Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy to reduce open unemployment in the Muara Enim Regency area. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Technical analysis of data is done by collecting data, presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the strategy of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in reducing unemployment in Muara Enim Regency was aimed at reducing unemployment, especially open unemployment in the Muara Enim Regency area. The inhibiting factor in reducing unemployment is public knowledge about the importance ofcompetence (hard skills and soft skills) in order to compete in the world of work, as well as the importance of company awareness to prioritize hiring workers from residents of Muara Enim Regency who already have competence and are certified according to company needs. The supporting factor in reducing the unemployment rate in Muara Enim Regency is the commitment of the Head of Manpower and Transmigration Office of Muara Enim Regency and his staff to improve the performance of existing programs and activities so as to create innovations in the education and training sector as well as staff placement

Abstract

Pegawai merupakan sumber daya yang sangat penting karena pegawai merupakan salah satu unsur aparatur yang secara kelembagaan menjadi bagian dari manajemen pemerintahan untuk menyelenggarakan tugas pokok dan fungsinya dalam pemerintahan, pembangunan, dan pelayanan masyarakat. Evaluasi kinerja merupakan sarana untuk memperbaiki mereka yang tidak melakukan tugasnya dengan baik di dalam organisasinya sebagai pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap informan yang telah dipilih sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan evaluasi Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Kemuning Kota Palembang beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa: dalam melaksanakan evaluasi dan penilaian kinerja, diketahui bahwa setiap perspektif penilaian telah dilakukan dan hasilnya diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Kemuning sudah cukup baik, namun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Kendala-kendala yang terjadi sudah diantisipasi dengan strategi pemecahan masalah, tujuannya adalah untuk meminimalisir setiap resiko yang terjadi. Dalam pelaksanaan kinerja pegawai, kedisplinan dan kompetensi pegawai menjadi poin penting yang harus diperbaiki, pemberian pelatihan-pelatihan terkait kedisplinan dan kompetensi perlu dilakukan demi meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan kinerja pada Kantor Kecamatan Kemuning adalah adanya Standar Opersional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas sebagai acuan. Sedangkan faktor yang dianggap menghambat kinerja adalah masih kurangnya kedisplinan dari para pegawai, kemudian kurangnya pelatihan-pelatihan kompetensi yang diberikan kepada para pegawai, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan tugas masih banyak yang belum memahami tupoksinya

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam pemahaman matematis melatarbelakangi dilakukan penelitian ini. Alternatif upaya untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut salah satunya dengan menerapkan metode drill berlevel berbasis Teams Games Tournament. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan dan pengaruh dari metode drill berlevel berbasis Teams Games dengan model ekspositori. Digunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design dengan populasi yang diambil adalah siswa kelas tinggi SD di Kecamatan Plered. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling . Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas IVA dan IVB SDN 1 Gamel Kecamatan Plered Kabupaten Cirebon , digunakan dua kelas sebagai sampel IVA dengan jumlah 35 orang kelas eksperimen dan IVB 35 orang kelas kontrol. Tes kemampuan pemahaman matematis adalah instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan metode drill berlevel berbasis Teams Games Tournament memberikan peningkatan sebesar 37%, sedangkan kelas kontrol mampu memberikan peningkatan sebesar 25%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelas eksperimen lebih unggul dibandingkan kelas kontrol, peningkatan tersebut dipengaruhi adanya penerapan metode drill berlevel yang melatih anak dengan cara berlatih soal secara berkelanjutan dengan memperhatikan level soal yang berbeda hal ini menjadikan tahapan pemahaman anak terstruktur.

Abstract

This article explains the process of developing BEAMA (Fun Learning Mathematics) learning media based on the Android application on distance, speed and time material in class V elementary school, determining the appropriateness of the application through an expert validation process. This research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The subjects in this research were class V students at SDN Sukamaju Sumedang. The research instruments used were expert validation sheets and teacher and student response questionnaires. The research results are: (1) the development of the BEAMA application is relevant to the needs of the mathematics learning process on distance, time and speed material in class V elementary school, (2) the design of the BEAMA application that has been created is developed into an.apk file, (3) The BEAMA application has the appropriateness of material content in the very appropriate category with a percentage of 92.5%, the appropriateness of the media with a percentage of 94% and the percentage of language experts is 80% in the appropriate category. (4) the BEAMA application received a response from teachers with a percentage of 90%. The BEAMA application has been tested on a limited number of 10 fifth grade elementary school students. In its implementation, students enthusiastically took part in learning using the BEAMA application, student responses to using the BEAMA application obtained a percentage of 88%. The BEAMA application can be used in the classroom learning process to create an effective, interactive and fun learning atmosphere. BEAMA learning media using articulate storyline 3 on speed material has been valid and practical to use.

Abstract

The student internship program is one of the means to improve skills and experience in the world of work. Student assistance in the implementation of internships at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) Regional South Sumatra aims to provide a practical understanding of the telecommunications industry and help students in the adaptation process in a professional environment. The main problem faced by students during their internship is the lack of understanding of work procedures and the lack of technical skills needed in this industry. This activity was carried out using an observative descriptive qualitative method, with a direct mentoring approach by lecturers to ensure students understand their duties and responsibilities during the internship. Observations and discussions were conducted with the company to provide insight into the work system, technology used, and challenges in the telecommunications industry. The results of this activity show that students get an increase in technical competence and professionalism, including an understanding of work regulations, telecommunications project management, and communication skills in the company environment. Mentoring can help students be more confident in completing tasks and improve their readiness to enter the workforce after graduation. The conclusion is that mentoring in the internship program has a positive impact on students' work readiness, especially in the field of telecommunications.

Abstract

Many students struggle with mathematical concepts due to less interactive teaching methods and minimal use of supporting media. This study examines the impact of a PBL approach with Wordwall on grade IV students' understanding of fractions.  Using a quasi-experimental Non-equivalent Control Group Design, 60 students from SD Negeri Sukaraja 1 were selected. Data collection included 10 descriptive test questions and documentation.Results showed the experimental class had a higher average score (81.3) than the kontrol class (62.6), with an n-gain of 0.71 (high) versus 0.36 (moderate) in the kontrol group. This indicates that PBL with Wordwall significantly enhances students' mathematical understanding.Thus, PBL assisted by Wordwall makes learning more interactive and enjoyable, improving students' grasp of mathematical concepts, especially in fractions.

Abstract

This article discusses the design and product development of PAI learning media for elementary school students in the form of Word Wall educative game application and to find out the effectiveness of applying Word Wall as measured from students' understanding of PAI learning subjects through Word Wall. The research was conducted to support teachers’competency in Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). The research approach used is mixed-method with a 4-D development model design, defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Data were obtained through questionnaire instruments, documentation, and interviews. The results indicate that 1) Word Wall product design is made based on the teacher need analysis on learning media in elementary school and based on curriculum analysis in the form of Basic Competency analysis and based on the second-grade elementary school students’ characteristics, 2) the products that are produced are Word Wall educative games, which consist of maze chase, airplane, balloon pop, and open the box, and 3) students' ability to understand PAI learning subject is very good through Word Wall games. Thus, the Word Wall application can be recommended and developed further on another Basic Competency through learning videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan peran Haji Mochamad Sanusi pada masa pergerakan nasional yang mana pada saat itu lagi gencar-gencarnya organisasi masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi kemerdekaan Indonesia yang disebarkan keseluruh provinsi sebagai sarana penduduk gerakan tersebut sebagai aksi perlawanan kepada penjajah belanda yang membuat situasi masyarakat Indonesia menjadi sangat miris yang terjadi dimana-mana, sehingga diperlukan nya suatu gerakan yang terorganisir yang mana munculnya berbagai kelompok organisasi yang berkonsep nasionalisme, Haji Mochamad Sanusi terdata dalam organisasi Sarekat Islam yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sejarah organisasi pergerakan nasional di nusantara pada awal abad ke-20 dengan terbentuknya kelompok ini, perlawanan terhadap kekuasaan kolonial Belanda memasuki babak baru. Sebelumnya, perlawanan hanya terjadi secara fisik di tingkat lokal setelah itu berkembang menjadi gerakan nasional kontemporer. Tujuan bersama kelompok-kelompok ini adalah untuk melepaskan diri dari kolonialisme sehingga dengan kata lain, biografi Haji Mochamad Sanusi dapat menginspirasi generasi muda melalui perjuangan dan dakwahnya.

Abstract

Abstract: The strategic shift towards authenticity in digital marketing has prioritized nano-influencers to build sustainable brand trust. However, authenticity remains an ambiguous, fluid, and complex concept for marketing managers to navigate. This study aims to describe the managerial sensemaking process used to define and evaluate nano-influencer authenticity, as well as analyze the narrative strategies implemented in long-term collaborations to build brand trust. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used, through a multi-site case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with marketing managers, brand managers, and social media managers. Findings indicate that managerial sensemaking towards authenticity is a nuanced qualitative process that focuses on three key dimensions: value alignment, relatable content aesthetics, and perceived intrinsic motivation, rather than solely on quantitative metrics. Strategic implementation relies on managing long-term relational partnerships that provide creative autonomy. The impact of this adaptive management is reflected in increased message credibility and community loyalty. This study concludes that structured, relational, and sensemaking-based nano-influencer partnership management can significantly increase sustainable brand trust, while offering a best practice model for marketing practitioners
