Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the counseling program for the management of Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency is to provide discourse to business actors on the importance of understanding financial management for UMKM in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about how business actors are able to manage financial management properly and how business actors are able to compile financial reports in the form of powerpoint) (b) Questions and answers and discussion the result of the implementation of the extension program is that actors in Joho Village who are members of UMKM are able to understand the meaning of financial management well, business actors are able to manage finances well, and business actors can prepare simple financial reports. Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing Marketing Knowledge for Small and Medium Enterprises" (UKM) is to overcome the challenges often faced by SMEs in developing their businesses in an era of increasingly tight market competition. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about knowledge of marketing concepts as well as marketing knowledge in business management, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance in the form of power point) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the extension program from Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) actors in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results of outreach activities are expected to provide a strong understanding of marketing concept knowledge and marketing knowledge in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) businesses, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance. Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing knowledge of the use of technology in facing opportunities and challenges for MSME business actors" is to empower MSMEs in Selomoro Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency with the knowledge, skills and support needed to utilize technology in marketing them, so that they can compete more effectively in an increasingly competitive global market. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is the marketing challenges faced, the potential use of technology for MSME business actors, and digital market opportunities for MSME business actors; in powerpoint form) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the outreach program provide an opportunity for participants to exchange information and discuss the challenges and solutions they face in facing the digital market. In this session, it is hoped that MSME business actors in Selomoro Village can overcome the challenges they face and take advantage of the opportunities available to improve their overall business performance. Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program penyuluhan pengelolaan Desa Joho, Kecamatan Mojolaban, Kabupaten Sukoharjo adalah memberikan wacana kepada pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya memahami pengelolaan manajemen keuangan bagi UMKM di Desa Joho Kecamatan Mojolaban Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan dua metode: (a) Presentasi (materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah mengenai bagaimana pelaku usaha mampu mengelola manajemen keuangan dengan baik dan bagaimana pelaku usaha mampu menyusun laporan keuangan dalam bentuk powerpoint) (b) Tanya jawab dan diskusi hasil pelaksanaan program penyuluhan adalah para pelaku yang ada di Desa Joho yang tergabung dalam UMKM mampu memahami pengertian manajamen keuangan dengan baik, pelaku usaha mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik, dan pelaku usaha dapat menyusun laporan keuangan secara sederhana.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan program penyuluhan dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema "Peningkatkan pengetahuan penggunaan teknologi dalam menghadapi peluang dan tantangan bagi Pelaku usaha UMKM” untuk memberdayakan UMKM di Desa Selomoro, Kecamatan Jenawi, Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pemasaran mereka, sehingga mereka dapat bersaing secara lebih efektif di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan dua metode: (a) Presentasi (materi yang disampaikan pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah tantangan pemasaran yang dihadapi, potensi penggunaan teknologi bagi pelaku usaha UMKM, dan peluang pasar digital bagi pelaku usaha UMKM; dalam bentuk powerpoint) (b) Tanya jawab dan diskusi hasil pelaksanaan program penyuluhan adalah memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk saling bertukar informasi dan mendiskusikan tantangan serta solusi yang mereka hadapi dalam menghadapi pasar digital. Pada sesi ini diharapkan Pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Selomoro dapat mengatasi tantangan yang mereka hadapi dan memanfaatkan peluang yang tersedia untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka secara keseluruhan. Dengan mendukung UMKM dalam mengatasi tantangan yang terkait dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam pemasaran.
