Abstract

Integrasi sistem penyimpanan energi berbasis baterai dengan pengaturan beban otomatis pada gedung cerdas merupakan salah satu strategi inovatif dalam mewujudkan efisiensi energi, keandalan pasokan listrik, serta keberlanjutan operasional bangunan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana kombinasi teknologi baterai dengan sistem manajemen beban cerdas dapat meningkatkan stabilitas jaringan internal gedung, mengurangi ketergantungan pada sumber energi eksternal, serta mengoptimalkan konsumsi energi secara real-time. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, simulasi sistem manajemen energi, serta analisis komparatif antara kondisi operasional gedung tanpa integrasi penyimpanan energi dan dengan integrasi penyimpanan energi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan baterai tidak hanya mampu menyimpan energi berlebih dari sumber listrik utama maupun energi terbarukan, tetapi juga dapat digunakan secara adaptif untuk menyeimbangkan kebutuhan daya ketika terjadi puncak beban. Integrasi dengan pengaturan beban otomatis memungkinkan sistem melakukan prioritisasi konsumsi listrik pada peralatan kritis, mengatur jadwal operasi perangkat berdaya tinggi, serta menurunkan beban puncak hingga 20–35% dibandingkan sistem konvensional. Selain itu, analisis ekonomi memperlihatkan bahwa investasi awal pada sistem baterai dan perangkat manajemen energi dapat dikompensasi oleh penghematan biaya listrik jangka panjang serta peningkatan umur peralatan gedung akibat berkurangnya fluktuasi daya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan integrasi sistem penyimpanan energi dengan pengaturan beban otomatis berpotensi besar dalam mendukung konsep gedung cerdas yang hemat energi, andal, dan ramah lingkungan, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi pada pencapaian target energi berkelanjutan di sektor konstruksi.

Abstract

The digital startup ecosystem in Indonesia has experienced significant growth but continues to face challenges in scalability, cost efficiency, and innovation speed. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of cloud-native platforms strengthens technopreneurship development by optimizing adaptive, integrated, and sustainable digital resources. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study of several Indonesian tech-based startups that have adopted cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containerization, and DevOps pipelines. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and company document analysis. The results indicate that the adoption of cloud-native platforms improves operational efficiency by 35%, accelerates deployment time by 50%, and enhances agile cross-team collaboration. Furthermore, cloud-based infrastructure enables startups to innovate faster and respond more effectively to market needs. These findings highlight that cloud-native adoption serves as a critical foundation for strengthening competitiveness and sustainability within the digital technopreneurship ecosystem.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelaksanan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didasar dengan tujuan membantu Kokarlin PT. PLN UIW Sumut dalam penggunaan aplikasi simpan pinjam terintegrasi secara online dan relasi antar tabel dalam pembacaan menggunakan microsoft office excel. Keterlibatan karyawan dalam kegiatan ini sangat antusias pada pelatihan secara langsung dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan langsung dalam pembuatan form data anggota, angsuran, dan tabel laporan keuangan simpan pinjam pensiunan karyawan. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian ini diukur dengan pemberian materi dan beberapa test yang dikerjakan staf  Kokarlin dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

The SME partner faced significant issues with manual stock recording, resulting in discrepancies, delayed reporting, and input errors. This community service activity aimed to implement a mobile-based inventory management system to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency. The methods included needs assessment, system design, cloud-based mobile deployment, training for 12 employees, and evaluation using the Stock Accuracy Rate and transaction recording time. The results showed an increase in stock accuracy from 83% to 96%, a reduction in stock discrepancies from 17% to 4%, and a decrease in recording time from 9 minutes to 3 minutes per transaction. The system enabled real-time reporting and automatic minimum stock notifications. The implementation significantly enhanced operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

The use of information technology in education is a solution to improve the effectiveness of learning, especially foreign language learning. At PT. Global Mitra Akademi (Oaklearn Center), English and Mandarin language learning still requires more interactive and easily accessible media. This research aims to develop and implement a multimedia website as a learning tool for English and Mandarin for students at PT. Global Mitra Akademi (Oaklearn Center). The problem in this study includes the process of developing and implementing a multimedia website to support learning activities. The system development method used is the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, and interviews with staff and students at PT. Global Mitra Akademi (Oaklearn Center). The research results show a positive response; this e-learning website can facilitate access to materials and support English and Mandarin language learning more effectively.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged companies to shift from manual sales processes to more effective and efficient computerized systems. This study aims to design and develop a web-based virtual sales service system at PT Adidaya Andalan Asia that integrates centralized management of product data, customer data, sales transactions, and sales reporting. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database with a modular system architecture that is easy to expand. System testing was conducted functionally using the black-box method, including alpha testing by developers and beta testing by users, to ensure that the system operates according to requirements. The results show that the web-based virtual sales service system improves sales process efficiency, minimizes data recording errors, and provides accurate and easily accessible sales information to support evaluation and managerial decision-making at PT Adidaya Andalan Asia.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing ulos woven fabrics play an important role in cultural preservation as well as community economic development. However, at Vanny Situmeang Ulos Tarutung MSME, product orders are still carried out through direct conversations or short messages, resulting in poorly documented order records, difficulty in tracking orders, and potential errors. In addition, customers experience difficulties in obtaining product information and monitoring order progress. This condition also limits the marketing reach of the products. This study aims to provide a web-based pre-order service for ulos woven fabric products that can assist order management, facilitate customers in placing orders, and expand marketing coverage. The method used is the prototype method, which involves creating an initial model based on user requirements, followed by evaluation and refinement until the final result is achieved. Research data were obtained through observation and interviews with the MSME owner. The results show that the web-based pre-order service is able to store order data in an organized manner, facilitate order management by the MSME, and provide convenience for customers in accessing product information and placing orders. Furthermore, the web platform enables the products to reach a wider audience, thereby increasing sales potential. Therefore, the developed service can support the sustainable growth of ulos woven fabric MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages business actors to optimize digital media as a means of communication and promotion. The main branch of CV. Gapa AC Mobil currently does not have an integrated official website, so the delivery of service information and workshop activities is still limited. This research aims to develop a multimedia website that is able to become an information center as well as a digital promotional media for the company. The system development method applied is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model which is carried out in stages starting from needs analysis, system design, database design, implementation, testing, to the maintenance stage. The design includes the development of a responsive and structured interface and the design of a database using MySQL managed through phpMyAdmin to support the management of service data, portfolios, and company information. The implementation of the system is carried out using PHP as the main programming language combined with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build an interactive display. The test is carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each feature runs according to the specifications of the needs. The results of the development show that the resulting website is able to present information in a more organized manner, improve ease of access for customers, and support the company's digital promotion strategy. Abstract

Kelompok Tani Ternak Kesuma masih melakukan pembukuan dan informasi secara manual, yang membuatnya kurang efektif karena kesalahan yang sering terjadi antara pengurus dan gudang. Aplikasi berbasis web mempermudah pemrosesan dan pengiriman data, membantu para kelompok tani mengelola dan mengawasi strategi perusahaan untuk menyesuaikannya dengan pemberdayaan kelompok tani secara seimbang. Karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi kelompok tani yang beroperasi melalui internet. Studi ini menghasilkan aplikasi kelompok tani yang dibangun yang memiliki fitur manajemen yang memungkinkan pembuatan, pembacaan, perubahan, dan penghapusan (CRUD) stok barang, data anggota, stok alat, dan laporan. Namun, petani memiliki kemampuan untuk melihat stok barang dan mengajukan pengambilan secara online. Metode perancangan waterfall berbasis web digunakan dalam proses pengembangan. Metode black box kombinasi dengan teknik Partitioning Test Case Equivalence menghasilkan hasil pengujian perangkat lunak yang berhasil. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu Kelompok Tani Ternak Kesuma bekerja lebih baik, meningkatkan solidaritas dan kualitas pangan bagi seluruh petani.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara pelaku usaha Mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memasarkan produknya, namun banyak UMKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam memproduksi media promosi visual yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media promosi berbasi animasi 3d dengan menerapkan metode pose to pose sebagai teknik utama dalam proses pembentukan gerakan animasi. Studi kasus difokuskan pada produk keripik khas sidimpuan yang dipasarkan oleh toko zlshopmdn. Hasil penenilitian ini diharapkan dapat menajadi referensi pengembang media promosi kreatif bagi UMKM, serta memberikan solusi visual yang relevan di era digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal.
