Abstract: This study aims to examine the extent to which work-life balance and work stress affect the productivity of employees at the Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office (KUA), both separately and simultaneously. A quantitative approach was used with a series of tests, including reliability analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results of the partial analysis indicate that work-life balance has a significant influence, as does work stress, on productivity. The simultaneous test confirms that both variables together contribute 84.6% to the variation in employee productivity, while the remaining 15.4% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study. Keyword: Work-life balance, Work Stress, Productivity Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) dan stres kerja memengaruhi produktivitas pegawai Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu, baik secara terpisah maupun bersamaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan serangkaian uji, meliputi analisis reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan, demikian pula stres kerja, terhadap produktivitas. Uji simultan menguatkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 84,6% terhadap variasi produktivitas pegawai, sementara 15,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
