Abstract

Sidomuncul is a herbal medicine industry that is currently very developed. Consumers in making choices are influenced by various factors. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price perception and brand image on purchasing decisions. The case study for this research is consumers of Sidomuncul wind resistance products. This research method is quantitative using primary data sourced from questionnaires. The number of respondents for this research was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that product quality, price perception and brand image influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and brand trust on the Purchase Decision of Aerostreet shoes among consumers in Pasuruan. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis in this study used a multiple linear regression model. The sampling technique used a non-probability technique with purposive sampling type to obtain 60 samples. The research results show that brand image and brand trust have a significant effect on purchasing interest. Brand image partially influences Purchase Decision and Brand trust directly influences purchasing interest.

Abstract

This research aims to develop ranitidine HCl tablets that can be expanded with a matrix from Balinese salak seeds (Salacca zalacca) as a natural matrix material. This formulation is expected to prolong the release time of the drug in the body, thereby increasing the effectiveness of ranitidine therapy in the treatment of gastric diseases. The research method included the extraction of the active components from Balinese salak seeds and the process of making tablets using the wet granulation method, followed by physical tests of the tablets which included the hardness, crushing time, and ability of the tablets to expand. The results showed that ranitidine HCl tablets with Balinese salak seed matrix had physical characteristics that met the requirements of pharmacopooeia, with a slower drug release time than tablets without a developer matrix. Analysis of development capabilities shows that Balinese salak seeds are effective as natural matrix agents to prolong the release time of ranitidine HCl. In conclusion, Balinese salak seed matrix can be used as an alternative in the development of expandable ranitidine HCl tablets, potentially increasing the therapeutic effect of the drug.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan pada PT. Fast Food Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data kuantitatif karena penelitian ini menggunakan data berbentuk numerik atau angka yaitu Laporan Keuangan PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, periode 2021-2023. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis kinerja keuangan yang diukur menggunakan Sistem Du Pont. Untuk menganalisis sistem Du Pont menggunakan rumus Net Profit Margin (NPM), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return On Investment (ROI), dan Equity Multiplier (EM). Hasil penentuan menunjukkan kinerja keuangan PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan penelitian dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya berdasarkan rasio yang dihitung melalui pendekatan sistem Du Pont.

Abstract

Kimpul taro (Xanthosoma sagittifolium) has a very high starch content of 68.50%. The starch content of taro taro can be used as an additive in the pharmaceutical field. The drying temperature used for the manufacture of taro kimpul starch must be precise and provide good pharmaceutical properties according to requirements. Tests for the physical properties of starch carried out in this study were identification tests, organoleptic tests, microscopic tests, drying shrinkage tests and pH tests. The test results show that the test helps produce a blue color, the organoleptic test produces starch that is white, odorless, and tasteless, with a microscopic round shape, has a hilum in the middle and lamellae that are not very clear, the drying temperature with an oven affects the physical properties starch. Increasing the drying temperature results in an increase in pH, and a decrease in the drying rate of milk.

Abstract

Sterilization is a process of removing, killing, or destroying all living microorganism, both pathogenic and non-pathogenic, including spore or vegetative forms, from an object or materials. The choice of sterilization method depends on the properties of the material to be sterilized, such as resistance to heat and the shape of the media. The membrane filtration method can be done in two ways, namely Through Flow Filtration (Normal Flow Filtration) and Tangential Flow Filtration. Normal flow filtration (Normal Flow Filtration) or also known as flow-through filtration (Through Flow Filtration) is a process of separating solid particles from a liquid that utilizes constantly applied hydrostatic pressure. The aim of this literature study is to summarize several articles from international journals and national journals obtained from several sources database on the Internet, like Google Scholar, Science Direct, Researchgate, Pubmed, and Springerlink. Articles that meet the inclusion criteria are then analyzed and described. From the results of library searches that have been carried out on the Google Scholar site online The number of libraries obtained was (n=131). The literature selection was carried out by screening the title and abstract so that the remaining number was (n=78). The library used in its entirety on review this article totals (n=34).

Abstract

Daun sirih (Piper betle L) adalah tanaman obat tradisional yang secara empirik dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk pengobatan antiinflamasi gusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasi ekstrak etanol daun sirih ke dalam sistem penghantaran obat baru yakni patch mukoadhesif. Ekstrak daun sirih sebagai bahan aktif dibuat dengan teknik maserasi sedangkan formulasi patch dibuat menggunakan sistem matrix controlled. Bahan tambahan yang dipergunakan dalam pembuatan patch antara lain; hidroksipropil metilselulosa, polietilenglikol 400, dan mentol. Komposisi pemakaian polietilenglikol 400 dan mentol dalam formula ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode simplex lattice design. Evaluasi matrik patch meliputi; bobot matrik patch, ketebalan matrik patch, folding endurance dan loss on drying. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bobot matrik berkisar antara 0,510 - 2,837 g, tebal matrik antara 0,28 - 1,00 mm, folding endurance antara 60 - > 500 lipatan dan loss on drying antara 0,063% - 0,099%. Formula optimal dihasilkan oleh kombinasi mentol dan PEG 400 dengan perbandingan 2:0 atau dengan nilai desirability 0,931.

Abstract

Ekstrak kulit buah manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.), telah diteliti memiliki aktivitas anti luka bakar. Formula cold cream dirancang dengan menggunakan ekstrak tersebut dan diharapkan dapat mempermudah pengaplikasian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sifat fisik farmasetis sediaan cold cream.  Pencampuran cold cream dilakukan pada suhu 60oC kemudian dilakukan pengujian sifat fisik farmasetis sediaan pada hari ke-0 sampai hari ke-28 setelah sediaan jadi. Pengujian sediaan meliputi uji homogenitas, distribusi ukuran droplet, tipe krim, rheologi, dan derajat pemisahan fase, secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sifat fisik yang baik, krim homogen, dengan ukuran droplet  <10µm, tipe krim a/m, dengan rheologi tiksotropik dan derajat pemisahan 1.
