Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries whose technology and information development is growing rapidly. The problem of prostitution is a complex problem, therefore this problem really needs special attention from the community. Prostitution, a business that is identical to the black world, is one of the businesses that generates money quickly. Online prostitution cases in Indonesia require a mitigation effort in overcoming online prostitution cases that occur. The meaning of the word mitigation itself is a process or method carried out to prevent, face or overcome a situation while trying to improve the behavior of someone who has committed a behavior that is declared guilty. This research is a normative legal research that is descriptive analytical in nature. This research approach uses a statutory approach. The data sources used in this study were taken from secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The secondary data collection technique used is a literature study. The data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively. The theory for overcoming crime has two ways, namely by means of preventive action (the occurrence of a crime) and repressive action (efforts after the occurrence of a crime). Preventive action is an action taken to prevent or guard against the possibility of a crime occurring

Abstract

People who have mental disorders have a high risk of becoming victims of rape. Access to legal services for people with mental disorders is still very limited and some people with mental disorders have no legal protection at all. The type of research used in this research is doctrinal (normative) research, also called library research methods. The Law on Protection of Witnesses and Victims cannot be said to be sufficient as a basis for providing human rights as regulated in Article 42 of the Human Rights Law to victims of criminal acts of rape who have the status of people with mental disorders because the regional government carries out limited fulfillment of victims' rights

Abstract

The importance of understanding intellectual property legal protection for marble craft craftsmen in Tulungagung. As an area famous for marble crafts, Tulungagung has many craftsmen whose intellectual property rights need to be protected. This protection is deemed necessary considering the rapid development of the marble craft industry in Tulungagung. focuses on in-depth understanding of the protection of marble craftsmen's intellectual property rights. This approach allows researchers to gain rich and detailed insights into intellectual property rights protection practices in the context of the marble artisan industry. Marble craftsmen in Tulungagung still need stronger intellectual property legal protection to prevent cases of copyright and trademark infringement. The government and related institutions need to increase outreach and education to marble craftsmen regarding the importance of legal protection of intellectual property, as well as simplify the registration process for copyrights, trademarks and industrial designs so that craftsmen can easily protect their work legally. Marble crafts in Tulungagung have high artistic and economic value.

Abstract

This article discusses technological innovation in public services in the era of industrial technology. In the current context, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) has initiated the ETLE or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement program as a breakthrough in the framework of electronic road traffic law enforcement. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The problem approach used in this study is to use socio-legal research. The findings in the writing explain that E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) created by the Malang City Police Traffic Unit as a technology-based law enforcement model is one form of legal progressiveness to answer the demands of the community in facing current legal problems. In the E-TLE law enforcement system, the public does not need to have direct contact with officers in the field so that vulnerability to corrupt practices can be avoided. In addition, handling legal processes related to traffic violations becomes easier by paying fines directly at the Bank so that the public does not need to come to court at the local District Court.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) is a form of community service carried out by students as part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Through KKN, students are expected to be able to apply the knowledge they have gained during their studies to help solve problems that exist in society. The method used when implementing Real Work Lectures (KKN) consists of several main stages, namely briefing from campus, location survey, village mapping, and member coordination. Each stage is carried out systematically to ensure activities run effectively and in accordance with community needs. Apart from benefits for students, the KKN program also has a positive impact on the local community. Several work programs that have been implemented, such as psychoeducation, teaching assistance in elementary and kindergarten, planting coffee seedlings and helping to renovate several existing facilities in the village can be handled through good cooperation between students, supervisors and the community.

Abstract

Technological innovation plays an important role in the current digital era, with a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including community empowerment. Technological transformation provides opportunities for society to improve the quality of life, reduce social inequality, and build economic independence. However, the implementation of technological innovation is not without challenges, especially in the context of diversity in access and acceptance in society. Research approaches must include elements of focused data collection, detailed analysis, and critical interpretation of findings related to the dynamics of technological innovation in society. Mixed methods, which combine qualitative and quantitative techniques, are often chosen in order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the phenomenon under study. Community empowerment is a concept that emphasizes increasing the capacity of individuals and groups in communities to control their own lives. This approach focuses on developing local potential and independence, which can be done through active participation and collaborative efforts between various stakeholders. This research confirms that technological innovation plays a crucial role in empowering society by encouraging economic independence and improving prosperity. During the research, it was discovered that successful implementation of technology depends on accessibility and local adaptation. Even though there are challenges such as limited infrastructure and lack of public understanding, integration between various parties can accelerate technology adoption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini relevan untuk memahami peran Fintech dalam transformasi ekonomi dan dampak regulasi hukum. Dengan kajian yang mendalam, diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pemahaman Fintech di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif normatif deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena dalam artikel fintech di Indonesia dari perspektif hukum dan ekonomi yang mendalam. Regulasi fintech di Indonesia sangat penting untuk mengatur perkembangan ekonomi digital. Undang-undang dan regulasi fintech di Indonesia berkaitan erat dengan upaya pemerintah untuk mengawasi dan mengatur perkembangan fintech dalam rangka melindungi konsumen dan menjaga stabilitas sistem keuangan. Berbagai regulasi seperti Peraturan Bank Indonesia dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan telah diterapkan untuk memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan fintech terhadap prinsip tata kelola yang baik, perlindungan konsumen, dan mitigasi risiko terkait layanan keuangan digital. Regulasi yang baik akan melindungi konsumen, mendorong inovasi, dan menciptakan lingkungan bisnis yang sehat.

Abstract

Al Kahf Islamic Boarding School has a strong commitment to eradicating bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. With these efforts, Al Kahf Islamic boarding school continues to strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for its students. Socialization methods are an important key in preventing bullying in Islamic boarding schools. The education and training approach is an effective method for increasing awareness of the negative impacts of bullying and establishing good ethics among students. Through this approach, teachers and educational staff can provide a deep understanding of the importance of good interpersonal relationships, foster empathy, and provide knowledge and skills to resolve conflict positively. Through an education and training approach, Islamic boarding schools can create a safe and supportive environment for students. The importance of socialization in preventing bullying has also been proven effective in forming awareness and ethics for students. However, the active role of caregivers, teachers and Islamic boarding school staff in implementing this socialization method is very important.

Abstract

Konsep masyarakat 5.0 menempatkan manusia sebagai pusat transformasi dan penggabungan kemajuan ekonomi, kemajuan teknologi, dan keberlanjutan dalam model sosial baru. Metode penetian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah pendekatan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam fenomena sosial tertentu, dalam hal ini adalah HKI di era AI. Era digital membuka peluang untuk melindungi berbagai bentuk karya kreatif yang sebelumnya sulit dilindungi, seperti desain digital dan perangkat lunak. Teknologi seperti blockchain dapat digunakan untuk mencatat kepemilikan atas karya digital secara transparan dan aman. Munculnya model bisnis baru yang berbasis pada lisensi dan royalti atas karya intelektual. Perlindungan hukum terhadap karya AI adalah isu kompleks yang membutuhkan kajian mendalam. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, kita perlu terus beradaptasi dan mencari solusi yang tepat untuk memastikan bahwa inovasi dalam bidang AI tetap berjalan seiring dengan perlindungan hak-hak cipta.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin maju, perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah memberikan dampak yang besar pada masyarakat. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai dampak sosial dari perkembangan AI terhadap pasar kerja dan kesenjangan digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Kesenjangan digital merujuk pada divisi atau kesenjangan antara individu, rumah tangga, perusahaan, atau wilayah geografis dalam hal akses dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki peran kunci dalam penanganan ancaman disrupsi sosial. Sektor pendidikan perlu mengubah kurikulum agar siswa siap dengan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi AI, dan memberikan akses pada pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis.
