Selama ini proses pentahapan strata desa siaga aktif di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Jember masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mencocokkan data desa yang ada dengan kriteria pentahapan strata desa siaga aktif. Sehingga pentahapan yang dilakukan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama mengingat jumlah desa dalam 31 kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember bukanlah jumlah yang sedikit. Selain itu dalam proses pentahapan terdapat 8 kriteria yang harus dicocokkan dengan pencapaian masing-masing desa. Pembuatan sistem informasi pemetaan strata desa siaga aktif pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi dengan mengimplementasikan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yang mampu menganalaisis data capaian desa terhadap kriteria strata desa siaga sehingga dapat melakukan pentahapan terhadap data capaian desa tersebut. Proses analisis pentahapan strata desa siaga aktif menggunakan metode AHP didasarkan pada tingkat prioritas antar kriteria dan subkriteria pentahapan strata desa siaga aktif untuk dapat menentukan ni lai dari masing-masing kriteria dan subkriteria. Selanjutnya terdapat proses penentuan batas nilai interval untuk mengecek nilai yang diperoleh masing-masing desa terhadap strata desa siaga aktif. Terdapat 4 strata desa siaga aktif yaitu pratama, madya, purna, dan mandiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan laporan pentahapan strata desa siaga yang otomatis tersimpan sesuai tanggal dilakukannya pentahapan. Selain itu sistem ini mampu menampilkan hasil pentahapan strata desa siaga dalam bentuk peta digital yang ditampilkan dengan perbedaan warna sesuai dengan strata yang dicapai masing-masing desa. Â Â

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan nasional Indonesia. Salah satu wilayah perkebunan kopi di Kabupaten Jember adalah Kecamatan Sumberjambe yang tergolong dataran tinggi. Pada dasarnya syarat tumbuhnya kopi memiliki banyak faktor, tetapi yang diambil hanya beberapa sampel yaitu, ketinggian tempat, curah hujan dan suhu, ke tiga faktor tersebut menjadi fokus dalam penelitian sehingga bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan jenis kopi yang cocok ditanam di daerah Sumberjambe, menggunakan algoritma forward chaining. yang merupakan metode pencarian dimulai dengan mencari informasi umum dan informasi khusus yang terdapat di lapangan kemudian penggabungan aturan tertentu untuk menghasilkan dua kesimpulan. Langkah terakhir yaitu, mencocokkan kesimpulan menggunakan informasi umum dengan informasi dilapangan dan menghasilkan tujuan yang dibutuhkan berupa kecocokan syarat tumbuh dan jenis kopi. Dengan metode ini data yang dicocokkan dan dihasilkan lebih tepat karena kesesuaian perbandingan syarat tumbuh dan jenis kopi akan sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan.

Routing is a process for forwarding network packets from one network such as static routing and dynamic routing. This research will evaluate and implement protocols in dynamic routing such as RIP (Routing Information Protocol) and OSPF (Open Short Path First). What will later be simulated with GNS3, from this study will be obtained results For traceroute, OSPF is about 7% faster than RIP time, while for ping, OSPF is 5.9% faster than RIP and for traceroute in the topology the average result of the average traceroute time is 2.58 for RIP and 2.23 for OSPF.

One of the main duties of the police is to provide services to the community, namely the preparation of Police Record Certificate (SKCK). Making SKCK based online to facilitate the community in making SKCK. But there are some online SKCK users, there are still many problems that arise and criticism of online SKCK. Therefore it is necessary to measure the level of satisfaction and analyze the factors that affect user satisfaction with online SKCK. This study uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This type of research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to SKCK registrants in the Banyuwangi area. Data analysis was carried out by using valid test, reliable test, descriptive statistical test, F test and T test using SPSS 22. The results of the descriptive test with the Likert scale in order of the largest, namely the content variable with a percentage of 85.4%, are included in the Very Satisfied category, the 80.4% timeliness variable is included in the Very Satisfied category, the 75.8% ease of use variable is included in the Satisfied category, the 73.2% format variable is included in the Satisfied category and 67.5% accuracy variable is included in the Satisfied category.

East Java regional development Bank, known as the Bank of East Java was founded on august 17th 1951 in Surabaya. Bank of East Java has a lot of products and services for both civil society or non- civilservants.Oneofthemistheproduct elektronicservisservantcard(KPE).Datamanagementservices servants electronic card is very simple, make inefficient in terms of time and effort because the input file and file storage are still using manual system, as well as to disseminate announcements or events newest still using posters and other print media. File and information would be usefull if it is delivered to the user with an interest in the proper way. Currently, almost all file and information submitted throught the internet network. Security and confidentiality of file submitted via the internet is vulnerable to file theft by unauthorized parties. One way to maitain the security and confidentiality of such file is by using cryptographic methods. There are many cryptographic algorithms that are used to secure the file. One of which is an Algorithm Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). AES algorithm used in the reseacrh, namely AES-128 algorithm to encode digital files. So that the information contained in the file become more secure after converted into the file encrypt because the information can only be read by the party entitled. Orange is a flowering plant surnamed Citrus from Rutaceae tribe. Oranges are one of the most important fruit plants that are given top priority to be developed nationally. Jember regency is the centre of producer of Jeruk Siam in East Java which is often known as Jeruk Semboro. A lot of types of pests or diseases in oranges plants result in the need of an agricultural consultant who is able to diagnose pests or diseases that contribute oranges crops. However, time and cost are the reasons for oranges farmers not to consult experts so there is often a mistake in providing solutions to the plants that have been attacked. To overcome this problem, then built expert system to diagnose the disturbance of citrus plants by applying the method of case-based reasoning where this system can diagnose pest or disease of oranges plant by imitating expert way of work. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one method that uses artificial intelligence approach (artificial intelligent) which emphasizes problem solving on knowledge from previous cases. It is hoped that by applying the case based reasoning method to the expert system to diagnose the disturbance of citrus in citrus citrus plant is able to help the citrus farmers to diagnose the disturbance of orange either disturbance from pest or disease. This system has been through two testing methods, the first test using a comparison of manual calculations with the system, the second test using recapitulias evaluation results to test the accuracy of the diagnosis. Test results using both methods found that the Expert System to Diagnose Semboro Citrus Disorder has a validity and decision-making with a percentage of 80%.

National Sports Week (Pekan Olahraga Nasional) held in October 2021 in Papua has brought many pros and cons from the public. This topic allows public for give criticism, suggestions, and opinions about the National Sport Week 2021. Instagram in one of social media that popular place for deliver public opinion. The process of sentiment analysis can find and solve problems based on public opinion on social media such as Instagram. The classification method used in this research is Naïve Bayes Classifier. The dataset can be obtained from data crawling process using the google chrome extension: IGCommentExport. The data the labelled as positive, neutral, or negative. The labelling process result showed 965 negative data, 256 neutral data, and 770 positive data. Then pre-processing is carried out on the data that has been labeled before, also word weighting process using TF-IDF. After that modelling is carried out using Naïve Bayes Classifier and the last process is evaluation-testing. The high accuracy of the result from fourth experiment which compare 90% data training with 10% data testing produce 75% accuracy. While the result of sentiment test show that negative sentiment more than positive sentiment and neutral sentiment.

Authentication is an important step in a system. Text-based authentication is an authentication alternative that is currently widely used. However, text-based authentication has the disadvantage of being ineffective when users have multiple accounts. This weakness can be overcome using image-based authentication. The implementation of image-based authentication can use the Reduced Difference Expansion (RDE) steganography method. application of image-based authentication, utilizing images as authentication media. RDE utilizes the reduced pixel difference as a place to insert credential data. Testing the image in this study, the image has an average similarity of 40 dB, indicating that the image that is inserted with credentials and that is not inserted has a high similarity. The similarity increases the security of the image from theft. The average character capacity that can be accommodated is 21,451 characters, a large enough capacity to accommodate credential data. The image is very sensitive to changes, so there is a slight change in the image, causing the image to not be used for authentication

The obstacle most often faced by tourist attractions is related to the variable number of visitors where the number of visitors has decreased due to the co-19 pandemic. This variable number of visitors can be an obstacle for tourist attraction managers to be able to maximize the income earned. This study aims to develop a forecasting system for the number of visitors to Gumul Paradise Island by applying the Prophet Method. The stages of the research include communication, prophet modeling, and evaluation of results. The data used as training data is visitor data from 2012 to 2021. This study used data-filling techniques to fill in the blank training data. The accuracy rate of forecasting the number of visitors is 99.387% in comparing the forecasting results of training data with test data and 90.242% in forecasting results with actual data. This can be interpreted that the forecasting model using the prophet method can predict the number of visitors to the Gumul Paradise Island tourist attraction.
