Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya analisis jabatan dan desain pekerjaan dalam perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu peneliti melakukan review dan identifikasi jurnal-jurnal sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Metode pengumpulan artikel jurnal ini bersumber dari Google Scholar, Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), dan Publish or Perish. Pengumpulan data artikel memakai metode Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome (PICO). Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan dan desain pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Analisis jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi organisasi. Kemudian analisis jabatan juga berperan penting dalam penentuan isi dari jabatan yang terdiri dari tugas yang akan dikerjakan, tanggung jawab, keterkaitan antara jabatan satu dengan yang lain, dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Selain itu analisis jabatan diperlukan untuk memahami spesifikasi jabatan, deskripsi kerja, lama waktu kerja, dan gaji karyawan. Dengan pelaksanaan analisis jabatan yang sesuai maka akan menjadi basis data ketika melaksanakan perencanaan karyawan baik sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang. Desain pekerjaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, work engagement karyawan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, keberlangsungan suatu industry, juga memberikan kontribusi secara langsung terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB)

Abstract

Due to the era of globalization and the ever-increasing level of competition in the education sector, the leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in maintaining effective teacher work discipline. The principal ought to pay more attention to the teacher's labor discipline because this is an ongoing issue. The principal must possess a strong spirit of leadership in order to effectively discipline teachers who fail to perform their duties. The goals of the study that was done are as follows: 1) comprehending the principal's leadership role in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline; 2) being aware of the challenges the principal faces in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline. This study employs a subjective engagement methodology and a writing survey technique to select information from books, journals, and articles related to the subject under investigation. The review reveals that the principal's responsibility for further developing the work discipline of educators and education personnel consistently fosters a sense of responsibility, particularly as a pioneer, superintendent, and inspiration in the school climate. The principal's role in enhancing teacher discipline is determined by the leadership style and strategy they employ. The inability to communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members presents a challenge that principals frequently encounter when attempting to enhance teacher and staff work discipline

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become a strategic agenda to improve the quality and accessibility of learning in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the policy of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation No. 7607/B.B1/HK.03/2023, which focuses on technology-based performance management for teachers and school principals, and its implications for learning quality. The research employs the Literature Review method with data retrieved from Lens.org. The findings reveal that the policy provides a transparent and accountable framework; however, its implementation faces several challenges, such as gaps in technological infrastructure and digital literacy in remote areas. The policy's impact is more pronounced in urban areas with better access to technology compared to rural regions. This study recommends enhancing infrastructure, digital literacy training, and sustainable technical support to ensure the success of digital transformation in education. With inclusive and sustainable implementation, this policy has significant potential to improve educators' professionalism and learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze character education through the implementation of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) curriculum based on the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 450 of 2024. This policy places character development based on Islamic religious values ??as the core of the curriculum, in line with national education goals. The research approach used is a literature study. The results of the study indicate that the MI curriculum is designed to integrate religious and national values ??through subjects as an important element in forming students who have noble morals and Pancasila character. However, the implementation of the curriculum faces challenges in the form of limited human resources, educational infrastructure, and access to technology, especially in remote areas. With the support of innovative strategies, ongoing teacher training, and collaboration between madrasas, parents, and the community, character education through the MI curriculum is expected to run effectively. This study provides recommendations to strengthen the role of madrasas as centers for developing student character based on Islamic values ??and local wisdom. Kebijakan ini menempatkan pengembangan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai agama Islam sebagai inti dari kurikulum, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum MI dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan dan kebangsaan melalui mata pelajaran menjadi elemen penting dalam membentuk siswa yang memiliki akhlak mulia dan karakter Pancasila. Namun, implementasi kurikulum menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur pendidikan, dan akses teknologi, terutama di daerah terpencil. Dengan dukungan strategi inovatif, pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan, dan kolaborasi antara madrasah, orang tua, dan masyarakat, pendidikan karakter melalui kurikulum MI diharapkan dapat berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat peran madrasah sebagai pusat pengembangan karakter peserta didik yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture on Work Effectiveness with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening Variable at PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 150 employees of PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. The sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri. Sampling using propability sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis, using the SmartPLS 3.0 application program. The results of the research conducted prove that the work environment has a significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational commitment has no significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational culture has a significant effect on work effectiveness, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment does not significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture has no significant effect on work effectiveness through organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has no significant effect on work effectiveness at PT. Ilham Hasil Mandiri.

Abstract

Character education is a system that teaches character values ​​with elements of knowledge, awareness and action, as well as putting these values ​​into practice. One way to develop quality character or educate children about their character is to provide knowledge about how to behave according to expectations in everyday life and apply it in society. This characteristic behavior is certainly related to relationships with society. Since humans were born into this world, consciously or unconsciously, we have studied and understood social relationships, namely the relationships between humans in society. The research method in this article uses qualitative research: Literature Study, namely a data collection method by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. The aim of this research is to examine the sociology of education, the sociology of education as character formation through disciplinary habituation and implementation of disciplinary character formation.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyse the implementation of walkthrough supervision as a collaborative supervision strategy in improving the quality of learning practices at junior and senior high school levels. Method: This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers and supervisors, and analysis of supervision documents. The analysis process was conducted thematically to identify implementation patterns, challenges, and improvement strategies that emerged from the practice of walkthrough supervision in improving the quality of learning practices at the junior and senior high school levels at Yayasan Nurul Fikri Bina Generasi Bogor.  Results:  The results showed that walkthrough supervision in junior and senior high school of NFBS Bogor is implemented systematically through five stages by emphasising learning authenticity, continuous reflection, and teacher-supervisor collaboration. Obstacles such as time constraints, competency variations, supervisor inconsistency, and cultural factors are overcome through adaptive strategies, so that challenges actually strengthen collaboration. This supervision has an impact on improving teaching skills, classroom management, student engagement, as well as fostering a continuous reflective culture. This model has the potential to be adapted in other schools with adjustments to the vision, culture, teacher competencies and structural support.  Novelty: The innovation of this research lies in the transformation of walkthrough supervision into a collective reflective culture, the collaborative role of teachers-supervisors, and adaptive strategies to face obstacles. This model not only improves teacher competence and classroom culture, but also has the potential to be replicated with adjustments to the school context.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan memiliki faktor penting yang menjamin kesuksesannya diantaranya yakni transformasi digital. Bagaimana Pendidikan memberikan akses teknologi kepada siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk menjalani kehidupan di era digital saat ini. Peran penting kepemimpinan yang efektif diperlukan untuk memunculkan insiatif tindakan transformasi digital, terutama dalam konteks pada sekolah dasar yang dimana anak-anak masih pada tahap permulaan belajar. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi transformasi digital di SD Antawirya melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan transformasional yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Kepemimpinan transformasional dinilai menggunakan kerangka enam komponen kepemimpinan transformasional (pragmatik, berkelanjutan, fasilitator, komunikator, katalisator, dan berpengetahuan).  pada era digital saat ini seringkali berfokus bagaimana guru mengadaptasi teknologi untuk mengajarkannya namun sering kali mekupakan peran kepala sekolah  dalam hal mengambil keputusan inovasi untuk melakukan transformasi digital di sekolah yang dipimpim.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional pada SD Antarwirya yang ditinjau dari kerangka enam komponen kepemimpinan transformasional yang dikembangkan oleh Giovanni Schiuma et all.  Instrumen penelitian menggunakan wawancara, dokumen, dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik, yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin SD Antawirya berhasil menerapkan pendekatan pragmatik dalam permasalahan keterbatasan infrastruktur kepala sekolah berinovasi menggunakan laboratorium portabel. Kepala sekolah telah berperan sebagai fasilitator dan komunikator efektif dalam menginspirasi guru-gurunya untuk berpartisipasi aktif, sedangkan kompetensi berpengetahuan pemimpin mendukung penerapan teknologi yang relevan dalam pembelajaran, maupun pengelolaan administrasi.  Studi ini memberikan kontribusi baru dalam bidang kepemimpinan pendidikan, terutama dalam memahami strategi transformasional yang dapat diterapkan pada konteks pendidikan dasar yang memiliki ciri khas tradisional jawanya dan dengan keterbatasan sumber daya  untuk tetap melakukan digitalisasi.  Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam membangun budaya digital yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif namun tidak melupakan ciri khas keunikan yang diusung oleh sekolah. Temuan ini menawarkan panduan praktis bagi pemimpin sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas transformasi digital di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan kepemimpinan yang strategis dan holistik.
