Abstract

This research aims to 1) To determine the partial influence of production factors (Seeds, Fertilizer, Labor and Land Area) on rice production in farming in the Bonder Village farming group, 2) to determine the production results and income from rice farming in the farming group in Bonder Village. The research method uses a quantitative approach by determining the number of respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was carried out using the Cobb-Douglas production function to determine the influence of production factors on farming results, as well as income analysis using the total revenue (TR) and total cost (TC) approaches. The research results show that the average rice production reaches 5,000 kg per hectare, while the average rice farming income is IDR. 26,000,000 per hectare. Simultaneous testing of production factors produces a value of Fcount = 5684.973 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the production factors together have a significant effect on rice production in Bonder Village. Income analysis shows that rice farming is still worth pursuing because it can provide quite high profits for farmers. Thus, it can be concluded that efficiency in the use of production factors contributes significantly to increasing production and farmer income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine e-marketing strategies for tourist destinations in East Lombok, especially the Sembalun tourist attraction. The research method used is qualitative research using primary data obtained through observation and interviews. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that there are several weaknesses in Sembalun tourism, namely that e-marketing is not maximized because the majority of management is still personal. Strengthening e-marketing needs to be improved where this tour has a good opportunity to be visited by tourists again through digital promotional activities. Strengthening this e-marketing strategy can be done by training human resources who are actors in the tourism sector so that they can utilize social media and online platforms in creating promotional content to expand the reach of promotions to people in various regions. Promotions carried out on social media are the most effective alternative to implement because of the speed and ease of delivering information. It can be concluded from this research that in increasing tourist visits, the e-marketing strategy is an appropriate alternative to be implemented and understood by Sembalun tourism managers.

Abstract

Implementation is the process of putting a plan, decision, or policy into action. Implementation also includes a number of actions, such as planning, preparing resources, organizing leading, and carrying out an action or decision. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Lotim Berkembang program in improving the development of MSMEs in Selong sub-district and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Lotim berkembang program. The research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data obtained is then analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. This research is based on the theory of Edwar III, which uses 4 factors as a research reference, namely resources, communication, bureaucratic structures, and attitudes. The results of the Lotim Berkembang Program Implementation Research on MSMEs in Selong District show that the implementation of the Lotim Berkembang program is quite good but not yet fully successful. The recipients of the Lotim Berkembang program feel very helpful in developing their business. The obstacles in the implementation of this program are more likely to be from people who are difficult to gather, and communion.

Abstract

This research aims to ; find out creative economy-based tourism promotion strategies in increasing the tourist attraction of the Rambang Beach destination and the second objective is to find out the impact on the attraction or number of Rambang Beach tourists. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data sources were collected through primary data and secondary data. The subject of this research was carried out using snowball sampling. Using the snowball sampling technique, 33 village secretaries, tourism managers and the community were selected as informants.The research results also show that using alternative strategies along with creative economy-based tourism promotion strategies can increase the tourist attraction of Rambang Beach. To increase tourism there must be tourism that can attract visitors to come to the tourist spot. This tourism is by adding facilities with infrastructure that shows in the Rambang Beach tourist spot. So, from the village government's resources, they must have a strategy to increase tourist visitors who visit places on Rambang Beach.

Abstract

Among other things, the teacher's tasks include planning and implementing the process of teaching and learning activities and evaluating student learning outcomes. The role of the teacher in learning is the educator, the model, and the instructor and tutor. Learning success is measured based on the achievement of competencies established since the beginning of the learning activities. Learning assistance at MA NW Lepak, which has been carried out by the PPM Hamzanwadi University team can increase student motivation, it is seen from 65% of students in the category of high and very high learning motivation. Learning outcomes increase after mentoring, viewed from learning outcomes with an increasing trend. The distribution of student learning outcomes in the excellent category from 17% increased to 26%, and the good category from 30% to 32%. Whereas for students whose categories failed to drop from 9% to 0%.
