Abstract

The number of processed fish circulating in the market does not necessarily guarantee that thepreparation has a level of cleanliness and nutritional content that is good for health. One form ofprocessed food favored by children is nuggets. By being processed into nuggets, fish becomes easyto eat, making it suitable to be used as food for children. The purpose of this activity is (1) to introducevarious processed fish that are healthy, nutritious, delicious and definitely liked by children, (2) todisseminate information about various kinds of processed fish that are liked by children, and (3) toteach ways to process fish-based foods. This activity was carried out in Kualu Village, KamparRegency, Riau Province. Activities are carried out through counseling with several stages, namelylectures, direct demonstrations and practice, giving leaflets, and monitoring. The achievement ofactivities in the form of counseling about the making of catfish nugget and its handling by housewivesin area 5, RW 01, Kualu Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The women who were taughtwere women from RT 10. The conclusion of this activity was that by increasing the ability of women inRT 10 RW 01 Kualu Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency in making catfish nuggets, theoutreach program was successful in making catfish nuggets increase the insight of mothers in makingvariations of fish-based foods.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the socio-economic impact of mangrove ecotourism area in Teluk Pambang Village. This research was carried out for one month starting from mid-January – February 2023 and was located in the mangrove ecosystem area, Teluk Pamban Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. This survey data collection method uses direct interviews with communities who live and work around the mangrove ecosystem area around Teluk Pambang Village. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the socio-economic activities of the surrounding community and to explain the condition of mangrove forests in Bengkalis, Riau Province, secondary data obtained. The recommendations raised on the basis of this research are between ecotourism managers and the community to achieve common goals, namely efforts to improve the economy, protect mangrove forests better and form tourism institutions, meaning that cooperation is needed. Another important recommendation is that the government needs to play a role in ensuring the safety and security of tourists inside and outside the region. Key words:Ecotourism, mangroves, socio-economic, Teluk Pambang

Abstract

Hangtuah Village is known as "Kampung Lele"; one of the business actors who run the catfish processing business is the Mina Sejahtera Group. This research was conducted in October 2023 in Hangtuah Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research aims to identify the supply chain pattern for catfish crackers and analyze the added value of catfish crackers in the Mina Sejahtera Group. The research method uses a survey method, and data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results show that the supply chain actors consist of partner farmers as suppliers of raw materials for catfish, the Mina Sejahtera Group as business actors and processors of catfish crackers, and consumers as buyers. Supply chain flows include product flows, financial flows, and information flows. The condition of the supply chain for catfish crackers in Hangtuah Village is based on the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) approach, which is seen from the supply chain targets, supply chain structure, supply chain entities, supply chain management, supply chain resources, and supply chain business processes that have been integrated with Good. The added value of processing catfish crackers is IDR 11.600/kg with a value-added ratio of 45,3%. The average profit given in the catfish processing process is IDR 5.600/kg or 48,2% of the product's added value, meaning that every kilogram of fresh catfish raw material processed can provide a profit of IDR 5,600/kg in added value.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan patin merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan utama masyarakat di Desa Empat Balai, Kecamatan Kuok, Kabupaten Kampar. Ikan hasil budidaya tersebut kemudian akan dijual kepada pedagang lokal. Pengolahan keripik ikan Patin merupakan salah satu usaha kreatif yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Keripik ikan patin mengandung protein hewani yang cukup tinggi dan memiliki cita rasa yang cukup menarik, sehingga produk ini dapat dinikmati oleh semua kalangan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pembuatan produk olahan keripik ikan patin. Keripik ikan yang telah diolah dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai usaha sampingan yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pendapatan dan nilai tambah dari industri kerupuk ikan tenggiri (Scomberomorus commersoni). Metode survei dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 10 pemilik usaha pengolahan kerupuk ikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode investasi, pendapatan, keuntungan, dan nilai tambah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bulanan tertinggi tercatat pada bulan Agustus (Rp 25.200.000) karena peningkatan musim tangkapan ikan, sementara bulan Mei hingga September memiliki pendapatan rata-rata lebih tinggi. Total pendapatan bruto tahunan mencapai Rp 250.800.000, dengan biaya tetap sebesar Rp 5.793.381 yang mencakup penyusutan dan perawatan. Laba bersih diperoleh sebesar Rp 119.116.619 dari pengurangan total biaya terhadap pendapatan. Berdasarkan kriteria bisnis, usaha ini tergolong menguntungkan karena total penerimaan (TR) lebih besar daripada total biaya (TC). Nilai tambah dari kerupuk ikan tenggiri ini mencapai Rp 225.900 per kilogram, dihitung dari nilai output dikurangi biaya bahan baku dan input lainnya, dengan persentase nilai tambah dari perbandingan nilai tambah terhadap output total.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the stages of the consumer decision-making process for buying processed pepper products in Lampung. The research was conducted in several districts in Lampung. Primary data were obtained through direct observation and interviews using a questionnaire. The number of samples was 84 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis at the stage of the decision-making process. Analysis of the stages of the consumer purchasing decision making process is used to determine consumer behaviour in purchasing processed pepper products. The results of this study is that there are five stages in the consumer purchasing decision-making process in choosing, namely: (1) recognition of needs or problems, where most consumers choose with consideration of good quality, easy to reach and good taste; (2) information retrieval, mostly from oneself; (3) alternative evaluation, most of them buy because of quality and habits that have been done for a long time; (4) purchasing decisions, most consumers have planned to buy and buy products that look fresher; and (5) post-purchase behaviour, where most consumers feel satisfied with the product, so they make a repurchase of the product. Even if the products not available, most consumers are willing to look elsewhere.
