Abstract

Pelaksanaan sosialisasi rangkaian filterisasi air berbasis energi surya di desa Plaosan, Lamongan bertujuan mengedukasi masyarakat terkait pentingnya air bersih, dampak air bersih kepada kesehatan serta penerapan teknologi filterisasi rumah tangga yang ramah energi. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi manfaat air jernih dan penjernihan air, sistem filterisasi 4 housing 5 tahap, serta pemanfaatan panel surya sebagai sumber energi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dari rata-rata 38.33% menjadi 47.22% dari 25 peserta. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa metode sosialisasi dengan kombinasi pemaparan, demonstrasi, dan diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman. Warga juga memberikan respon positif, termasuk minat untuk mengadopsi sistem serupa di rumah tangga. Tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi adalah kebutuhan perawatan berkala dan penggantian media filter agar sistem berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada upaya pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) 6 dan 7, khususnya terkait penyediaan air bersih dan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan di wilayah pedesaan.

Abstract

This research aims to design and test the effectiveness of the Foot Reflection-Relaxation Stimulator (FRRS), which combines electrical and magnetic stimulation as a reflexology therapy method to reduce pain caused by fatigue. FRRS is designed to stimulate reflex points in the feet by applying principles of physics such as static magnetic fields and Lorentz force, which are expected to enhance blood circulation and relax tense muscles. The testing was conducted on 25 healthy male participants who experienced leg fatigue after traveling a distance of 20 km. Pain levels were measured using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) before and after treatment with FRRS. The results showed a significant decrease in pain scale, from an average of 7 before treatment to 3.12 after treatment. The use of FRRS has proven effective in reducing pain due to fatigue in the legs, which is believed to be due to increased blood circulation and muscle relaxation. Thus, FRRS can be a practical and efficient solution to improve the quality of life for individuals who often experience fatigue and pain in their legs.

Abstract

Abstrak Guru professional di abad 21 ini dituntut untuk memiliki empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogi, professional, kepribadian dan sosial. Kompetensi pedagogi guru berkaitan dengan proses belajar mengajar seperti memdesain perangkat pembelajaran dengan media berbasis IT dan implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif. Pembelajaran gamifikasi merupakan salah satu metode yang mengintegrasikan teknik game dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu FGD, workshop dan pendampingan serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan di SMP ‘Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang diikuti oleh semua guru yang ada di sekolah yang berjumlah 13 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan gamifikasi terdiri dari tiga yaitu pelatihan aplikasi wordwall, quizzis dan Kahoot! Kata kunci: gamifikasi; guru; kompetensi pedagogi. Abstract Professional teachers in the 21st century are required to have four competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, personality and social competencies. Teacher pedagogical competence is related to the teaching and learning process such as designing learning tools with IT-based media and implementing innovative learning models. Gamification learning is a method that integrates game techniques in the learning process. The methods used are FGD, workshops and mentoring as well as evaluation and reflection. The PkM activities carried out at SMP 'Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang were attended by all 13 teachers at the school. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas Hazard Observation (HAZOB) dalam penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kantor Biru HQ Surabaya yang beroperasi di area padat penduduk dengan keterbatasan lahan. Data HAZOB dikumpulkan selama bulan November 2025 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat pola bahaya dan tindak lanjut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa temuan Unsafe mendominasi observasi, sementara tidak adanya laporan Near Miss mengindikasikan lemahnya budaya pelaporan. Kategori bahaya terbesar berasal dari Tool & Equipment (38%) dan Work Environment (31%), terutama akibat kurangnya inspeksi alat, penataan material yang tidak optimal, dan kondisi kerja yang sempit. Evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa sistem HAZOB telah berjalan namun belum sesuai dengan prinsip continuous improvement. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan inspeksi, pelaporan Near Miss, dan integrasi hasil HAZOB dalam pertemuan keselamatan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas K3.

Abstract

Portland cement is the primary binder in concrete and plays a crucial role in defining its structural performance. However, its production contributes approximately 7% of global carbon dioxide emissions, necessitating sustainable alternative materials. One potential material is Type F fly ash derived from coal combustion waste in steam power plants. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Type F fly ash from the Paiton Power Plant as a sustainable cement replacement material in concrete based on compressive strength performance. Fly ash was activated using an alkaline solution consisting of NaOH and Na₂SiO₃ with a ratio of 1:2.5, where the NaOH concentration was maintained at 10 M. Two water–cement ratios (W/C) of 0.45 and 0.55 were employed to investigate their influence on workability and compressive strength. Cylindrical specimens were tested at 28 days with fly ash replacement levels of 0%, 80%, 90%, and 100% by weight of cement. The results indicate that increasing fly ash content significantly enhances compressive strength. The optimal performance was achieved with 100% fly ash replacement, yielding a compressive strength of 48.48 MPa or an increase of 102.4% compared to conventional concrete. This performance is attributed to the high silica content of Type F fly ash, which promotes the formation of dense N-A-S-H gel through alkaline activation, resulting in a more compact and less porous microstructure. These findings demonstrate that Type F fly ash from the Paiton Power Plant can effectively function as a primary binder, offering a sustainable alternative for high-performance concrete production.

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Kedamean merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik bagian selatan. Mayoritas penduduk Desa Kedamean bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan buruh pabrik. Berdasarkan data Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan tahun 2020, di Kabupaten Gresik Provinsi Jawa Timur terdapat sekitar 41% sampah organik dari total sampah keseluruhan yang didominasi oleh sampah sisa makanan. Namun, menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik yang dikeluarkan pada tahun 2018 hanya 1,2% saja masyarakat yang mendaur ulang sampahnya. Rumah tangga menjadi salah satu penyumbang sampah terbesar di Indonesia. Jumlah rumah tangga di Desa Kedamean terhitung sebanyak 1940 yang berarti 32% dari total keseluruhan penduduk. Salah satu pemanfaataan sisa sampah organik adalah sebagai Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). Melalui alat Komposter, sampah organik rumah tangga dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) melalui proses pengomposan dengan memanfaatkan tong bekas. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk memberikan edukasi serta penyuluhan kepada masyarakat Desa Kedamean tentang pengolahan sampah rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dan antusias yang tinggi dari masyarakat Desa Kedamean. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat Desa Kedamean memperoleh ilmu dan keterampilan baru untuk meningkatkan produktifitas. Kata kunci: Desa Kedamean; gresik; pengolahan sampah organik; komposter; pupuk organik cair. AbstractKedamean Village is one of the villages in the Kedamean District, the southern part of Gresik Regency. The majority of the residents of Kedamean Village have a livelihood as farmers and factory workers. Based on data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry 2020, in Gresik Regency, East Java Province, there are around 41% organic waste of the total waste, which is dominated by food waste. However, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency released in 2018, only 1.2% of people recycle their waste. Households are one of the biggest waste contributors in Indonesia. The number of households in Kedamean Village is 1940, which means 32% of the total population. One of the utilizations of the remaining organic waste is as Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF). Through the Composter tool, household organic waste can be used as Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) fertilizer through the composting process using used barrels. Therefore, community service activities are carried out to provide education and counseling to the people of Kedamean Village regarding household waste management. This activity received a positive and enthusiastic response from the people of Kedamean Village. Abstract

The selection of construction materials plays an important role because it directly affects the quality of the building, as well as the time and cost aspects of the work implementation. In general, the material used for wall work is lightweight brick, along with the times various new materials have been introduced to increase the efficiency of time and cost of work, including precast concrete. These two materials have different implementation methods that can affect the difference in time requirements and implementation costs. This study aims to compare the percentage of time and cost differences in the work of the outer wall facade of the building by modifying the use of precast concrete walls to lightweight bricks. The research methods used include direct observation in the field and literature study. The analysis results show that using precast concrete for building facade walls is more economical with a cost difference of Rp.6,692,903,056.39, or about 26% cheaper than lightweight bricks. The use of precast concrete is more affordable but requires stricter and more thorough supervision during implementation. The duration of time on facade work using precast concrete walls is also more efficient, with a completion time of 8.6% faster or equivalent to a savings of 17 days compared to using lightweight bricks.
