Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of using animated media on the outcomes of basketball shooting training in children aged 10–11 years. The research employed an experimental method with a population of 40 students participating in basketball extracurricular activities at Cimahi Mandiri 2 Elementary School in Cimahi City. A total sampling technique was used, involving all 40 students. Participants were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group (20 students) that received training with animated media and a control group (20 students) that received training without animated media. The research instrument used was a basketball shooting test. The results showed that: (a) the use of animated media significantly improved shooting training outcomes, with a t-count of 23.59 > t-table 2.262; (b) training without animated media also led to a significant improvement, with a t-count of 12.68 > t-table 2.262; and (c) the significance test of the difference between group means yielded a t-count of 25.98 > t-table 2.101, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. It is concluded that learning using animated media is more effective in improving basketball shooting performance among elementary school children aged 10–11 years.

Abstract

Abstract The impact of the financial crisis at the end of 2008 resulted in the financial sector losing its ability to mitigate risk, in turn causing increased credit risk. The aim of the study is, of course, to understand the impact of monetary policy and macroprudential on credit risks in Indonesia's non-allocation financing (NPF). The study USES the data panel that has been processed through eviews 10 and applied with multiple linear regression analysis, specifying five different types of cellular general Banks that fit the criteria as a sample of observation during the 2018-2022 period. Research shows that bi rate as a monetary policy proxy and mandatory minimum requirement (GWM) as a macroprudensian policy proxy does not significantly affect credit risk. However, those capital inequality ratios have a significant negative impact on credit risk, while those variables financing to depositite ratios have significant positive effects on credit risk. Monetary policy and macroprudencies are crucial to systemic risk, particularly credit risk in the financial sector, especially at sharia general bank.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of listening to music on running performance and endurance in the running community of Bandung City. The method used involves the utilization of Survey Monkey as an instrument to gather data from respondents through specifically designed online questionnaires. The questionnaire includes inquiries about the preferred time for running exercises, the type of music listened to, the duration and intensity of running, and the impact of music on the running experience. Additionally, a qualitative approach is employed as thematic analysis of respondents' responses to delve into their perceptions of the influence of music in the context of running. The results of this study reveal that the average age of respondents falls within the range of 18-45 years among 400 respondents, divided into 150 females and 250 males, with the majority being students. The majority of respondents run with a frequency of 40.00% per week. The timing of running exercises tends to be more dominant in the morning, reaching 72.50% of the total respondents. More than half of the respondents, 57.50%, use devices to listen to music while running. The majority of them, 73.98%, listen to pop music genres. Additionally, 47.37% of respondents are able to sustain a running duration of more than 30 minutes. These findings provide a better understanding of running exercise preferences and habits, as well as highlight the potential influence of music on the physical and mental activities of individuals in the running community.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of budget, labor, and inventory allocation decision making at PT Telkom through the application of the TOPSIS method. Using a decision matrix that includes five alternatives and three criteria, this analysis ranks each alternative based on proximity to the positive ideal solution and distance to the negative ideal solution. The results show that Alternative D is the best choice, signifying superiority in the combination of measured values. These recommendations provide strategic guidance for PT Telkom in optimizing resource management, but keep in mind that the results are relative and need periodic evaluation to maintain relevance in the context of dynamic changes. This research contributes to the decision-making and resource management literature by applying systematic methods to complex business situations.

Abstract

This research applies the ELECTRE Method in the analysis of PT Djarum's business strategic planning, focusing on business development, product diversification, and market expansion. Using three main criteria with assigned weights, this study evaluated five strategic alternatives. The results show that New Business Development (PBB) dominates the ranking with the highest Net Flow, signaling high conformity with the criteria and weights. Product Diversification (DP) follows as a viable alternative, while Global Market Expansion (EPG), Strategic Partnership (KS), and Regional Market Expansion (EPR) are ranked according to their respective suitability levels. These conclusions provide strong strategic guidance for PT Djarum in making informed business decisions and support the long-term growth and sustainability of the company amidst the changing dynamics of the competitive cigarette industry.
