Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk e-learning pada mata pelajaran Geografi bagi peserta didik kelas X SMA, (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk e-learning menurut ahli materi dan ahli media, (3) mengetahui respon peserta didik sebagai pengguna e-learning, (4) mengetahui keefektifan e-learning mata pelajaran Geografi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas X SMA, dan (5) mengetahui keefektifan e-learning mata pelajaran Geografi terhadap hasil belajar afektif khususnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Alessi Trollip. Prosedur pengembangan meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. Tes beta yang dilakukan terhadap 32 peserta didik kelas X1 sebagai calon pengguna sekaligus sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan sebagai kelas kontrol X2 sebanyak 21 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket kemandirian belajar, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Kelayakan produk e-learning masuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah pembelajaran. Rerata N-gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Terdapat perbedaan kemandirian belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah pembelajaran. Rerata N-gain kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.Kata Kunci: e-learning, geografi, hasil belajar, kemandirian belajar DEVELOPING E-LEARNING OF GEOGRAPHY LESSON TO INCREASE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF 10th GRADE STUDENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLAbstractThis research aims to: (1) produce e-learning geography lesson for 10th grade students of Senior High School, (2) determine the feasibility of e-learning products according to subject matter experts and media experts, (3) determine the response of the learner as users of e-learning, (4) determine the effectiveness of e-learning in the subject of Geography on the cognitive learning achievement for 10th grade students of Senior High School, and (5) determine the effectiveness of e-learning in the subject of geography to the affective learning in particular the self-regulated learning for 10th grade students of Senior High School. This research is a research and development (R D) and adapted from the model of Alessi Trollip. The procedure includes the development of the planning, design, and development. Beta test which was conducted to 32 students class X1 as prospective users, as well as the experimental class and control class X2 as many as 21 students. Collecting data used validation sheet, questionnaire self-regulated learning, the questionnaire of student’s responses, and achievement test. The results of the study are: The feasibility of e-learning products is included in very good criteria. There are differences in learning achievement between the experimental class and control class after learning. The mean N-gain of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class. There are differences in self-regulated learning between the experimental class and control class after learning. The mean N-gain experimental class is higher than that of the control class.Keywords: e-learning, geography, learning achievement, self-regulated learning.

Abstract

Coffee plant (Coffea arabica) is a superior plant to be developed in the Arfak mountain region due to suitable agro-climatic conditions. The way to develop it can be done in various ways, one of which is to develop it independently using seeds from farmers' gardens. This goal can be achieved if the local farming community is able to prepare seeds that HAVE high growth potential and are healthy, free from pests and diseases, especially diseases that are transmitted through the soil (seed born pathogens). The method used includes first, mentoring and discussion at the Kwau Village Hall which includes lectures and discussions about generative nurseries and the use of Trichoderma spp to treat soil borne diseases. The second method is a demonstration of how to plant cocoa seedlings in the farmer's garden accompanied by the application of Trichoderma spp. Both methods were successfully implemented and the community showed high enthusiasm as seen from the questions asked. In this mentoring activity, 60 coffee seedlings were distributed to be developed by coffee farmers. Keywords: Arabica coffee; Kwau; Trichoderma spp.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove merupakan ekosistem penting yang secara signifikan berkontribusi dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim, perlindungan pesisir, dan konservasi keanekaragaman hayati. Kajian literatur ini menganalisis peran hutan mangrove di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada kemampuan penyerapan karbon, jasa ekosistem, dan ancaman dari aktivitas manusia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mangrove menyerap karbon hingga lima kali lebih banyak dibandingkan hutan terestrial, dan berperan sebagai penyerap karbon yang sangat penting. Selain itu, mangrove juga berfungsi sebagai pelindung pantai dengan menstabilkan garis pantai, mengurangi erosi, dan melindungi masyarakat dari badai. Terlepas dari manfaat tersebut, hutan bakau di Indonesia mengalami degradasi yang signifikan akibat budidaya perikanan, pembangunan perkotaan, dan pembalakan liar. Upaya konservasi, termasuk kebijakan nasional dan inisiatif berbasis masyarakat, menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan tetapi membutuhkan penegakan hukum yang lebih kuat, pendanaan yang konsisten, dan keterlibatan masyarakat secara aktif. Studi ini menggarisbawahi perlunya pendekatan terpadu dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk melestarikan hutan bakau sebagai aset penting dalam strategi ketahanan iklim Indonesia.

Abstract

Agricultural waste is a rich yet underutilized resource for bioactive compounds that have significant potential in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and functional food industries. This study systematically analyzed 23 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database to identify the types of bioactive compounds present in agricultural waste, the extraction methods used, their applications, and associated challenges. The findings revealed that phenolics, flavonoids, tannins, carotenoids, and saponins are the most commonly identified bioactive compounds. Advanced extraction techniques such as ultrasound-assisted and supercritical fluid extraction demonstrated superior efficiency compared to conventional methods. Applications of these compounds span health, wellness, and food sectors, supporting sustainable development and the circular economy. However, challenges including high extraction costs, standardization issues, and regulatory hurdles must be addressed to realize their full potential. This study emphasizes the need for further research and collaboration to enhance the valorization of agricultural waste and unlock its economic and environmental benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan menulis Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) bagi pengembangan karier professional (jabatan fungsional tertentu) di lingkungan Aparatur Sipil Negara. Walaupun pelatihan penulisan KTI sering diselenggarakan, namun efektivitasnya masih perlu dievaluasi. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pelatihan penulisan KTI dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 93 peserta pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan menulis KTI dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh metode pembelajaran efektif (β = 0,400), kemudahan memahami materi (β = 0,321), dan kelengkapan materi (β = 0,271). Kepuasan peserta dipengaruhi oleh kelengkapan materi (β = 0,515), metode efektif (β = 0,299), dan kemudahan memahami (β = 0,183). Terdapat korelasi positif antara peningkatan keterampilan dengan sikap peserta (ρ = 0,536) dan kepuasan peserta (ρ = 0,313). Penelitian merekomendasikan pengayaan materi komprehensif, penerapan metode pembelajaran interaktif, penguatan sistem mentoring pasca-pelatihan, serta pengembangan model pelatihan yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of green technology implementation, agricultural product innovation, and green technology infrastructure investment on local economic growth in West Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 respondents using a Likert scale and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that green technology implementation, agricultural product innovation, and green technology infrastructure investment all significantly and positively impact local economic growth. The results emphasize the importance of sustainable practices and innovation in fostering economic development. The study provides insights for policymakers and business leaders to promote green technology adoption, support agricultural innovation, and invest in infrastructure to drive sustainable economic growth. Future research should explore additional variables and broader geographical contexts to enhance the model's explanatory power.

Abstract

Analisis kualitatif ini menggali seluk-beluk keamanan pangan, sistem informasi, dan keterjangkauan pangan sehat di Indonesia. Di tengah latar belakang lanskap kuliner yang beragam dan kesenjangan ekonomi, memastikan keamanan produk pangan tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan yang mewakili berbagai sektor, termasuk lembaga pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, produsen makanan, pengecer, konsumen, dan pakar kesehatan masyarakat, studi ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas sistem informasi pangan dan keterjangkauan pangan sehat terkait keamanan pangan. Temuan-temuan utama mengungkapkan tantangan dalam aksesibilitas dan keandalan sistem informasi pangan, kendala ekonomi yang menghambat akses ke makanan bergizi, dan persepsi yang beragam mengenai kerangka kerja peraturan untuk keamanan pangan. Terlepas dari tantangan-tantangan tersebut, para pemangku kepentingan menekankan pentingnya kesadaran dan pemberdayaan konsumen dalam mendorong permintaan akan pilihan makanan yang aman dan sehat. Intervensi kebijakan seperti subsidi untuk makanan pokok dan insentif untuk produksi pangan lokal diusulkan untuk mengatasi hambatan keterjangkauan dan mempromosikan keragaman makanan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi perlunya upaya kolaboratif di antara para pembuat kebijakan, praktisi, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memperkuat peraturan keamanan pangan, meningkatkan edukasi konsumen, dan mendorong sistem pangan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini secara holistik, Indonesia dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, kesehatan masyarakat, dan kesejahteraan konsumen.

Abstract

High-yielding variety is one of the targets in soybean breeding program. High-yielding variety could be developed through simultaneous selection. Simultaneous selection  using selection index was more efficient  than selection based on an individual trait only.  Objective of  the research was to select agronomic characters for construction selection index  on 11 soybean populations F6 generation based on correlation analysis, path analysis, and heritability.  The correlation analysis  showed that  number of branch,  number of total nod, number of filled pod, number of unfilled pod, number of total pod, and percentage of filled pod have positively and significantly correlated with  yield per plant.  Based on  path analysis, characters number of branch, number of unfilled pod, and number of filled pod have positive direct on yield per plant.   The result also showed that  number  of filled pod has maximum positive direct effect on yield per plant.  Generally, number of total nod, number of filled pod, number of total pod, and percentage of filled pod have higher heritability  than other characters.   Key words: Soybean, correlation, path analysis, heritability, selection index
