Abstract

The integrity of Indonesian National Police (Polri) members refers to attitudes and behaviors that reflect honesty, consistency, responsibility, and a high moral commitment in carrying out their duties and authority as law enforcers, protectors, guardians, and servants of the public. Many factors influence the integrity of Indonesian National Police (Polri) members, but this study focuses only on organizational culture and leadership. This research was conducted at the Rokan Hulu Police Department and aimed to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of organizational culture on the integrity of Indonesian National Police members; 2) the influence of leadership on the integrity of Indonesian National Police members; 3) the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and leadership on the integrity of Indonesian National Police members; and 4) the dominant factors, among organizational culture and leadership, that influence the integrity of Indonesian National Police members. This study used primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population of this study was all police officers at the Rokan Hulu Police Department. Using the Slovin formula, 81 police officers were selected as samples. The sampling method used was an accidental sampling method. The data analysis tool used was a multiple linear regression model, and hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test, the F-test at 5% alpha, and the correlation coefficient (R) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence of organizational culture and leadership variables on the integrity of police officers; 2) there is a significant influence of leadership variables on the integrity of police officers; 3) there is a significant simultaneous influence of organizational culture and leadership variables on the integrity of police officers; and 3) organizational culture has a dominant influence compared to leadership on the integrity of police officers at the Rokan Hulu Police Department. Furthermore, there is a strong positive relationship between organizational culture and leadership and police officer integrity, and there is a significant contribution of organizational culture and leadership to police officer integrity, as evidenced by the coefficient of determination of 75.1%.

Abstract

Motivation in Battalion Infantry 611/Awang Long plays an important role in increasing soldiers’ performance and discipline. A systematic training program functioning For strengthen skills, building trust self and solidarity between soldiers, so that increase readiness face challenges. Abstract

Village financial management in Indonesia still faces significant obstacles, particularly in aspects of transparency, accountability, and efficiency. In Kampar Regency, Riau Province, the amount of village fund allocation has continued to rise, reaching approximately Rp156.5 billion in 2024. However, this increase has not been free from issues, especially related to monitoring mechanisms and the managerial capacity of village officials. To overcome these challenges, the government introduced the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES), a digital platform designed to facilitate bookkeeping, reporting, and financial oversight at the village level. This research aims to evaluate how SISKEUDES has been applied within the Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) of Kampar Regency. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, combined with SWOT analysis. Data sources were obtained through field observations, document review, and interviews with key informants. Findings indicate that all villages (100%) in Kampar Regency have already adopted SISKEUDES. Nonetheless, its practical use has not reached the expected level due to several obstacles, such as weak internet connectivity, limited digital skills among village apparatus, and delays in certain technical operations. The SWOT analysis highlights strengths, including regulatory backing and full coverage of SISKEUDES implementation, while weaknesses include inadequate infrastructure and human resource capacity. Opportunities were found in the form of strong national policy direction and ongoing advances in digital technology, whereas threats involved risks to data security and reluctance from some local officials. Based on these results, the recommended strategies are: improving staff competence through continuous training, enhancing ICT infrastructure, enforcing standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and strengthening data protection. From a practical perspective, this study contributes directly to DPMD Kampar by supporting better monitoring of the village budget (APBDes) and encouraging greater citizen engagement. Theoretically, it enriches the discourse on digital-based public financial management systems at the local governance level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of collaboration, the forms of collaboration, and the forms of drug prevention through the roles of the three pillars (government, security forces, and the community) in Kampar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents related to drug prevention efforts. Then, they were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques supported by academic discussions based on communication management theory, deterrence theory, and regulations of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The research results show that drug control in Kampar Regency has been carried out through five main aspects: promotive, preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and repressive. This study concludes that the effectiveness of drug control in Kampar Regency is significantly influenced by the quality of collaboration across the three pillars. Good synergy fosters strategic integration, but challenges remain, including limited rehabilitation facilities, reliance on repressive approaches, and suboptimal use of technology in prevention. These findings offer important implications for local governments and the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in formulating collaborative policies and strengthening data and service integration.

Abstract

The decision to purchase gold is a series of processes that consumers go through in determining their choice to buy gold, whether in the form of jewellery, precious metals, or derivative products. This study is designed to investigate the influence of the three variables, considered collectively and separately, within the framework of consumer buying decisions. Research data were obtained from primary and secondary sources through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In this study, data were obtained from a combination of primary and secondary sources, utilising several techniques, including the administration of structured questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and the review of relevant documentation. The population comprised all customers of PT RIM Syam Gold Bangkinang, while a total of 100 respondents were selected as the sample through an accidental random sampling method, whereby respondents were chosen based on their presence and readiness to respond during the survey period. The collected data were subsequently analysed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the independent variables jointly and separately affect purchasing decisions. To test the proposed hypotheses, the study applied both the F-test to evaluate the overall explanatory power of the regression model and the t-test to assess the statistical significance of each coefficient, with all tests performed at a conventional 5% level of significance. This methodological design ensures that the empirical findings are supported by rigorous quantitative analysis. Findings demonstrate a significant positive impact of consumer analysis, product adaptation, and customer equity on gold-buying decisions, whether assessed together or separately. Among the three variables, consumer analysis is proven to be the most dominant factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This finding implies that companies should strengthen their understanding of consumer behaviour, optimize innovation strategies in product adaptation, and increase customer equity to maintain and improve consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan stres kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Bangkinang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai Lapas. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS untuk menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap stres kerja. Beban kerja secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawa, namun lingkungan kerja secara langsung tidak terbukti berpenguruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, stres kerja berperan sebagai mediator parsial, memediasi pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan kata lain, pengelolaan beban kerja dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja dapat menurunkan stres kerja, sehingga kinerja pegawai meningkat. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen Lapas Kelas II A Bangkinang, berupa melakukan pengaturan beban kerja yang proporsional, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja, serta penerapan program manajemen stres untuk mendukung kinerja pegawai secara optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, akuntabilitas, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap partisipasi anggaran dengan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderating. Lokus penelitian dilakukan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas II A Bangkinang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 orang pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui SmartPLS, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan alpha 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggaran, (2) akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggaran, (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggaran, (4) kualitas SDM berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap partisipasi anggaran melalui gaya kepemimpinan, (5) akuntabilitas berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap partisipasi anggaran melalui gaya kepemimpinan, dan (6) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap partisipasi anggaran melalui gaya kepemimpinan. Temuan penelitian ini memperkuat teori sumber daya manusia dan teori kepemimpinan, yang menekankan pentingnya kompetensi pegawai, akuntabilitas, serta komitmen organisasi yang diperkuat dengan peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi anggaran.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in madrasah educational institutions is a necessity that must be carried out to support quality improvement with independent financing. This research has two main objectives: firstly, how the school principal manages to develop entrepreneurship in his institution, and secondly, how the Madrasah principal organizes the organization and implementation of entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative, where the data is obtained through informants. The location of this research is two madrasas in Tulang Bawang Regency. The informants for this research came from both madrasahs, namely the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah, the head of administration, and the community around the madrasah. Furthermore, the data used is primary data obtained directly from informants through interviews. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include the degree of trust, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The findings of this research show that the suitable abilities and knowledge of madrasah heads in entrepreneurship influence planning for future educational development. This is demonstrated in the creation of academic curricula. In MAN 1 and MAN 2 Tulang Bawang, all subjects must include entrepreneurship. Apart from that, the placement that will be responsible must be based on the area of skill.

Abstract

Pengaruh kepemimpinan adaptif dan literasi digital terhadap perilaku pemanfaatan infrastruktur digital dengan kompetensi guru sebagai variabel intervening pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Kerja Madrasah (KKM) MTsN VI Kampar, Kabupaten Kampar dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Bagaimana pola perilaku guru dalam berinteraksi dan mengoptimalkan fasilitas digital dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kecakapan teknologi menjadi fokus utama yang dievaluasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei diterapkan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh guru MTs di KKM MTsN VI Kampar dicakup sebagai populasi penelitian, dengan sampel sebanyak 148 responden yang ditetapkan melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Skala Likert digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian dan data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Kepemimpinan adaptif, literasi digital, dan kompetensi guru terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pemanfaatan infrastruktur digital. Di samping itu, kompetensi guru terbukti berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan adaptif dan literasi digital terhadap efektivitas penggunaan fasilitas digital di lingkungan madrasah. Bahwa optimalisasi infrastruktur digital tidak hanya bergantung pada ketersediaan alat, melainkan memerlukan penguatan kompetensi guru, literasi digital yang mumpuni, serta dukungan kepemimpinan yang adaptif dalam mengelola perubahan perilaku pengguna fasilitas ditekankan sebagai implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini.
