Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the effect of the word square learning model on student physics learning outcomes. The population in this study were all Grade VII students of SMPIT AN-NIDA 'Lubuklinggau, which numbered 52 people. Therefore, researchers trying to use this type of research are experiments using Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Data collection techniques used were essay-shaped test techniques as many as 5 questions. The final test score data were analyzed using the z-test. Based on the results of data analysis zcount = 2.44 and ztabel = 1.68 because zcount> ztable, then the conclusions obtained are the effect of Word Square learning model on student learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the validity and students' responses to the physics worksheets based on Contextual Teaching and Learning on temperature and heat materials in-state high school students 6 Lubuklinggau. The design of this study refers to the research design of the 4-D Four-D model development (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The research subjects were class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau through purposive sampling technique. In this study, research data were obtained from validity questionnaires, and student response questionnaires and data analysis was carried out to see and observe the problems that existed at SMA Negeri 6 Lubukliggau in learning related to the use of physics worksheets based on Contextual Teaching and Learning on temperature and heat materials. Based on the study results, it was shown that the validity and response of the physics worksheets based on Contextual Teaching and Learning material on temperature and heat in students of SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau. The questionnaire responses of 6 students obtained a score of 35.83 with a category strongly agree. The results of the questionnaire responses of teachers and students got a score of 36.2 with a type strongly agree. In conclusion, the physics worksheets based on Contextual Teaching and Learning Materials on Temperature and Heat in Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau have been valid and practical. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to degrade Polypropylene plastic waste into fuel using a pyrolysis system. The method used to analyze the data from the pyrolysis process in this study is an experimental method, while the analysis used is quantitative data analysis, using existing calculations to analyze polypropylene plastic pyrolysis oil. Data collection techniques through three pyrolysis processes, namely 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours. The results of the study through 3 pyrolysis processes at different times obtained that PP plastic waste produced oil, namely 778 ml at 1 hour, 926 ml at 2 hours and 1145 ml at 3 hours. The density value of the pyrolysis oil was weighed after testing. The calorific value in this study ranged from 0.75 to 0.78 Kg/L with the lowest specific gravity in sample 1 and the highest in sample 3. Data on the efficiency of oil produced by waste PP plastic through 3 experiments in the pyrolysis process showed that PP plastic waste was quite good in its efficiency level in producing oil, namely 52%; 62%; 76%. In conclusion, the efficiency of PP plastic waste into fuel is also influenced by various factors such as the pyrolysis equipment used, reactor temperature, conversion time, and others. So that through this research it was found that polypropylene (PP) plastic waste can be converted into fuel using the pyrolysis method with two types of condenser pyrolysis equipment. Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukaan di Desa Payolebar, Kecamatan Singkut. Dikarenakan Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Payolebar sedang membuat program lingkungan hijau yang di perlombakan setiap tahun pada tingkat kecamatan. Dalam mendukung program tersebut tim membantu menangani limbah tahu untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai biogas. Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat setempat akan pengelolahan limbah tahu, membuat tim tertarik untuk menerapkan teknologi sederhana yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengelola limbah tahu dengan baik dan bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan latar belakang masyarakat yang menghabiskan waktu berkebun dan berjualan, masyarakat khususnya Ibu-ibu di Desa Payolebar menjadi kurang wawasan akan pengembangan teknologi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan limbah tahu yang ada dilingkungan mereka. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini TIM mensosialisasikan bagaimana menerapkan teknologi dan membuat digester sederhana dalam mengatasi limbah tahu yang ada dilingkungan kemudian dijadikan biogas. Digetser biogas adalah salah satu alat pengolahan limbah organik menjadi gas alam, melalui alat digester ini akan dihasilkan biogas yang dapat menggantikan bahan bakar gas untuk memenuhi keperluan memasak Ibu-ibu di Desa Payolebar

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan robotik line follower dan teknologi arduino sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dan (2) mengukur tingkat ketercapaian pemahaman peserta dalam membuat produk ilmiah robotik Line Follower dan Teknologi Arduino. Adapun sasaran peserta kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru MIPA SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi dan simulasi. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terbagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu Prakegiatan, Pelaksanaan dan Pasca kegiatan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi hasil pelatihan yang diberikan setiap akhir pertemuan digunakan untuk perbaikan kualitas pelatihan dan pendampingan yang kami lakukan dan mengukur sejauhmana metode pembelajaran, sumber belajar yang digunakan instruktur bermanfaat bagi peserta, serta komposisi teori dan praktik yang diberikan kepada peserta. Kegiatan Pelatihan Dasar Teknologi Robotik dan Teknologi Arduino menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan pelatihan robotik line follower dan teknologi arduino dilaksanakan dengan cara penyampaian materi dan simulasi pembuatan produk-produk robotik secara berkelompok sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta. dan (2) Tingkat ketercapaian pemahaman peserta adalah sangat baik dalam merangkai komponen, dan mengoperasikan sistem arduino diukur berdasarkan keberhasilan produk Line Follower yang telah dibuat peserta.

Abstract

This program aims to socialize the use of dragon fruit stalks as a source of electrical energy. The implementation of this service was carried out in Megang Sakti III Village, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency, with the target of the Megang Sakti III Village PKK Team. Dragon fruit plants are one of the leading commodities in Megang Sakti III Village, this is marked by the number of dragon fruit plantations along the Megang Sakti District area so that it attracted the TIM's interest in carrying out PPM activities in the village by socializing the benefits of dragon fruit stems as a source of electrical energy by parallel circuit concept as well as dynamic electricity. The electrical circuit from dragon fruit stalks is an alternative source of renewable energy that can ease people in overcoming electrical problems in everyday life. Due to the increase in electricity rates plus there are still many Indonesians, especially in rural areas who have not been touched by electricity, it is necessary to develop an alternative source of electrical energy that is easy and cheap and by utilizing the available local potential. dragons arranged in parallel are proof that dragon fruit stalks can be used as a source of renewable electrical energy, so that people realize that there are many beneficial things that can be obtained from dragon fruit plants besides consuming the fruit.

Abstract

Currently, many aromatic essential oils are developed from various types of leaves found in Indonesia. One of the leaves that have the potential to produce aromatic essential oils is guava leaf. Various guava leaves have been widely used as essential oils, but there is a new variety of guava leaves that has not been used as essential oil, namely crystal guava leaves. Crystal guava leaves have many benefits because crystal guava leaves contain several volatile compounds and have a strong distinctive aroma, so guava leaves have the potential to produce essential oils. The crystal guava plant is one of the leading commodities in Megang Sakti III Village, this is indicated by the many crystal guava plantations throughout the Megang Sakti III District, besides that the use of crystal guava leaves is still relatively mediocre, as if it is only used as a diarrhea medicine and the rest is not used. thus attracting the interest of TIM in carrying out PPM activities in the village by training in making essential oil from guava leaves using the distillation process. Essential oils are oils obtained from plant parts by means of steam distillation or water distillation. Essential oil from crystal guava leaves is very potential to be used as an antimicrobial and antioxidant.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Comparison of Learning Outcomes Between Student Physics Cooperative Learning Model Student Tesms Achievement Division (STAD) Type with Class X Discussion Method 1 SMA Muara Beliti 1 Year 2018/2019 Academic Year". The problem in this study is whether there is a comparison of Student Physics Learning Outcomes Between Cooperative Learning Model Student Tesms Achievement Division (STAD) model and Discussion Method in Class X Model Muara Beliti 1 High School 2018/2019 Academic Year ?. The type of research used is quantitative in the form of experimental research methods conducted by comparing the experimental group I and the experimental group II design of this study pre-test post-test. As a population of all class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Model Muara Beliti Academic Year 2018/2019, which consisted of 236 students consisting of 7 classes. Sampling was done randomly and as a sample of experimental class I class X.IPA.1, and as a class experiment II class X.IPA.2. Data collection is done by test techniques, namely pre-test and post-test. Then the collected data was analyzed using the t-test, based on the results of the t-test analysis with a real level of α = 0.05, obtained tcount> t table (2.20> 2.00), so it can be concluded that the results of student physics learning using Cooperative Learning Model Student Tesms Achievement Division (STAD) type is higher than the discussion method in Class X of Model Muara Beliti 1 High School in Academic Year2018/2019.

Abstract

This research is titled "The Application of the Scientific Approach to Physics Learning Activities of Class X Lubuklinggau 3 Senior High School Students in 2018/2019 Academic Year". This study aims to determine the completeness of the physics learning outcomes of class X students of Lubuklinggau 3 Public High School after participating in learning with the Scientific Approach. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method (quasi experiment). The population in this study were all class X of SMA 3 Lubuklinggau SMA 2018/2019 and the sample was class X IPA 4, amounting to 36 students and taken randomly. Data collection is done by techniques observation. Based on the results of the observation analysis at the third meeting with a percentage value of 61,03% with the active category and the fourth meeting with percentage value of 76,06% with a very active category. It can be concluded that the activity of students after applyingthe scientific approach to physics in claas X of SMA Negeri 3 Lubuklinggau academic year 2018/2019 increased.
