Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak guru penjas sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bantul yang memahami pengertian pendidikan jasmani dan penilaian berbasis kinerja. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian tersebut di atas, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Ada dua tahap yaitu (1) tahap persiapan peneliti menyusun pedoman wawancara berisi pertanyaan- pertanyaan mendasar yang nantinya akan berkembang dalam wawancara, (2) tahap pelaksanaan peneliti membuat kesepakatan dengan subjek mengenai waktu dan tempat untuk melakukan wawancara berdasarkan pedoman yang dibuat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru penjas yang sudah bersertifikasi sekolah dasar Kabupaten Bantul di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) 84% guru penjas sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bantul kurang paham terhadap pengertian penjas. Hal ini menyebabkan sebagaian besar (80%) guru penjas sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bantul dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan pengertian penjas tradisional; (2) Sebagian besar guru penjas sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bantul telah mengetahui dan mengenal penilaian berbasis kinerja, tetapi sebagaian besar (84%) guru penjas kurang paham terhadap pengertian penilaian berbasis kinerja. Hal ini karena 92% guru penjas kurang paham tentang cara mengembangkan penilaian berbasis kinerja. Disamping itu 96% guru penjas belum paham cara membuat rubrik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manipulasi effuasrase dan istirahat pasif terhadap kecepatan pemulihan kekuatan otot maksimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan siswa Sekolah Guru Olahraga di Surabaya.  Jumlah subjek 40 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok secara random masing-masing kelompok 20 orang. Metode penelitiannya adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan modified randomized control group pretest posttest design. Analisis data menggunakan Anakova.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manipulasi efflurase lebih cepat memulihkan kekuatan otot maksimal dari pada istirahat pasif (F=211.228, p0.01). Istirahat pasif dapat memulihkan kekuasaan maksimal 70 persen. Sedangkan manipulasi efflurase dapat memulihkan kekuatan otot maksimal 100 persen. Hal ini karena manipulasi efflurase dapat mempercepat alir balik vena dan aliran lympe menuju jantung serta menimbulkan vasodilitasi local.

Abstract

Peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku panduan model pembelajaran integratif pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan SD kelas satu di Kecamatan Depok Sleman melalui permainan semutan. Penelitian pengembangan ini terdiri atas dua tahap, yaitu tahap pra-pengembangan dan tahap pengembangan. Tahap pra-pengembangan terdiri dari kajian literatur, kajian penelitian relevan dan studi lapangan. Tahap pengembangan terdiri penyusunan draf model, validasi ahli, ujicoba terbatas, dan ujicoba luas. Validasi ahli melibatkan 5 orang ahli dengan menggunakan teknik Delphi. Ujicoba skala terbatas dilakukan di SD Deresan. Ujicoba skala luas dilakukan di SD Deresan dan SD Catur Tunggal 7. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, angket dan pedoman pengamatan penilaian. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil ujicoba skala terbatas dalam kategori baik dan ujicoba skala luas dalam kategori sangat baik. Model pembelajaran integratif pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan efektif untuk meningkatkan afektif (ketertiban dan percaya diri), keterampilan (melempar), pengetahuan (penguasaan pengetahuan permainan dan ketepatan menghitung bola) bagi siswa SD kelas satu. Developing integrative learning model of penjasorkes of elementary school students AbstractThis study aims to develop an integrative learning model of physical education and health of year-1 of elementary school students in Depok, Sleman District through semutan game. This research development consisted of two phases. They were the pre-development phase and the development phase. Pre-development phase consisted of a literature review, a review of relevant research and field study. The development phase consisted of drafting the model, expert validation, small-scale trials, and large-scale trials. The validation involved 5 experts using the Delphi technique. The small –scale trials were conducted in SD Deresan. Large-scale trials were conducted in SD Deresan and SD Catur Tunggal 7. The instruments used were a questionnaire, interview guideline, and guidelines for assessment observations. The data analyses in this study used descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches. Limited scale test results is in very good category and large scale trials is in the excellent category. The developed integrative learning model of physical education and health is effective for improving affective (orderliness and confidence), skills (throwing), and knowledge (mastery of the game knowledge and accuracy of counting the ball ) for year-1 of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill umpan konstan dan metode latihan drill umpan berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja; (2) perbedaan ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja antara atlet yang mempunyai waktu reaksi tinggi dan rendah; (3) pengaruh interaksi antara metode drill dan waktu reaksi terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi peneliti-an ini adalah atlet pemula usia 8-12 tahun. Sampel penelitian ini 28 atlet yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dua jalur yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan drill umpan konstan dan metode drill umpan berubah-ubah terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja atlet pemula Yogyakarta, dimana metode latihan drill umpan berubah-ubah lebih baik dari metode drill umpan konstan, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,048 0,05. (2) Ada perbedaan ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja atlet yang mempunyai waktu reaksi tinggi dan rendah pada atlet pemula tenis meja Yogyakarta, di mana atlet yang memiliki waktu reaksi tinggi lebih baik dari atlet yang memiliki waktu reaksi rendah, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,004 0,05. (3) Ada pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan drill dan waktu reaksi terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive tenis meja atlet pemula Yogyakarta, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,016 0,05.   THE EFFECT OF DRILL PRACTICE METHOD AND REACTIONS TIME ON THE DRIVE ACCURACY IN TABLE TENNIS GAMES.   Abstract This study aimed to determine: (1) differences of the effect of training method with constant and various pass drill on the accuracy of stroke drive of table tennis; (2) the difference of the accuracy of stroke drives between table tennis athle tes who have high-and low reaction time; (3) the effect of the interaction between the drill method and reaction time on the accuracy of table tennis stroke drive. This is an experiment research with 2 x2 factorial designs. The populations of this research beginner athletes aged8 to 12 years old. The research samples were 28 beginner athletes taken by random sampling technique. Data analysis techniquesused was the two-ways Variant Analysis (ANAVA), continued by Tukey test with significance level α = 0.05.The results of the research are as follows.(1) There is different effect of practice method usingconstant pass drill and usingvarious pass drill on table tennis stroke drive accuracy of the beginner table tennis athlets of Yogyakarta. Various pass drill method is better than constant pass drill, it is indicated from the score p = 0,048 0,05. (2) There is difference of stroke drive accuracybetween athleteswho had high and low reaction time, atletes who had high reaction time were better than those who had low reaction time, it is indicated by score p = 0,004 0,05. (3) There is an interaction effect between practice method drill and reaction time on table tennis accuracy stroke drive of the beginners athletes of table tennis of Yogyakarta, it is proved from the score p = 0,016 0,05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku pedoman bermain sepakbola untuk meningkatkan aspek psikologis (semangat, gembira, dan disiplin) anak usia 12-13 tahun di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang terdiri atas dua tahapan yaitu tahap penelitian pendahuluan terdiri dari kajian literatur, kajian penelitian relevan, studi lapangan dan tahap pengembangan terdiri perencanaan, validasi ahli, uji skala kecil, dan uji skala besar. Peneliti ini mengambil sampel dari sekolah sepakbola di Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pada uji coba skala kecil dilakukan di SSB Real Madrid melibatkan 10 siswa dan satu orang pelatih. Pada uji coba skala besar dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di SSB Real Madrid dan SSB Bina Putra Jaya Sleman melibatkan 38 siswa dan dua pelatih. Analsis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan model bermain sepakbola anak usia 12-13 tahun layak untuk diuji cobakan. Berdasarkan Hasil pelaksanaan pada uji coba skala kecil dan besar secara substansi isi dan pelaksanaan tergolong sangat baik. Hasil penilaian efektivitas model tehadap psikologis anak berupa semangat, gembira, dan disiplin mengalami peningkatan: nilai pertemuan kedua lebih tinggi dari pertemuan pertama. Dapat disimpulkan model bermain sepakbola anak usia 12-13 tahun efektif untuk meningkatkan aspek psikologis berupa semangat, gembira, dan disiplin siswa dalam melakukan latihan sepakbola.Kata Kunci: model, bermain, psikologis, sekolah sepakbola Development a playing soccer model to improve the psychological aspects of 12-13 years old children in Yogyakarta AbstractThis research aims to develop a playing soccer model to improve the psychological aspects (spirit, joy, and discipline) of 12-13 years old children in Yogyakarta. This study is a research and development which consists of two stages. The Preliminary research stage and development stage. The Preliminary research stage consisted of a literature review, relevant research studies and field studies. The Development stage consisted of planning, validation expert, small-scale test, and test large scale. The Validation involve three people experts. The sampel of take it from soccer school in Yogyakarta. The small-scale tryout was conducted on 10 students and one coach of Real Madrid Soccer School in Yogyakarta. The large-scale trials were conducted with two soccer school on 38 students and two coach of Yogyakarta Real Madrid Soccer School and Sleman Bina Putra Jaya Soccer School. The resul is a playing soccer model for children aged 12-13 years with the title "Playing Soccer in Practice to Improve Psychological Aspects". Based on the small-scale tryout and the small-scale tryout content implementation aspects are in an excellent category. The Psychological development of students assessment resulting in the form of passion, joy, and discipline in playing soccer show improvement: score of the second meeting is greater than the average score of the first meeting, thus it can be concluded thaat the playing soccer model for children age 12-13 years is effective to improve students’ psychological aspects, including the aspects of spirit, joy, and discipline in doing soccer practice.Keywords: models, play, psychological, soccer school

Abstract

Instrumen tes reaktif agility sangat diperlukan oleh beberapa cabang olahraga termasuk tenis meja, tetapi kenyataan belum ada instrumen tes reaktif agility untuk tenis meja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas tes reaktif agility tenis meja.  Metode research and development yang dipergunakan  dalam penelitian ini yaitu model 3D yang merupakan modifikasi model dari Thiagarajan yaitu Develop, dengan pendekatan campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Partisipan adalah dokumen dan seoarang ahli. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik literature reviews dengan tipe narrative review, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan FGD dan teknik delphi. Instrumen penelitian menggunaka koesioner dengan skala rating 1 sampai 4. Analisis data menggunakan formula Aiken’s untuk uji konten validitas dan  Cronbach's Alpha maupun intraclass correlation  coefficients (ICC) untuk uji reliabilitas antar rater. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien Aiken’s V di atas 0,76, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa semua aspek valid. Selain itu, juga dihasilkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha dan ICC sebesar 0,875, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa instrumen ini cukup andal. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tes reaktif agility tenis meja memiliki validitas Aiken cukup tinggi, dan reliabilitas antar rater cukup kuat. Validity and reliability of reactive agility test instrument table tennis AbstractThe reactive agility test instrument is strongly needed by several sports, including table tennis. Nevertheless, there has no reactive agility measurement instrument used in table tennis. The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the test reactive agility table tennis. The research and development (RD) method used in this study refers to the 3D model, which is a modification model from Thiagarajan, including Develop, using a mixed approach of qualitative and quantitative. The participants were documents and an expert. Data were collected using a literature review technique with the narrative review, then proceeded with FGD and Delphi technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a rating scale of 1 to 4. Data were analyzed using Aiken’s formula to test the content validity and Cronbach’s Alpha as well as intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) to test the inter-rater reliability. The research result shows that the Aiken’s V coefficient value is above 0.76, indicating that all aspects are valid. Furthermore, Cronbach’s Alpha and ICC value are 0.875, indicating that the instrument is quite reliable. Therefore, it is concluded that the reactive agility test instrument for table tennis has a quite high Aiken validity and a quite strong inter-rater reliability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran terpadu tematik bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu, yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu. Hasil penelitian berupa buku berjudul “Bermain Lempar Tangkap Bola”. Buku memuat pemanasan berupa permainan menjalaikan, inti terdiri atas 4 fase yaitu: (1) memasukkan bola ke dalam kardus; (2) pass and run with defender; (3) kucing-kucingan dengan bergeser; (4) Game lempar tangkap bola, dan diakhiri penutup berupa cooling down dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli model secara isi materi sangat baik, bahasa sangat baik, format penulisan baik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar. Model pembelajaran terpadu tematik ini juga mampu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, keterampilan gerak dasar (motorik) danafektif. Developing a thematically integrated learning model in elementary school Abstract: This study aims to produce a thematically integrated learning model for elementary school students keys one, which can be used by teachers in the teaching and learning process for elementary school students in grade one. The result of the research is a book entitled " play throwing and catching the ball." This book includes Warming up a game of catching fish, the core comprises four phases: (1) putting the ball into the box; (2) passing and running with the defender; (3) cat and mouse with a scroll; (4) Game throwing and catching the ball. Based on an expert assessment of this model the content of the material is very good, in the language, good writing format and in accordance with the characteristics of elementary school students. The thematically integrated learning model is also can be used to improve cognitive ability, basic movement skills (motoric) and affective domain.

Abstract

Penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh volume latihan terhadap pukulan drive, (2) perbedaan pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap pukulan drive, dan (3) interaksi antara volume latihan dan kecepatan reaksi terhadap ketepatan pukulan drive. Metode eksperimen faktorial 2x2. Populasi adalah atlet tenis meja junior. Jumlah sampel 20 orang diambil dengan teknik Random Sampling. Instrumen kecepatan reaksi menggunakan ruler drop test, untuk pukulan drive adalah tes oleh Tomoliyus (2012). Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dua jalur signifikan α = 0,05.     Hasil menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh volume latihan terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,000 0,05, volume rendah lebih baik dibandingkan volume tinggi, (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh kecepatan reaksi terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,000 0,05, kecepatan reaksi tinggi lebih baik dibandingkan rendah, dan (3) ada interaksi antara volume latihan dan kecepatan reaksi terhadap pukulan drive, p = 0,013 0,05. The effect of exercise volume and reaction speed on drive accuracy in junior table tennis Abstract: This research is to find out: (1) whether the difference in the exercise volume effect the increased drive. (2) the difference between low and fast speed reaction effect to drive service accuracy, and (3) the interaction between exercise volume and reaction speed to drive. This research experiments with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample is 20 persons which were taken by random sampling. The instrument for measuring reaction speed is a ruler drop test, drive service accuracy used drive accuracy ability instrument at table tennis game by Tomoliyus (2012). Data analysis used two paths ANOVA in level significance α = 0.05. The result showed: (1) there are different effects of exercise volume on drive accuracy. It is proved by p-value = 0.000 0.05, low volume are better than high volume. (2) There are differences between low and high reaction speed’s effect on drive service accuracy, it is proved by p value= 0.000 0.05, High reaction speed athletes are better than low reaction speed (3) There is an interaction between exercise volume and reaction speed toward drive service accuracy ability, it is proved by p-value = 0.013 0.05.

Abstract

Anxiety is a normal symptom that arises in athletes before the game, one of the sports that affects anxiety is boxing. The purpose of the study was to develop a sports competition anxiety test for amateur boxing athletes. This research method uses a mixed method by combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to collect valid and complete data. The participants of the study were 20 experts. The experts have a qualification of 3 expert lecturers in sports psychology, 7 national certified boxing coaches and have a master of sport science diploma, and 10 national certified boxing coaches. This validity test uses the Aiken' V formula with the delphi technique. In judging, experts are given assessment sheets as well as using scale values that include some specific values, the value of the scale is: value 1 = not appropriate, value 2 = less appropriate, value 3 = appropriate, value 4 = very appropriate. From these results, the sports competition anxiety test for boxing from the aspect of (1) the definition aspect of the sports competition anxiety test with instrument conformity has a coefisisen value of V of 0.950; (2) the material clarity aspect of anxiety with instrument conformity has a coefisisen value of V of 0.783; (3) the aspect of conformity of the statement to the conditions of the amateur boxing competition with the conformity of the instrument has a coefisisen value of 0.750; (4) the aspect of the suitability of the score with the anxiety category with the conformity of the instrument has a coefisisen value of V of 0.767; and (5) the procedure aspect of filling the test with instrument conformity has a coefisisen value of V of 0.900. Hence the anxiety test of sports competitions for amateur boxing is declared valid.

Abstract

Boxing is a martial art that imposes strict rules on body weight. There are many methods that boxers lose weight. So that it becomes a challenge for novice boxers who have never competed in boxing. The purpose of this study was to specifically investigate amateur boxing athletes at the beginner on how to lose weight. This research method is descriptive qualitative with interviews and questionnaires containing several questions via google form. The subjects in the study were 70 boxers and consisted of 2 categories, the first category was active boxers who competed at POPWIL (Regional Student Sports Week) as many as, 28 boxers and Pre PORPROV (Provincial Sports Week) as In theboxethe boxersecond category, boxers have never participated in an amateur boxing competition. Based on the results of the study, the most widely used weight loss method for beginner boxers is to limit carbon which are and Is carried out during the initial period of exercise. The majority of boxers use more than 1 method of weight loss. The effects felt by boxers are dehydration and lack of enthusiasm. Boxers feel these effects after a few days when starting to lose weight. In carrying out the method of weight loss, many boxers are doubtful about the danger to the body. So the need for special counseling is healthy and gradugraduallyual manner. In addition, coaches, doctors or nutritionists, colleagues, colleagues parents need to be involved to monitor and motivate boxers.
