, product, location, people, process, and physical evidence significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. (2) The level of customer satisfaction at Super Indo Q Square Bogor reached 83,82%, It shows a high level of satisfaction and the results of the total level of conformity obtained from all dimensions of 93%, meaning that the conformity value is still insufficient to reach 100%.

Abstract

Manggis merupakan buah tropis yang banyak ditemukan di Indonesia. Manggis memiliki gelar sebagai primadona ekspor Indonesia karena Manggis menempati top ekspor unggulan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keunggulan komparatif dan keunggulan kompetitif manggis Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementerian Pertanian, Kementerian Perdagangan, International Trade Center. Sampel yang digunakan atau diambil bukan berdasarkan strata, random (acak), atau daerah, akan tetapi didasarkan pada tujuan tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) dan Export Product Dynamics (EPD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai RCA negara Thailand, India, dan China (>1) sehingga bisa dinyatakan bahwa negara tersebut memiliki keunggulan komparatif. Hasil analisis EPD menunjukkan bahwa negara China, Malaysia, dan Hong Kong merupakan tujuan utama ekspor manggis Indonesia yang potensial.

Abstract

Terubuk is an indigenous vegetable or local vegetable from Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study, to analyze financial feasibility of farm income terubuk in the village of Cintalaksana Tegalwaru District, Karawang regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive analytical research. Sampling using saturated sample method, as many as 20 farmers. Data in the form of primary and secondary data, taken through interviews and observation with the help of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using total cost analysis, revenue, revenue, R/C ratio, and Break Even Point. The results of the study concluded, on average the total was Rp5.930.286/ha/MT, revenue was Rp9.663.571/ha/MT, income was Rp3.733.286/ha/MT. The R/C ratio is 1,6, meaning that the terubuk farming is feasible to be cultivated with the BEP. The production of terubuk farming is 1,738 stems/ha/MT. farming is profitable because the total production more than the production BEP is 7,236 stems/ha/MT BEP The price of the terubuk farming was Rp819/culm, terubuk farming was stated to be profitable because the terubuk price was more than the BEP price, which was Rp1.300/cub.

Abstract

Jalancagak District is the only district that produces the highest pineapple fruit in Subang Regency. The pineapple dodol agroindustry in Subang Regency in its marketing has problems, namely the lack of promotion and distribution of products by pineapple dodol entrepreneurs which causes marketing to be limited, sales tend to fluctuate so that the business is not developing well. Pineapple dodol is one of the processed pineapple fruit mixed with sticky rice flour, sugar, coconut milk, and other ingredients. This study has the following objectives: (1) To analyze the costs, revenues, and income of the pineapple dodol agroindustry in Jalancagak District, Subang Regency. (2) To determine the feasibility of the pineapple dodol agroindustry business in Jalancagak District, Subang Regency. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. In this study, the researcher determined 10 people as respondents using the Saturated Sampling method (census). The results of the study showed that: (1) The average variable cost is IDR 8,139,500/month. The average fixed cost is IDR 1,287,063/month. So the average total production cost is Rp. 9,426,563/month. The average total income is Rp. 16,775,000 with an average production quantity of 305 kg/month and an average selling price of Rp. 55,000/kg. The average pineapple dodol income is Rp. 7,348,437/month (2) The BEP value of pineapple dodol production is 43 kg/month. The BEP price is Rp. 430.907/kg. BEP income from sales is Rp. 2,337,844/month. (3) The results of the R/C Ratio calculation obtained a value of 1.78. This states that all pineapple dodol entrepreneurs > 1, meaning that the pineapple dodol agroindustry in Jalancagak District, Subang Regency is declared to be run and cultivated.

Abstract

CV. Amanah Saebur is a enterpriseoccupied in livestock borough, founded in 2007, and became an officially licensed entity in 2019. The company needs to maintain a marketing mix strategy to gain a competitive advantage. This research purposely to analyse teh impact of the trading alloy be composed of price, yield, furtherance, location, person, cultivate, also act substantiation simultaneously and partially on consumer purchasing decisions. The method use establisedthe attempt in this study uses the accidental instance method, namely determining the sample by chance meeting with the researcher, also unqualified attempt of 100 person in this research. Exemplar material use were primary also secondary data. Data aggregation methods used are questionary, debriefing, surveillance, and then literature study. The data aggregation technology was do by deliver questionary. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability and then being transformed use using the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI). The analysis technique and hypothesis testing use multiple option deterioration analyzes withbeforehead enumerate classic presumption regularity exam, multicollinearity exam, heteroscedasticity exam. The output this research are (1) price, product, promotion, location, person, process, and physical evidence act substantiation partially influence obtainresolve. Abstract

Sanggabuana coffee shop is a business established by BUMDes Buana Mekar in Mekarbuana Village, Tegalwaru District, Karawang Regency. Sanggabuana coffee shop has the main problem of turnover instability caused by the lack of visitors. This coffee shop has many internal and external constraints, but has the potential to be developed. The purpose of this research is to identify the main factors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), formulate alternative strategies, and determine strategy priorities. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews and filling out questionnaires by 16 respondents (coffee shop Chief, Chairman and Treasurer of BUMDes, Head of Mekarbuana Village, coffee shop employees and consumers). Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Mekarbuana Village Government. The data analysis techniques used are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results of the analysis show that the main strength is the product comes from quality organic coffee beans and friendly service to consumers (0.25), the main weakness is the menu is not yet varied and there is no companion menu and poor data and financial management (0.09), the main opportunity is become karawang specialty products (0.30), and the main threat is competitors offer a more varied menu and attractive place (0.26). There are 9 alternative strategies and the priority strategies that can be implemented are developing a more contemporary coffee shop concept and adding signage with a score of 6.04.

Abstract

Dhieffi Farm adalah bisnis sayuran hidroponik di Kota Bekasi yang memproduksi sayuran dengan permintaan besar. Dhieffi Farm menghasilkan 60-70kg pakcoy dan 40-45kg kale per minggu, namun tidak mampu memenuhi seluruh permintaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kinerja supply chain management pada Dhieffi Farm. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan 8 responden yang diambil melalui purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Data analisis kinerja dianalisis dengan metode SCOR. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dengan metode SCOR yang terdiri dari matriks responsiveness yang terdiri dari lead time pemenuhan pesanan dan siklus pemenuhan standar, matriks fleksibility, matriks manajemen aset yang terdiri dari cash to cash cycle time dan persediaan harian, matriks reliability yaitu kinerja pengiriman, pemenuhan pesanan, dan kesesuaian dengan standar, dan matriks cost yang terdiri dari total biaya supply chain. Keseluruhan hasil matriks tersebut masuk ke dalam kategori superior, namun pada matriks reliability pemenuhan pesanan dengan rata-rata 93,49% berada pada kategori under parity dan matriks cost total biaya supply chain dengan rata-rata 28,75% berada pada kategori parity. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil yaitu didapatnya sebab hasil pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada Dhieffi Farm yaitu dikarenakan kurangnya lubang tanam dan tingginya biaya rantai pasok dalam melakukan budidaya secara modern (hidroponik) sangat bergantung pada biaya operasional untuk produksi yang tinggi. Kata kunci: hidroponik, kinerja, rantai pasok, SCOR  ABSTRACT Dhieffi Farm is a hydroponic vegetable business in Bekasi City that produces vegetables with high demand. Dhieffi farm produces 60-70kg of pakcoy and 40-45kg of kale per week but is unable to meet the entire demand. This study aims to measure the performance of supply chain management at Dhieffi Farm. The method used is quantitative with 8 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was obtained through interviews and observations. Performance data analysis was conducted using the SCOR method. The perfomance measurement of the supply chain using the SCOR method consists of a responsiveness matrix, which includes order fulfillment lead time and standard fulfillment cycle, a flexibility matrix, an asset management matrix consisting of cash to cash cycle time and daily inventory, a reliability matrix which includes delivery perfomance, order fulfillment, and conformity to standards, and a cost matrix which consists of total supply chain costs. Overall, the results of these matrices fall into the superior category, but in the reliability matrix, order fulfillment with an average of 93,49% falls into the under parity category, and the cost matrix with an average total supply chain of 28,75% falls into the parity category. This study concludes that the cause of performance measurement results of the supply chain at Dhieffi Farm is due to a lack of planting holes and the high supply chain costs in conducting modern (hydroponic) cultivation, which heavily depends on high operational costs for production. Keywords: hydroponic, performance, SCOR, Supply Chain

Abstract

Apple cucumber is an annual plant that belongs to the Cucurbitaceae family and is very closely related to the melon plant. Regarding morphology and fruit aroma, this plant is a hybrid plant or a cross between melon and suri cucumber. Apple cucumber farmers in Tanjungpakis Village cultivate an average of ½Ha land for apple cucumber cultivation. The taste of the apple cucumber produced by the fruit is sweet, and the flesh is soft, making this fruit much liked by the public. This makes apple cucumber a superior local fruit that is cultivated in Tanjung Pakis Village. The aim of implementing community service is to make apple cucumbers a strategic superior commodity to be processed into beverage products, optimize the potential of local and regional products, and help improve the economy and welfare of farmers in rural areas. The implementation method is carried out through outreach and licensing, training and practice, and assistance to farmers. The results obtained from the service implementation are syrup product innovations that have been packaged and equipped with attractive product labels.
