Abstract

This article aims to conduct a policy analysis of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) from a theoretical perspective. Through the approach of policy analysis and relevant theoretical frameworks, this study examines the formulation and implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka as an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools. In this policy analysis, we collect and analyze related policy documents, literature reviews, and relevant research findings to understand the policy's objectives, strategies employed, and its impact on the quality of learning. Our analysis identifies key factors that influence the success of the Kurikulum Merdeka, such as the role of teachers, structured curriculum, and community involvement. Additionally, we uncover implementation challenges faced in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka and provide recommendations for its improvement and development. This research contributes to expanding our understanding of the Kurikulum Merdeka as an educational policy from a theoretical perspective and offers insights for education stakeholders to enhance the quality of learning in schools

Abstract

Temuan obervasi yang dilaksanakan di SD Inpres Pinaras memperlihatkan pencapaian hasil belajar matematika kurang optimal. Studi ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Inpres Pinaras melalui penerapan pendekatan problem-based learning. Metodologi pada studi ini ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang diinisiasi oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Jenis studi ini terdiri dari empat tahapan, yakni: 1. Perencanaan, 2. Tindakan, 3. Observasi, dan 4. Refleksi. Data pada studi ini diperoleh dari observasi dengan melakukan pengamatan pada siswa sepanjang kegiatan pembelajaran dengan lembar observasi serta tertulis yang ditujukan untuk menilai kemampuan dan capaian belajar siswa. Data dianalisis melalui perhitungan persentasi. Partisipan pada studi ini ialah 10 siswa kelas V SD Inpres Pinaras yang terdiri daro 7 perempuan serta 3 laki-laki. Teknik pemerolehan data yang digunakan ialah lembar observasi dan lembar evaluasi. Lembar observasi ditujukan guna mengkaji peningkatan kegiatan belajar siswa, serta lembar evaluasi ynag ditujukan guna melihat hasil belajar siswa. Temuan siklus I pada studi ini menemukan adanya persentase peningkatan sejumlah 65%, sedangkan siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan menjadi 86%. Merujuk pada temuan studi, disimpulkan bahwasanya implementasi model problem based learning mampu meningkatkan capaian hasil belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V SD Inpres Pinaras

Abstract

Sekaraang ini masih banyak lulusan SMK yang yang menganggur yang disebabkan karena banyak siswa lulusan SMK yang tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat  perguruan tinggi, dan factor lainnya adalah banyak lulusan SMK yang tidak diterima dalam dunia usaha dan tidak mam menciptakan lapangan usaha atau berwiraswata. Oleh karena itu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi kewirausahaan bagi siswa siswi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SKM Kristen 3 Tomohon dengan tujuanuntuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat kewirausahaaan bagi siswa siswi dalam memasuhi dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan koordinasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan wawasan siswa siswi SMK dalam kewirausahaan, terjadi peningkatan dalam pengetahuan tentang pengenalan konsep kewirausahaan, nilai nilai kkewirausahaan, penggunaan media social dan pengenalan peluang usaha.

Abstract

The goal of the study is to identify methods for fostering teacher professionalism in the digital age, taking-into-account the potential and problems that may arise. A literature review was the research methodology adopted in this study. In this study, papers that are pertinent to the research topic and are required for it were gathered using library research data gathering methodologies. This is accomplished by using Publish or Perish (PoP), which uses the article databases from Google Scholar and Sciendirect for the 2019–2023 period to gather the necessary articles. Three stages make up the research phase used in this study: planning, conducting, and reporting. The article analysis produced 19 journal papers in both English and Indonesian that were pertinent to the research themes. The inference that may be made is that there are both obstacles and opportunities presented by the digital era. To build a plan for enhancing teacher professionalism in the digital age, it is necessary to identify obstacles and make use of numerous opportunities. The current plan involves supervision, KKG, PKG, and MGMP in addition to the implementation of training, workshops, seminars, and certification connected to the production of media, resources, and digital-based subject matter.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar yang terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya.Dalam menunjang keberhasilan pendidikan, ada beberapa faktor yang berperan yaitu infrastruktur, peserta, bahan (materi), metode, tujuan pembelajaran dan lingkungan yang menunjang. Namun, kenyataan yang terjadi yaitu kinerja guru cenderung menurun diakibatkan karena terlalu berkonsentrasi memperjuangkan masalah kesejahteraannya. Permasalahan penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja guru yang belum optimal dalam proses belajar mengajar, penguasaan materi pembelajaran yang belum memadai, manajemen pembelajaran yang belum dijalankan secara efisien dan efektif, komitmen menjalankan tugas dalam proses belajar mengajar yang masih kurang. Berdasarkan fokus permasalahan tersebut, maka rumusan masalah penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Apakah penguasaan materi pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung pada kinerja guru?; (2) Apakah manajemen pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung pada kinerja guru?; (3) Apakah komitmen menjalankan tugas berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru?; (4) Apakah penguasaan materi pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung pada komitmen menjalankan tugas?; (5) Apakah manajemen pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung pada komitmen menjalan tugas?; (6) Apakah penguasaan materi pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung pada manajemen pembelajaran?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan korelasional serta teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh guru SD di kota Tomohon yang berjumlah 700 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling dan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 195 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes Sebelum dilakukan pengumpulan data, instrumen penelitian diujicoba terlebih dahulu untuk mengukur validitas dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dan reliabilitas instrumen degan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif penguasaan materi pembelajaran terjadap kinerja guru SD. Hipotesis 2 dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berkorelasi langsung positif pada kinerja guru. Hipotesis 3, Membuktikan bahwa terdapat korelasi langsung positif komitmen menjalankan tugas dengan kinerja guru. Hipotesis 4,disimpulkan terdapat korelasi langsung positif penguasaan materi pembelajaran dengan komitmen menjalankan tugas. Hipotesis 5 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi langsung positif manajemen pembelajaran pada komitmen menjalankan tugas. Dan pada hipotesis 6 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi langsung positif penguasaan materi pembelajaran pada manajemen pembelajaran.Abstract: Education is a conscious effort planned to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students can actively develop their potential. In supporting the success of education, there are several factors that play a role, namely infrastructure, participants, materials (materials), methods, learning objectives, and the environment support. However, the reality is that the teacher's performance tends to decline due to concentrating on his welfare problems. The problem of this study focuses on teacher performance that has not been optimal in the teaching and learning process, mastery of learning materials that are not yet adequate, management of learning that has not been implemented efficiently and effectively, commitment to carrying out tasks in the teaching and learning process that is still lacking. Based on the focus of the problem, the formulation of this research problem is as follows: (1) Does mastery of learning material directly correlate to teacher performance ?; (2) Does management of learning correlates directly to teacher performance ?; (3) Does commitment to carry out tasks directly affect teacher performance ?; (4) Does mastery of learning material correlate directly with commitment to carrying out tasks ?; (5) Does the management of learning directly correlate to the commitment to running the task ?; (6) Is the mastery of learning material directly correlated with learning management? This study uses a correlational approach and data analysis techniques using path analysis techniques (path analysis). The study population included all elementary school teachers in Tomohon city, amounting to 700 people, using Probability Sampling and Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 195 people. Data collection is done by using a test instrument. Before data collection is carried out, the research instrument is tested first to measure validity using the product-moment correlation formula and instrument reliability using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of testing hypothesis 1 can be concluded that there is a positive direct effect of mastery of learning material on the performance of elementary school teachers. Hypothesis 2 can be concluded that learning management correlates positively directly with teacher performance. Hypothesis 3, Proving that there is a positive direct correlation of commitment to performing tasks with teacher performance. Hypothesis 4, it is concluded that there is a positive direct correlation of mastery of learning material with a commitment to carrying out tasks. Hypothesis 5 concludes that there is a positive direct correlation of learning management in commitment to carrying out tasks. And in hypothesis 6 it is concluded that there is a positive direct correlation of mastery of learning material in learning management.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics class IV at Kinilow Catholic Elementary School through the application of IT-based media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. The subjects of this study were 10 students of class IV of Kinilow Catholic Elementary School. The results of the study show that the application of IT-based media can improve student learning outcomes. As for the first cycle, student learning outcomes obtained a percentage of 62.5%, then learning outcomes in cycle 2 obtained a percentage of 86.5%. Implementation of cycle 2 by perfecting things that are lacking in cycle 1, student learning outcomes experience a significant increase and are declared successful. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of IT-based media can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at Kinilow Catholic Elementary School

Abstract

This research aims to determine the competence of teachers in learning at SD Inpres Pungkol, South Minahasa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research sources are the principal, teachers, and students as informants to find out the extent of teachers' pedagogical competence in learning. in class IV of SD Inpres Pungkol. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are based on Miles and Huberman's theory with a sequence of steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out through triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of the research show that the teacher's pedagogical competence in learning in class IV of SD Inpres Pungkol is very good, it can be seen that when in the learning process the teacher can master the learning process, knows the characteristics of children well, is able to arrange administration in the class such as teaching modules, ATP, CP, to the preparation of questions and evaluation of assessments as well as being able to use electronic media in learning.

Abstract

The GMIM Hosiana Tumatangga Tomoho Kindergarten study used PTK examining group B samples. At GMIM Hosiana Tumatangga Tomoho Kindergarten, data collection techniques were applied through observation, question and answer, discussion and documentation using descriptive analysis techniques. Analysis of technical data looking at all aspects of the research activity during the research and analysis accordingly. The research results showed that the children's and oral language skills increased from the initial conditions in 2 children in the first period (25%) and in the second period with the method of storytelling through audiovisual media. the second reached 6 children (100%). Thus, it can be concluded that children and language skills can be improved through GMIM Hosiana Tumatantang Tomoho Kindergarten Group B narrative method using audio-visual media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of class management in improving learning outcomes in Bhayangkari kindergarten and Bethlehem Tondano kindergarten. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a multi-site study model. The results of this study show that 1) Classroom management planning starts from school curriculum documents. 2) The implementation of classroom management in both schools is manifested in every learning activity. 3) The evaluation of class management In both schools departed from the results of the supervision of the principal, supervisor, teacher meetings, and was evident in the learning outcomes of students. 4) Good class management will make student learning outcomes increase and develop in a good direction as well. The study indicates that classroom management affects learning outcomes. Keywords: Classroom Management, Learning Outcomes, Early Childhood Education

Abstract

Training of Conversion thesis to article is expected to make it easier for future students to complete a comprehensive test requirement where one of the conditions is to create an article based on a revised essay that will be published in a reputable journal. It is also to avoid students paying others to make the article so that students can make it independently. The aim of this service is to conduct training on Converting Theses to Articles and Adapting Journal Templates for Unima Sociology Education Students so that students can master these skills. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers and of course direct practice. After carrying out the training, it can be that several steps in implementing this training are as follows: 1. Make sure the thesis file plagiarism is low below 30%, 2. Open the thesis word file, 3. Open the published journal/journal article word template file, 4. First adjust the title, author, affiliation and email address, 5. Create an abstract in English and Indonesian, consisting of: a. Background/Aim, b. Research methods, c. Method of collecting data, d. Data analysis, e. Research result, 6. Copy and paste the following from the thesis into the article: a. Introduction, b. Methods (research methods, data collection techniques/methods, c. Data analysis), d.
