Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik Posyandu melalui seni mural sebagai sarana promosi yang menyenangkan dan estetik. Mural akan diaplikasikan pada fasilitas Posyandu di wilayah Parung Panjang guna menciptakan suasana yang lebih nyaman dan menarik bagi masyarakat, terutama bagi para peserta imunisasi. Dengan adanya mural yang menyajikan pesan-pesan kesehatan yang menarik secara visual, diharapkan dapat memotivasi masyarakat untuk lebih antusias berkunjung ke Posyandu. Hal ini juga bertujuan memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan Posyandu, khususnya untuk kesehatan ibu hamil dan anak. Melalui mural, pesan-pesan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan akan disampaikan secara kreatif, sehingga dapat memberikan kesan yang lebih mendalam dan mudah diingat. Posyandu, sebagai tempat yang memberikan layanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan anak, memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan seni visual, diharapkan Posyandu menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan bagi masyarakat, sehingga meningkatkan keinginan mereka untuk rutin berkunjung, serta mendukung upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan di wilayah tersebut. Diharapkan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan dalam masyarakat sekitar Posyandu.

Abstract

One of the businesses in the service sector that is needed by the community who use motorbikes is a repair shop. The existence of workshops scattered in areas in the city of Mataram often causes people to be confused about finding a workshop that suits their needs. Based on the existing problems, a solution was designed, namely Disera (Digital Service App). DISERA is a service-based digital business to connect automotive experts or repair workers with people who need motorcycle service services. In the DISERA application development process, a structured requirements identification technique is needed. Based on the presentation of the problem and the urgency of elicitation, this research will focus on how to identify the need for the DISERA application as an Android-based motorcycle online service ordering application in the city of Mataram. The elicitation techniques that will be used in this study are survey and prototyping techniques with the aim of obtaining actual user needs and providing prototype designs so that the application development process becomes more focused and produces a good appearance. This research was conducted using a mix of methods, namely qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitative methods are used as a scheme in collecting data in the form of numbers from survey results to selecting data from observations. While the qualitative method is constructed as a correlative scheme in analyzing problems in the results of case studies and reviewing the basic theory of concept development. In the application design process, data collection is first carried out from primary data obtained through digital surveys, so that user data is obtained to determine the application development process. Prototyping techniques in the software requirements elicitation process can help the process of making application designs that suit user needs. The result is that through survey and prototyping techniques can create application designs that meet user needs

Abstract

Children's growth and development is a key factor in determining the quality of human resources in the future. This community service was conducted to determine the parenting patterns of parents in Sepakek Village, the factors that influence them and their impact on children's growth and development. Parenting styles, such as authoritarian, permissive, or democratic, have a significant impact on children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. This study also highlights the role of education, economic status, cultural values and access to information as main factors influencing parenting behavior and aims to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 in Sepakek Village. Interventions in the form of counseling and advice have been proven to increase parents' understanding and skills in parenting effectively and have a positive impact on children's development. The findings of this community service will be a reference for improving the quality of child care in Sepake Village through educational programs and government support.

Abstract

Traditional Sasak weaving in Lombok faces major challenges such as counterfeit products, lack of supply chain transparency, and price disparities, all of which undermine sustainability and consumer trust. Blockchain technology offers potential solutions by improving transparency, security, and data integrity. However, adoption among weaving MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) remains limited due to low digital literacy and limited awareness of blockchain’s benefits. This study evaluates the acceptance of blockchain technology among traditional weaving MSMEs in Lombok using an Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Beyond the standard constructs Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) the model integrates Perceived Trust (PT), Perceived Privacy (PP), Perceived Security (PS), Social Influence (SI), and Customer Satisfaction (CS). A quantitative survey was conducted with 50 MSME actors in Sukarara, Lombok. Findings show that PEU significantly influences PU (path coefficient = 0.798; t = 11.520; p < 0.001), while Attitude Toward Using (ATU) strongly affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) (path coefficient = 0.775; t = 5.147; p < 0.001). Both PS and PP significantly impact PT, with path coefficients of 0.410 and 0.380, respectively. Conversely, SI and CS have no significant effect on BITU. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with R² values of 81.7% for ATU and 80.7% for BITU. These results highlight that technical factors particularly usability and trust are more influential than social factors in determining blockchain adoption. The study recommends simplifying technology, improving digital literacy, and ensuring policy support to drive wider adoption among traditional MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the collaboration of authors in scientific publication networks, which is increasingly important due to the rapid growth of research output using the Louvain method. Understanding the structure of collaboration can help reveal the formation of research communities and the key actors within them. To achieve this, we use three centrality metrics, each of which has a function to help understand collaboration between authors. Authors with ID P107 in degree centrality, authors with ID 177 in betweenness centrality and authors with ID P174 closeness centrality. In applying the Louvain method, the results show a fairly high modularity score of 0.7689, which indicates optimal separation between clusters. This finding shows that although Louvain is quite efficient in separating communities.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak, sebagian dan keseluruhan, dari motivasi kerja, keterlibatan, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dianggap sebagai penelitian kuantitatif. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart (PLS) Versi 3.0. Program PLS menggunakan teknik Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa alih daya di Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Terdapat 30 orang dalam populasi, dan semuanya berpartisipasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kepuasan kerja, tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berdampak pada kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Desa Sepakek menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data kesehatan balita, terutama dalam pencatatan manual yang kurang efektif dan menghambat pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak, imunisasi, serta deteksi dini kasus stunting. Proses ini tidak hanya menyita waktu, tetapi juga rentan terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan , keterlambatan pemantauan hingga hilangnya data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dikembangkan sistem informasi kesehatan balita berbasis Laravel yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data dan mempercepat penyebaran informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pengabdian Masyarakat Desa (KKN PMD) Universitas Mataram yang mencakup sosialisasi, workshop, dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi bagi perangkat desa serta kader posyandu. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox testing dengan responden sebanyak 15 dengan tingkat keberhasilan fitur 93% meskipun masih terdapat kendala minor dalam validasi input data. Implementasi sistem terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman perangkat desa mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi dalam pelayanan Posyandu serta keterampilan dalam mengelola data kesehatan balita secara lebih efisien. Sehingga pelayanan kesehatan di Desa Sepakek menjadi lebih efektif dan mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor 3, yaitu memastikan kehidupan yang sehat dan kesejahteraan bagi semua usia.

Abstract

Kawasan pertanian di Dusun Amor-Amor, Desa Gumantar, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, menghadapi tantangan serius berupa keterbatasan sumber daya air akibat kondisi lahan kering dengan struktur tanah berpasir. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada produktivitas pertanian yang bergantung pada ketersediaan irigasi. Sebagai solusi, diterapkan teknologi irigasi tetes bertenaga surya yang dinilai hemat energi, efisien dalam penggunaan air, serta ramah lingkungan. Untuk mendukung adopsi teknologi ini secara berkelanjutan, tim pengabdian dari Universitas Mataram melaksanakan program pelatihan bagi petani dan pemuda setempat. Pelatihan dirancang melalui tahapan pengenalan komponen, penyampaian teori, demonstrasi instalasi, praktik lapangan, hingga latihan pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan sistem. Peserta dibagi dalam kelompok kecil untuk memastikan keterlibatan aktif, dengan bimbingan langsung dari dosen dan mahasiswa. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap sepuluh peserta, yang menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi dengan skor rata-rata di atas 4,0 dari skala 5. Peserta menyatakan pelatihan membantu pemahaman, meningkatkan wawasan, serta menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri untuk menginstalasi dan mengoperasikan sistem secara mandiri. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan instalasi irigasi tetes bertenaga surya tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas teknis, tetapi juga berpotensi memperkuat ketahanan pertanian lokal secara efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The lack of consumer disloyalty in the shopping process, especially amid Shopee's dominance as a market leader, is the focal point of this research. Shopee managed to achieve top rankings in shaping customer loyalty in the online marketplace. This study aimed to identify several factors that affect customer loyalty on the Shopee platform through trust, good service at Shopee, and satisfaction. Considers related to the important role e-satisfaction plays as a mediating variable in understanding the impact of e-trust and e-service quality on Shopee customer loyalty. A quantitative research design was used, with 100 respondents receiving a questionnaire via Google Form, using simple random sampling techniques in data collection. Data analysis was performed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SMART PLS application. Research findings show that the impact of e-trust on Shopee consumer loyalty is quite significant and that the quality of e-service also significantly impacts Shopee customer e-loyalty. In contrast, e-satisfaction is a mediator that significantly affects customers’ e-loyalty levels. Managers must focus on improving the quality of e-services for customer satisfaction. This can include continuous measurement and improvement in website consistency, response speed, and information availability.
