Abstract

Financial performance can demonstrate bank quality by going through the calculation of financial ratios The financial ratios of bank can be done by analyzing the financial statements published periodically. oaassess financial performanceain banking need to be aware of the analysis and cumulative financial impact. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of Bank Mandiri listed at IDX using liquidity ratio, solvency and profitability in the years 2015-2018. The research methods in this study use descriptive research types. In this study the data used is secondary data, with Data collection. Technique that are documentation and library studies. From Bank Mandiri liquidity calculation, it shows good ratio or liquid. It can be seen from the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio on Bank Mandiri's ability to meet the short term obligations have been made with good asset management, capital, and cash. The solvency of Bank Mandiri shows the ratio of good and solvable. It can be seen from the DAR and DER ratios that show declining year-to-year ratio. The profitability of Bank Mandiri shows fairly good ratio of figures despite the decline in 2016. Keywords: financial performance, financial ratios, analysis of financial statements

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen dimedia online di tinjau dari kualitas pelayanan, citra merk dan kepercayaan pada pengguna jasa Go-jek di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta.Skripsi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuihpengaruh baik secarahsimultan maupunhparsial kualitas pelayanan, citra merk dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasanhkonsumen pada pengguna jasa Go-jek di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta, Analisi diskriptif kuantitatif, populasinya sebesar 1.020, sampel yang digunakan sebesar 102 responden. Teknik purposive sampling, teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji F kualitas pelayanan, citra merk dan kepercayaanhsecara simultan danhsignifikan berpengaruhhterhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pengguna jasa Go-jek di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta.Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwahkualitashpelayanan, Citra merk dan kepercayaan semuanya berpengaruh positif danhsignifikanh terhadap kepuasanhkonsumen pada pengguna jasa Go-jek di Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta.Model yang digunakan regresihlinierhberganda, Dalam persamaan penelitianhini adalah Yh=1.538+0.171+0.463+0.288+e. hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan kualitas pelayanan, citra merk dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 56.5% terhadaphkepuasan konsumenh padahpengguna jasa Go-jek di Universitas IslamhBatik Surakarta. Abstract

Casual workers, better known as freelance workers, are human resources that have special specifications using body power possessed by Public Corporation of BULOG as a loading and unloading force of commodity goods, as well as processing units of food commodities in warehouses. This research is included in a quantitative descriptive study with a population of casual worker warehouses totaling 230 people in this study taken 50% as a source of data as many as 115 people. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire method for respondents. Data is processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 17 multiple linear test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it shows that Job Training, Work Environment and Work Compensation partially influence the performance of casual worker warehouses at the Sub-Division of Regional Division of Surakarta. While the work discipline partially does not affect the performance of casual worker warehouses at the Sub Division of Surakarta Regional Office of Logistics, which is indicated by the significance of job training 0.002

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keputusan pembelian,motivasi dan persepsi produk batik anatara konsumen pria dan wanita diSurakarta. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif. Populasi daripenelitian ini adalah keseluruhan konsumen pria dan wanita di PGS dan PasarKlewer yang jumlahnya tidak terhingga. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 100responden (50 responden PGS dan 50 responden Pasar Klewer) denganmenggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling yaitu metodepurposive sampling dan convinience sampling. Teknik analisis data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan uji independent sample t test.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikankeputusan pembelian dan motivasi konsumen antara konsumen pria dan wanita,namun tidak terdapat perbedaan persepsi konsumen anatara konsumen pria danwanita.Keyword: Keputusan Pembelian, Motivasi Konsumen, Persepsi Konsumen, JenisKelamin

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of market orientation innovation, and the partial and simultaneous marketing strategies on the performance of furniture companies in Soloraya. This research was conducted on UKM furniture at Soloraya. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analyses. The results of this study showed a partial market-oriented significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 then the market orientation was significant to influence the company's performance. A significant value of innovation 0.004 < 0.05 The innovation affects the company's performance, and a marketing strategy variable with a significant rate of 0.000 < 0.05 means that the marketing strategy variable significantly affects the company's performance Furniture at Soloraya. We recommend that UKM furniture in Soloraya more create a new design to improve product competitiveness and product uniqueness in accordance with the wishes of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non Performing Financing, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio on the profitability of Indonesia’s Islamic Banks for the period 2015-2019 which is proxied by Return on Asset. The data in this study were obtained from Islamic Banking Statistics that published by Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) from January 2015 until December 2019 with a total of 60 data. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the results shows that Non Performing Financing has a significant negative effect on Rerturn On Aasset, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return On Asset and Financing to Deposit Ratio does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset.

Abstract

This research aim to finds out the influence of Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Debt to Euity Ratioon Dividend Payout Ratio in mmaufacturing companies on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2011-2020. The data used in this study were obtained from the annual financial reports published on the indonesia stock exchange (IDX). After passing the purposive sampling stage, the sample that can be used is 3 companies. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 24 program. The result of this study indicate that the variable Current Ratio (CR)and Return On Asset (ROA) partially have an insignificant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), while the Debt to Euity Ratio (DER) variable has a significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio(DPR). And Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), and Debt to Euity Ratio (DER) simultaneously affect the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock Ezchange for the 2011-2020 period. Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi hal penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan kebijakan UU Desa. Pengelolaan dana secara transparan, akuntabel, partispatif, tertib dan disiplin ditekankan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan pertanggungjawaban sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan dalam pembangunan dan pemberdayaan desa menjadi maju dan mandiri. Penelitian ini secara kualitatif menggunakan traingulasi data untuk mengkaji penerapan asas pengelolaan keuangan sessuai dengan Permendagri No.113 tahun 2014, dengan informan kades dan perangkat desa yang ada di 15 Desa Kecamatan Jatisrono, Wonogiri. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa penerapan asas pengelolaan keuangan telah dilaksankan oleh Kades dan perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Jatisrono, namun masih terdapat kendala karena keterbatasan SDM juga kompetensinya, pemahamn terhadap aturan yang sering berubah-ubah, adanya konflik internal, dan juga sarana teknologi informasi dan juga penguasaan IT.

Abstract

The relationship between diversification and leverage strategies on firm performance is complex and varies depending on factors such as industry, country, and type of diversification strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of business diversification and leverage on company performance in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The research population consists of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the IDX during the specified period. Purposive sampling was employed to select 24 companies for the study. The data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings reveal that both business diversification and leverage exert a positive and significant influence on company performance. Additionally, the study uncovers that the impact of business diversification on company performance is positively moderated by leverage. These results provide valuable insights into the dynamics of diversification and leverage strategies in the context of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi yang meliputi pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya dalam pengolahan produk lokal seperti keripik Ubi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan memberikan solusi yang sinkron dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh pengrajin keripik Ubi. Permasalahan, solusi dan target yang ditawarkan diuraikan sebagai berikut: (1) terbatasnya pengetahuan manajemen usaha terutama fokus pada pengelolaan keuangan usaha, solusi yang ditwarkan berupa pelatihan pembuatan pembukuan keuangan sederhana (2) penguasaan teknologi yang terbatas dan belum mengenal tentang social media sebagai salah satu alat promosi produk, sehingga solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu pengenalan dan pelatihan pemasaran produk secara digital/online. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, diharapkan pengrajin Ubi konsisten dan komitmen membuat pembukuan sederhana sehingga dapat terpisah uang usaha dengan uang untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selanjutnya pasca pelatihan pemasaran secara online atau digital marketing dapat konsisten diterapkan secara rutin untuk mempromosikan produk mereka melalui tiktok, atau Instagram dan live show Shopee sehingga dapat menarik konsumen baru dan loyal dan ini akan berdampak pada jumlah penjualan yang meningkat pada produk yang dimiliki IKM Kripik Ubi di Karanganyar.
