Abstract

Perkembangan usaha makanan mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan, baik kue maupun masakan. Namun semakin banyak usaha yang sama semakin banyak makanan yang ditawarkan merupakan hal penting yang harus di perhatikan. Hal yang tidak kalah penting yaitu pembukuan laporan keuangan usaha rumahan, dengan laporan keuangan pelaku usaha rumahan dapat mengetahui pendapatan setiap bulannya..Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar pelaku usaha dapat memahami dan menggunakan pelaporan keuangan dan memahami akan arti pentingnya flayer dalam kegiatan usahanya. Metode yang digunakan observasi, identifikasi masalah, perumusan masalah, treatment kegiatan dan evaluasi. Temuan yang diperoleh adalah belum semua pelaku usaha memisahkan antara uang pribadi dengan keuangan usaha , dan belum banyak pelaku usaha yang menggunakan digital marketing. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan ini walaupun menghadapi kendala yang mencoba sesuatu yang baru seperti aplikasi keuangan, namun penting bagi pelaku usaha untuk segera memulainya

Abstract

Usaha rumahan merupakan jenis usaha yang menjanjikan guna peningkatan perekonomian keluarga, salah satu usaha rumahan tersebut yaitu Workaholic UV Printing. Namun tidak semua pelaku usaha memahami cara perhitungan biaya produksi akibatnya pelaku usaha tidak mengetahui seberapa besar keuntungan usahanya guna mempertahankan kegiatan usahanya. Dengan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan agar memberikan edukasi dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi yang tepat. Dengan metode yang dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan, yaitu tahapan perencanaan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan Workaholic UV Printing dapat menghitung harga pokok produksi dan menentukan harga jual produk dengan baik, benar dan akurat yang akan terhubung dengan laba dan rugi periodik.

Abstract

Logo merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam sebuah bisnis. karena logonya. identitas produk dan meningkatkan daya tariknya kepada konsumen. Selain logo, media promosi salah satunya tentu saja spanduk. Bahkan di era teknologi, pentingnya spanduk tidak berkurang. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah mitra tidak mempunyai logo sebagai identitas usaha dan tidak mempunyai banner sehingga tidak dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat sekitar lokasi usaha dan konsumen kesulitan dalam mencari lokasi usaha. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan cara membuat logo dan desain banner yang berisi poin-poin penting agar mudah diingat dan berdampak pada perubahan peningkatan penjualan dan wawasan pemasaran bagi para pebisnis rumahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tahap perancangan, tahap persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat mitra sudah mempunyai logo dan terdapat logo pada kemasan rotinya, kemudian sudah dipasang banner pada usaha rumahan tersebut, sehingga konsumen secara luas memahami bahwa rumah tersebut adalah usaha roti, sehingga memudahkan agar konsumen dapat membeli secara langsung.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior (IWB) is a very important factor in achieving competitive advantage and continuity of an organization, especially for millennial employees. This research discusses Work Engagement and Proactive Personality that occur in millennial generation employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a population of millennial generation employees in Jakarta. The sample used used a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. The results of this research are that the Work Engagement variable has a significance value for Innovation work behavior of 0.049, while the Proactive Personality variable has a significance value for Innovation work behavior of 0.058. From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Work Engagement and Proactive Personality variables influence Innovation work behavior by 16.6%, while the other variables are 83.4% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of grit and self-efficacy on work engagement, to identify the relationship between grit and self-efficacy, and to determine how work engagement affects burnout. Research Methodology: This uses a quantitative approach with a type of study. Population in the study: This is a vocational school teacher in seven schools in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, and South Tangerang. The sample was determined using non-probability sampling techniques, especially convenience sampling. The number of respondents is as many as 107. Data collection techniques use Google Forms. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS. Results: The results show a positive influence of grit on work engagement, a positive influence of self-efficacy on work engagement, a positive relationship between grit and self-efficacy, and a negative influence of work engagement on burnout. Conclusions: This study concludes that grit and self-efficacy positively influence work engagement, with teachers displaying greater emotional, cognitive, and physical involvement in their work. Grit also enhances self-efficacy, which strengthens engagement, ultimately reducing burnout. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering perseverance and confidence to improve workplace health and productivity in education. Limitations: This study discusses the variables of grit, self-efficacy, work engagement, and burnout. However, there are still many other factors that influence teacher engagement and work burnout, such as principal leadership, organizational support for work-life balance, or other external factors. Contribution: This research suggests that grit and self-efficacy have an important role in work engagement and reducing burnout in teachers, as well as being the basis for developing teacher welfare, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) To determine the effect of promotion on customer loyalty. (2) To determine the effect of promotion on brand ambassador. (3) To determine the effect of brand ambassador on customer loyalty. (4) To determine the effect of promotion on customer loyalty through brand ambassador. The population in this study were Nabati consumers in DKI Jakarta. The sample used was the accidental sampling formula with a total sample of 300 samples. The data was processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. From the analysis results, it was found that 65.9% of customer loyalty was influenced by promotions and brand ambassadors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening pada LAZNAS BSI Maslahat. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Work Life Balance, sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai dan variabel intervening adalah Komitmen Organisasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 109 responden dari Pegawai LAZNAS BSI Maslahat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Model Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.1.4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Namun, Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai. Selain itu, Komitmen Organisasi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Job satisfaction (JS) is satisfaction with work. It is considered a concept that describes work behavior, especially in the insurance sector which is one of the sectors that provides financial services. The purpose of this study was to determine: The effect of proactive personality (PP) on intrinsic motivation (IM); the effect of PP on JS; IM on JS; and the effect of PP on JS with IM mediation. The method used in this study is quantitative, with a population of employees of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Starinvestama. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study showed: there was no effect of PP on IM; there was an effect of PP on JS; there was IM on JS; and there was an effect of PP on JS with IM mediation. The study concludes that the ideas conveyed by employees and employee pleasure in doing work are the main keys to job satisfaction. The implication is that organizations need to enhance intrinsic motivation through job autonomy and support, as a proactive personality alone is not enough. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation has been shown to strengthen the influence of a proactive personality in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Community Service Grant program from the DPPM Kemdiktisaintek for the 2025 fiscal year, conducted by lecturers and students of the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, aims to improve production and marketing aspects by controlling product quality and conducting digital marketing. The methods used include: outreach, training, mentoring in the use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok, developing an online store on Shopee, and creating an official website. This approach refers to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to change the attitudes and perceptions of business actors towards digital marketing technology. The results of the activity show an increase in product quality by referring to the production map and the use of digital marketing. This activity encourages Diktisaintek to have a positive impact in supporting business sustainability and opening up opportunities for wider business development. Conducting ongoing mentoring and optimizing digital marketing strategies is recommended to maintain the results that have been achieved.
