Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi (afektif, normatif, dan komitmen keberlanjutan), pemberdayaan, psikologis sebagai variabel mediasi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini diukur melalui survei terhadap 193 karyawan produksi perusahaan garmen DIY dan Banten. Model Persamaan Struktural (SEM) digunakan untuk memeriksa pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model estimasi dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima didasarkan pada indeks good fit. Hubungan struktural menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan berhubungan dengan afektif dan komitmen normatif, tetapi tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan komitmen keberlanjutan. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis sebagian dimediasi oleh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen afektif dan komitmen normatif. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis tidak dimediasi oleh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmenkeberlanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between job stress, job support, family support, and family stress , with work-family conflict. Variabel in this research were measured via survey of 226 student Magister Management on the University in the DIY. Multiple Regression Analysis were used to examine the effect to antecedent of work-family conflict. Result showed in this research that job stress, family support, and family stress significantly related to work-family conflict, but no significantly related with family support. . Finally, these results have an important implication to managers in scheme work-family orient.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) leaadership and Work-Family Conflict (WFC), Role Overload, Job Setress, with gender as a moderating variable. Variables in this research were measured via a survey of 132 couples employee and have child in the Yogyakarta. Hierarchical Regression Analysis were used to examine the effect of OCB on WFC, Role Overload, and Job Setress. Results showed that higher levels of OCB are associated with levels of emplyee role overload, job setress, and WFC. The findings also suggest that the relationship between OCB and WFC is moderated by gender, such that the relationship is stronger among woman than among man. Finally, the results have an important implication to managers in designing job.

Abstract

The use of village funds in 2020 is prioritized to finance the implementation of programs and activities in the field of development and empowerment of village communities. In order for the use of village funds to be managed optimally, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) from the Village Apparatus is needed as the implementer. OCB behavior willemerge if Village Apparatus feel the existence of organizational justice and are satisfied with their work. This study aims to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of organizational justice on OCB. The study population was 94 village apparatus in the Village Government of Padureso District, Kebumen Regency. The sampling technique used census techniques and data analysis using Path Analysis. The questionnaire used was adopted from previous research and its validity and reliability were tested. The results showed that there was an indirect influence between organizational justice on OCB, with job satisfaction as the mediating variable. The implication of this research is that there is a positive relationship between employees (village apparatus) and the organization if employees feel justice in the organization and job satisfaction

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu sumber daya organisasi yang memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan bergantung pada kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam mengeksekusi tugas yang telah diberikan kepada mereka. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sumber daya yang berkualitas untuk memainkan peran krusial tersebut dalam meningkatkan sebuah kinerja karyawan maupun organisasi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Aulia Fajar Collection. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan jawaban dinilai menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Purworejo Regency is one of the centers of herbal plant production in Indonesia. One of these is lemongrass, which is widely found in the Ngombol area. Furthermore, this plant can be used to make herbal products. However, the selling value of this plant is still relatively low because it relies solely on middlemen or collectors. One product made from lemongrass is essential oil. The goal of this Community Service program is to increase the selling value of lemongrass and provide new business opportunities to increase the income of local farmers, especially Mrs. Kasminah in Wonosari Village, Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency. The implementation method includes preparation, core, and completion. The result of this activity is the creation of a new innovation in the form of a practical herbal drink without preservatives that has quite good market potential and is in demand by consumers. Then, the product is branded Sempontea. Achievements during the activity include a significant increase in income, as well as the creation of effective offline and online marketing strategies. This activity also succeeded in establishing a sustainable business ecosystem and increasing environmental awareness through the use of herbal plants. Overall, this community service activity has succeeded in increasing the selling value of lemongrass plants, improving the economy of local farmers, and providing social and economic impacts for the community through the utilization of local resources.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, companies are required to improve the quality of human resources to achieve optimal performance. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization or company. Several factors influence employee performance, including work ability, work environment, and work motivation. This study focuses on Toko Emas Sambas Purworejo as the object of research. The sample consisted of 120 respondents, and data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS version 3.0. Based on the research findings and discussion, it can be concluded that: work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Petani cabai merah keriting di Kabupaten Purworejo menghadapi persoalan fluktuasi harga yang sering menekan pendapatan, terutama saat panen melimpah. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan keterbatasan inovasi pascapanen dan rendahnya literasi manajerial petani. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam pengolahan hasil panen, memperkuat kemitraan usaha, dan memperluas akses pasar melalui kolaborasi dengan “Ikigai Sego Cokot.” Program dilaksanakan dengan metode partisipatif Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang melibatkan 5 petani mitra secara aktif sejak tahap perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup pelatihan teknis pengolahan cabai menjadi produk bernilai tambah (cabai kering, bubuk cabai, dan sambal kemasan), pendampingan manajerial, serta fasilitasi kerja sama pemasaran berbasis kemitraan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis, dengan 70% peserta mampu melakukan pengolahan secara mandiri, serta peningkatan kapasitas manajerial di mana 60% peserta sudah mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Produk olahan yang dihasilkan mampu bertahan hingga enam bulan dan memperoleh harga jual sekitar 20% lebih tinggi dibandingkan cabai segar. Data penjualan bulan pertama menunjukkan peningkatan omzet petani sebesar 15%. Secara kualitatif, terjadi peningkatan kepercayaan diri petani dalam bernegosiasi dengan mitra serta terbentuk kelompok kerja kecil yang memperkuat solidaritas dan keberlanjutan produksi. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi kemitraan, diversifikasi produk, dan literasi keuangan mampu menjadi solusi terhadap ketidakstabilan harga cabai serta mendukung ketahanan ekonomi petani secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: cabai merah keriting; pengolahan pascapanen; kemitraan; pemberdayaan petani; ketahanan ekonomi. Abstract Red chili farmers in Purworejo Regency face challenges due to frequent price fluctuations that suppress their income, especially during abundant harvests, compounded by limited post-harvest innovation and low managerial literacy. This community service program aims to enhance farmers’ capacity in post-harvest processing, strengthen business partnerships, and expand market access through collaboration with “Ikigai Sego Cokot.” Implemented using a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach involving five partner farmers from planning to evaluation, the program included technical training on processing chili into value-added products (dried chili, chili powder, and packaged chili sauce), managerial mentoring, and facilitation of partnership-based marketing. Results show that 70% of participants can now process chili products independently, 60% have begun applying simple financial records, and the processed products last up to six months with selling prices around 20% higher than fresh chili. Sales data indicate a 15% increase in farmers’ turnover, while qualitatively, farmers have gained confidence in negotiating with partners and formed small working groups that strengthen solidarity and production sustainability. These outcomes demonstrate that partnership synergy, product diversification, and financial literacy effectively address price instability and promote sustainable economic resilience among chili farmers. Keywords: curly red chili; post-harvest processing; partnership; farmer empowerment; economic resilience.

Abstract

AbstrakSektor pertanian, khususnya budidaya padi, memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi masyarakat Desa Piji, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo. Namun, petani kecil di daerah ini menghadapi kesejahteraan yang rendah akibat terbatasnya inovasi produk, akses pasar, dan fluktuasi harga beras. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas pengembangan produk turunan berbasis beras melalui Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Inisiatif ini melibatkan kolaborasi antara UMKM "Ikigai Sego Cokot," yang mengolah beras menjadi produk kuliner unik, dan petani padi lokal untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah produk pertanian dan menciptakan rantai nilai baru yang menguntungkan. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kelompok petani padi lokal sebagai mitra sasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mitra secara signifikan, di mana petani yang sebelumnya hanya menjual gabah kini mampu menguasai teknologi pengolahan beras menjadi produk kuliner bernilai tambah ("Sego Cokot"), teknik pengemasan higienis, serta pemahaman manajemen pemasaran sederhana. Peningkatan kompetensi ini menjadi modal dasar kemandirian ekonomi petani untuk menciptakan rantai nilai baru yang menguntungkan. Kata Kunci: petani padi; inovasi UMKM; peningkatan keterampilan; nilai tambah produk; kesejahteraan petani. AbstractThe agricultural sector, particularly rice cultivation, plays an important role in the economy of the Piji Village community, Bagelen District, Purworejo Regency. However, small farmers in this area face low welfare due to limited product innovation, market access, and fluctuations in rice prices. This community service activity discusses the development of rice-based derivative products through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) aimed at improving farmers' welfare. This initiative involves collaboration between the MSME "Ikigai Sego Cokot," which processes rice into unique culinary products, and local rice farmers to enhance the added value of agricultural products and create a new profitable value chain. The implementation method uses a participatory approach that includes planning stages, production and packaging training, mentoring, and evaluation. This activity involves local rice farmer groups as target partners. The results showed a significant increase in partners' skills, where farmers who previously only sold grain are now able to master rice processing technology into value-added culinary products ("Sego Cokot"), hygienic packaging techniques, and understanding of simple marketing management. This increase in competence becomes the basic capital for farmers' economic independence to create a profitable new value chain. Keywords: rice farmers; MSME innovation; skill improvement; product value added; farmer welfare.

Abstract

Kabupaten Purworejo memiliki banyak pengrajin ecoprint, dan salah satunya adalah Ecoprint Guyangan. Pengrajin memiliki motivasi kuat untuk mengangkat kearifan lokal agar ecoprint Purworejo dikenal secara nasional. Saat ini, pengrajin telah memiliki peralatan memadai, dan anggota memiliki ketrampilan yang bagus. Namun, produk memiliki kelemahan pada motif yang belum memiliki sentuhan inovasi. Motif masih monoton atau kurang beragam sehingga Ecoprint Guyangan belum memiliki unique selling point (keunikan yang berbeda dengan kompetitor). Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka kegiatan peemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang unique selling point, desain dan motif ecoprint yang estetik, serta pelatihan pembuatan ecoprint. Hasil kegiatan adalah: 1) Pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang unique selling point untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk meningkat; 2) Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta tentang desain dan motif ecoprint yang estetik lebih baik; dan 3) Peserta mampu membuat desain dan motif ecoprint yang estetik dan memiliki sentuhan inovasi. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan wawasan kepada peserta tentang pemanfaatan sumberdaya lokal yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat
