Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in strengthening the people's economy nationally, so the government must pay attention to strategies and policies for empowering MSMEs. This article discusses the problems of developing MSMEs in order to improve people's welfare, forms of exploitation of MSMEs and forms of legal protection for MSMEs. Socialization was carried out at the Karangrejo market offline. The results of the socialization showed that the problems of developing MSMEs covered several things such as marketing difficulties, financial limitations, human resource limitations, raw material problems, and technological limitations. Meanwhile, the pattern of exploitation of MSMEs covered capital accumulation, the creation of economic and social dependency, and a monopolistic market structure. Until now, the form of legal protection for MSMEs provided by the government is through simplifying the requirements and procedures for applying for business permits, development procedures, partnership patterns, organizing coordination and control of MSME empowerment, and procedures for imposing administrative sanctions. From the conclusion, the government is recommended to make further arrangements, related to legal protection for MSMEs, supervise parties who cheat, and provide better legal protection for MSMEs. In addition, the state should carry out reforms, one of which is by providing free legal assistance for MSMEs and tax deductions.

Abstract

UMKM can absorb labor and reduce unemployment in Indonesia. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are engaged in entrepreneurship according to their areas of interest and ability. This is proven by the many UMKM that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic era. Business actors engaged in the food sector are required to have a distribution permit as well as guaranteeing the safety of the food products they sell. PIRT certificate or home industry food is a distribution license that must be owned by food industry business actors. According to initial interviews, the location of the lala cookies is in the Banana Candi sub-district, Sukun sub-district, Malang city, they don't have a PIRT, and they don't know about PIRT. The lack of knowledge of business legality, in this case PIRT, is one of the causes. Based on these problems, socialization and assistance in obtaining PIRT permits were held by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Wisnuwardhana University, Malang. Methods of community service activities regarding PIRT socialization and Assistance in Making PIRT. This activity shows indicators of success, which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the socialization participants in the discussion, and the understanding of the importance of business legality, in this case the PIRT number, to increase knowledge of production feasibility and production development and how to increase production frequency and marketing reach of lala cookies.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era brings major changes to Indonesia. This transformation also presents challenges, especially in terms of regulation, data security, and consumer protection. A deep understanding of the sociological dimensions of law is very important. In this article, the method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. In the research approach, the researcher uses a sociological legal approach. In the context of rapid technological developments and social change, the study of the sociology of law on the need to immediately carry out digital transactions is very relevant. The implementation of digital transactions is not only related to economic aspects, but also includes various important social and legal dimensions. The sociology of law sees that digital transactions represent a significant change in the way society interacts and transacts. This shift creates new opportunities, but also challenges, which require adjustments to legal regulations to remain relevant and responsive to the needs of society. In the context of Society 5.0, rapid changes in digital technology require the legal system to be responsive and flexible, so that it can answer the challenges that arise without hindering technological progress. The implementation of digital transactions towards the Society 5.0 era is not only an option, but a necessity to ensure sustainable economic growth, social inclusion, and effective legal protection. Therefore, collaboration between the government, private sector, and society is essential to create a digital transaction ecosystem that is safe, fair, and beneficial for all. The relationship between legal sociology, digital transactions, and the Society 5.0 era shows the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to understanding the social and legal impacts of digitalization.

Abstract

MSMEs as the strongest business sector compared to other sectors are also the largest contributors to Indonesia's economic growth. MSMEs are business innovations that can be used as important pillars for Indonesia as a developing country, with the increase in entrepreneurs it can improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. The position of MSMEs in the national economy has an important and strategic role. This condition is very possible because the existence of MSMEs is quite dominant in the Indonesian economy, with the reason for the large number of industries and in every economic sector, the great potential in absorbing labor, and the contribution of MSMEs in the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is very dominant. The research method used by the author is the doctrinal legal research method or normative law, namely research that uses legislation, legal rules, and norms as sources of law related to the problems to be studied. The development of MSMEs is one of the government's efforts as the ruler of the country to increase investment and open up employment opportunities. The Indonesian House of Representatives' critical thinking in discussing the Job Creation Law will determine the direction of the policy for the ease, empowerment, and protection of MSMEs

Abstract

A franchise must meet the criteria, have business characteristics, be proven to provide profits, have standards for services and goods and/or services offered which are made in writing, easy to teach and apply. Legal awareness is the source of all law. With In other words, legal awareness exists in every human being because every human being has interests, so if the law It is understood and implemented well their interests will be protected and if friction occurs interests, the law is present as an alternative solution. Thus, legal awareness is not only a must have only by certain groups such as law graduates, lawyers,police, prosecutors and judges, but basically it must be owned by every human being without exception so that their interests can be achieved protected. In this research, normative research methods were used. Normative juridical research is a type of library legal research, Legal consequences for franchises that do not have a franchise registration certificate (STPW). does not meet the objective requirements as intended in Article 1320 paragraphs (3) and (4) such as violating the law, public order and morality.

Abstract

e-commerce has greatly expanded its application and scope. More traditional industries have now been incorporated into e-commerce, a significant one of which, in terms of product categories, includes the halal industry. This research uses literature studies, which include literature studies related to the concept of halal in Islam. Literature study on the principles of muamalah in Islam. Literature review about e-commerce and its development in Indonesia. One of the key areas under the halal definition is the treatment of food, food ingredients, and the method of processing. The development of a food and beverage market for Muslims generates interest from a technical point of view, as the aspect of halal must be adhered to. Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers' legal awareness shows the importance of integrating legal and health literacy to increase their access to basic rights, including health care. The concept of this educational program includes preparing educational materials that are easy to understand, tailored to the literacy level and needs of migrant workers. This educational material not only contains general legal information, but also real case examples to clarify understanding. Legal awareness of Indonesian migrant workers still needs to be significantly improved. Even though there have been efforts to provide educational programs and legal assistance, the level of legal awareness of migrant workers is still relatively low

Abstract

Cyberbullying or intimidation in cyberspace has become an increasingly disturbing phenomenon in the current digital era. With increasingly widespread access to online platforms, these actions threaten the emotional well-being of individuals, especially young people. This service reviews the negative impact of cyberbullying on the victim's mental health, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and even the potential for suicide, increasing legal awareness regarding cyberbullying both in civil aspects and statutory regulations. Factors such as anonymity and the vast reach of the internet complicate prevention efforts. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between parents, educators and online platforms in creating a safe and educational environment for users, as well as implementing stricter regulations to protect individuals from the negative impacts of cyberbullying. This activity aims to provide outreach regarding cyberbullying. The methods used are field surveys, outreach and evaluation. It is hoped that the results of this outreach activity will increase legal awareness. Socialization about cyberbullying at Sriwedari Malang Middle School is an important step to equip students with the understanding and skills needed to deal with cyberspace wisely and responsibly.
