Mask, often known by Balinese as “Tapel”, is made of pule wood. It depicts the representation of characters in the “badbad” or legend. Bali has many types of mask dances that are often performed, which makes tourists interested in visiting Bali. Unfortunately, many tourists do not know the information contained in Balinese masks. The most important information contained in the character of the Balinese masks. The characters of each mask are different even though they have the same type. As mask art is also a cultural heritage from generation to generation, it needs to be preserved. It is necessary to have information in the form of technology that can distinguish the characters from Balinese masks. In this study, bag of visual word method in the classification process of Balinese mask characters is used, where in this method, there are several algorithms used, namely SURF as feature detection, K-Means as a clustering process to get the value of feature quantization, and SVM as a classification of Balinese mask character. The result of the accuracy level obtained from the testing process is 80%.

Alongside with development of technology, more business need support of business intelligence tools to transform its data in a meaningful way which is accumulated rapidly in every transaction occurred. In order to achieved that, data warehouse with its online analytical processing (olap) can be considered as a solution. One tools for creating an olap from data warehouse is SSAS. This tools consist of two models, first one is multidimensional models or can be said the traditional one and the new one is tabular models. One best feature that tabular models give is the time needed for building it. The tabular models does not require the data in format of fact and dimension tables so reduce the time to change particular data into some scheme (star or snowflake). Hence, the purpose of this research is to design a data warehouse for minimarket’s sales information using the advantage of tabular modeling for creating the analysis. Its also known that, the data analysis created using tabular, support reporting application such as pivot table excel, so the user not need to create a new application for reporting analysis

Illegal transshipment merupakan aktivitas pemindahan atau pertukaran kargo, persediaan kapal, personel, atau hasil tangkapan ikan antara dua kapal di laut jika tidak dilaporkan kepada otoritas pelayaran di pelabuhan. Dalam konteks IUU (Illegal, Unreported, Unregulated) Fishing, aktivitas illegal transshipment perlu diawasi untuk mengamankan devisa negara dari sektor perikanan laut dan mengamankan daerah tangkapan ikan untuk keberlangsungan mata pencarian nelayan tradisional. Dengan memanfaatkan cakupan dari teknologi pada Automatic Identification System (AIS) memungkinkan untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan illegal transshipment yang terjadi di laut. Pada penelitian ini, kami mengembangkan sebuah kerangka kerja yang mengekstrak pengetahuan dari data AIS untuk medapatkan aktivitas kapal yang terindikasi melakukan kegiatan illegal transshipment. Memanfaatkan teknik klasterisasi berbasis kepadatan mampu mengelompokkan titik lintasan kapal yang memiliki pola menyerupai aktivitas illegal transshipment. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metode Silhouette Coefficient, kualitas klaster yang dihasilkan pada kerangka kerja yang dibangun memiliki hasil yang cukup kuat. Selain itu, pengujian skor Silhouette pada klasterisasi tanpa tahapan pada kerangka kerja juga dilakukan untuk membandingkan kualitas klaster. Dari hasil perbandingan tersebut, diketahui bahwa proses pada kerangka kerja yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan kualitas klaster dari DBSCAN.

Eligibility for Study Programs and Higher Education is determined based on the accreditation process. The accreditation criteria refer to the National Higher Education Standards. Nine standards that must be complete with documents in the accreditation process. The process of preparing form instruments is still done manually causing problems in the process of completing form instruments, because they have to recap a lot of data and require more time to retrieve and process the required data. To simplify the preparation of the form instrument, a data warehouse scheme and service-middleware built to collect the data needed in the preparation of the form instrument. The data warehouse schema design will use Kimball's Nine-Steps approach. Meanwhile, application development will use the Agile approach. The results of this research are in the form of data warehouse schema modeling in the Agile development process for the needs of study program accreditation forms.

The hospital information system has been regulated in Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. The law states that every hospital is required to record and report all hospital operations in the form of a hospital management system. In this regard, the research conducted at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City, aims to determine the performance calculation of the fiber optic network design at the hospital so that SIMRS implementation can be carried out optimally. This research uses Optisystem 7.0 simulation to determine the performance of network design at Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar City. Optisystem simulation with MMF OM4 cable produce a power receive value greater than allowable minimum receiver sensitivity, that is -11.1 dBm. The BER value obtained from the Optisystem simulation is less than 1x10-9 which indicates that the value has met the adequacy of the standard BER value in fiber optic networks. However, the Q-factor value obtained in the simulation is greater than the optical communication standard, that is 6. This design is feasible to implement using MMF OM4 cable from the results of testing with Optisystem simulations.

Lecturer Management Information System (SIM Dosen) Udayana University is a management information system to assist lecturers in improving performance in providing higher quality education. SIM Dosen was designed using a monolithic architecture will switch to a microservice architecture that is more flexible because it breaks down several applications into several services. Communication between services is carried out through the HTTP protocol using a RESTful API. This research focuses on the success of designing a RESTful API on one of the modules on the SIM Dosen which is “data dosen” module. RESTful API was successfully designed using the Java programming language and MySQL database. Testing the RESTful API functionality using the black box testing method and Postman on local device for GET, PUT, and DELETE method display a 200 response code and OK status, and for POST method display a 201 response code and Created status which indicate all the functions of each HTTP method used in “data dosen” module have been running according to their functions.

Information systems are very important in today's technological era. The services or methods used to deliver information are always evolving to provide better services. SIMAK-NG Udayana University is an information system built by the Udayana University Resources and Information Unit (USDI) to provide convenience to users (academic operators, lecturers and students) in online academic administration activities, which is Integrated Information System, known as Integrated Management Information System the Strategic of Udayana (IMISSU). Previously built on a monolithic architecture, SIMAK-NG migrate the service architecture to microservices. Therefore, need to customize the program code by implementing a RESTful API that supports the performance of SIMAK-NG service. In this study, the design of a RESTful API model was made This can be used by other applications that require student data from the SIMAK service and access RESTful API services instead of accessing the database directly. API was built using the Java programming language, the Quarkus framework, and a database schema that matched the database at the SIMAK-NG service at Udayana University. The test was run locally and show that the RESTful API program's response results are as designed and work well as shown in the tests using the Postman script. this indicates that the designed API program is ready for implementation.

Sistem pembelajaran daring dilakukan untuk mengurangi penyebaran wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pembelajaran yaitu strategi REACT dengan berbantuan media pembelajaran yaitu aplikasi augmented reality pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu pretest-posttest control group design yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran daring. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII di SMP Satu Atap Pejukutan, Kabupaten Klungkung. Penggunaan soal pilihan ganda digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa selanjutnya di uji dengan uji ANOVA dan mendapatkan nilai signifikansi yaitu sebesar 0.02 yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat adanya perbedaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi REACT berbantuan aplikasi augmented reality bangun ruang dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Higher Education, or tertiary education, is the final stage which is optional in formal education. It is usually organized in the form of a university, academy, seminary, high school, or institute. Every tertiary institution needs qualified and professional educators because they have an important role in the process of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Recruitment for teaching staff usually has several stages and standardization of assessment in selection proces. In order for the process of selecting educators to be carried out objectively, a support system is need to carry out the assessment process. This study applies the Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) method for the classification process in determining prospective educators who pass or not. Data classification is a new data or object grouping into classes or labels based on certain attributes. The application of the FK-NN method has several stages, namely weighting the criteria, then calculating the closeness of the test data and training data, finding the value of k-nearest neighbors between the training data and testing data and determining the membership of each data. Tests were carried out using the Confusion matrix method on several variations of the k value where the highest percentage was obtained from the value of k = 5. The test results for all k values obtained an average accuracy rate of 89.22%, 89.22% precision and 82.45% recall with 114 training data and 50 test data. Based on the average value of the test results, it can be concluded that the FK-NN method is feasible and good to use for the selection of educators with the classification of pass or not.

Information technology has become a key element of organizations and one of institutions’ added value and competitive advantages. Therefore, IT must be properly managed and measured. Denpasar Industrial Training Center (BDI) has implemented the IT Governance Education and Training Information System, SISDIKLAT. These applications have never been evaluated from an IT governance perspective. This study aimed to determine domains and assess SISDIKLAT using methods relevant to COBIT 5. To assist the organization in focusing on its main objectives and strategies, a tailored governance system based on the specificities of SISDIKLAT is required. This research assist BDI Denpasar in establishing healthy governance and IT management by utilizing the COBIT 5 framework. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches are used to select relevant governance/management objectives. Four domains and nine subdomains were chosen based on the domain analysis. According to the assessment results, the capability value of each subdomain was 2--3, with a gap value of 0.2--0.8. To reach the target level, the nine subdomains were advised.
