Abstract

Employee turnover intention is a major challenge for organizations because it can reduce productivity and increase recruitment costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, emotional exhaustion, and compensation on employees’ intention to leave at PT Airkon Pratama. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 87 employees selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that job stress and emotional exhaustion have a positive and significant effect on intention to leave, while compensation has a negative and significant effect. These findings imply that companies should manage work stress and improve compensation systems to reduce employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of green hospitality in homestays in Panji Tourism Village and to identify the barriers to its implementation using a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with homestay owners and the head of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) of Panji Tourism Village. The results show that environmentally friendly practices—such as waste segregation, plastic reduction, the use of energy-efficient lighting, natural ventilation, utilization of local food ingredients, and environmentally based tourism activities—have been implemented, but not optimally. This is due to the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), limited education for guests and managers, and constraints in facilities, technology, and funding. Nevertheless, the implementation of green hospitality has generated positive environmental, social, and economic impacts for the local community and has enhanced the attractiveness of Panji Village as a sustainable tourism destination. Panji Village has strong potential to further develop sustainable tourism through the green hospitality concept by strengthening education, village policies, and green homestay standards. Therefore, the findings of this study can serve as a reference for homestay managers, village governments, and stakeholders in the development of sustainable tourism in tourism villages.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of green tourism experiences at Sanggraloka Farm, Bresela Village, Gianyar, and describe tourist perceptions and identify challenges and opportunities in developing sustainable tourism. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Sanggraloka Farm implements the concept of green tourism through environmental conservation, nature-based educational activities, environmentally friendly facilities, and active involvement of the local community. Tourist perceptions of green tourism experiences are very positive, especially regarding aspects of natural authenticity, direct involvement in agricultural activities, and comfort of facilities. Challenges faced include managing human resources and road access, while opportunities lie in strengthening environmental education, the development of a butterfly park and empowering the local community. This study has implications for the importance of integrating green tourism experiences in developing sustainable destinations.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out to help fruit brem craftsmen in Sidetapa Village so that their products are more acceptable to the market. Sidetapa Village has been able to develop itself as a tourist destination. Visits from various parties, both tourists, elements of the government, and academics, positively impacted the development of tourism in the village. In its development, the people of Sidetapa Village were able to produce products to support tourism activities, and even became one of the superior products, namely brem made from local fruits using a fermentation technique. Brem is produced as a fermented drink with three flavors: honey wine, mangosteen rind, and mangosteen fruit. To make the product acceptable to the people, the producers of fruit brem in Sidetapa Village received assistance in product and market testing. Implementing this community service program consists of assisting in product sales analysis, product testing in the laboratory to determine the nutritional content of products and more informative packaging. Through product testing, Sidetapa’s fruit brem can provide information about the content of alcohol, sugar and carbohydrates per one bottle of drink. Meanwhile, through a market test, artisans can find out market tastes. It is hoped that through this assistance, fruit brem producers in Sidetapa Village can maintain their product production in terms of quality and quantity. Keywords: brem; fruit; product; Sidetapa; tourism
