Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work facilities, career development and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan Jalan Sukamulia Nomor 17A Medan, with a population of 106 people, and a study sample. of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (4,860 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,297 > 1,986) at n = 96 at 95% significance level. Work supervision has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (5,133 > 1,986) at n = 96 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (46,513 > 2,70) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work facilities, career development and work supervision on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Belawan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance at Medan Microskills University, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a population, where the subjects of this research are 40 permanent lecturers at Medan Mikroskil University. The analysis used to test this research hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results of the First Hypothesis, Leadership and Motivation partially have a significant effect on the performance of Lecturers at Mikroskil University Medan, while commitment has no effect on Lecturer Performance at Mikroskil University Medan. Simultaneously, leadership, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on lecturer performance at Medan Mikroskil University. The Adjusted R Square value of 77.6% means that Lecturer Performance can still be explained by Leadership Quality, Commitment and Motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of communication on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (2) To determine the effect of the work environment on the motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (3) To determine the effect of employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (4) To determine the effect of communication, work environment and employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. With a population of 38 people. The sample in the study was determined by total sampling technique, so that the sample used was the entire population, which was 38 people. Data collection techniques used non-test methods, with questionnaire research instruments and library studies. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive analysis and regression analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the communication variable on the work motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (2) There is no positive and significant effect of the work environment variable on the work motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (3) There is an effect of employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (4) There is an effect of communication, work environment and employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

One of the business fields that remains consistent and developing in the national economy, one of which is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With the rise of business growth, market competition is getting tougher. So that this situation forces business actors to optimize productivity and marketing strategies. Information technology is currently one of the potentials that of course can be utilized by MSMEs to be able to increase the marketing productivity of their business. Digital marketing is one of the information technologies that is currently developing rapidly, namely by utilizing technology and social media which are considered very potential in encouraging the development of MSMEs. Observations in several areas in Langkat Regency, namely in the Subdistrict, were carried out to observe the increase in business since the pandemic, this program aims to increase the profit income of MSMEs. The MSME Product Digitalization Program needs to be socialized to provide knowledge for the community in the Langkat Regency area, precisely in Babalan District about the benefits of digitalization of MSME Products which aims to provide knowledge to the public about digital marketing in order to increase profits for MSME business people, this program is a solution when profits from MSME business owners decline after being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of responsibility, work motivation, and job satisfaction individually and collectively on employee performance at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office. The research was conducted at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office, located at Jalan P. Diponegoro Number 30A, Medan, North Sumatra Region, postal code 20152, with a population of 122 individuals and a sample size of 55 individuals. Data collection involved interviews, surveys, and documentation. The data were analyzed using version 24 of the IBM Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software, employing multiple regression analysis. Based on the findings of the study, it was observed that responsibility had a negative impact on the performance of employees at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office. This was supported by the results of the t-test analysis (-3.528 < 2.008) at n = 55 with a significance level of 95%. Work motivation influenced the performance of employees at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office, as evidenced by the t-test analysis (8.587 > 2.008) at n = 55 with a significance level of 95%. Job satisfaction also affected the performance of employees at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office, as indicated by the t-test analysis (2.065 > 2.008) at n = 55 with a significance level of 95%. The F-test value (F-count > F table) of 36.178 > 2.79 indicates that collectively, there is a positive and significant impact of responsibility, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Services Office.

Abstract

By following the times, companies provide electronic services (e-service quality). E-service quality or electronic service can be defined as an interactive service offered by service providers, which aims to strengthen the relationship between consumers and service providers. The quality of service of a company is needed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of society. Therefore, entrepreneurs make new innovations to provide the best quality of service. One company that implements online-based service innovations is the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) company PT PLN (Persero). PT PLN created a service model in the form of an application called PLN Mobile to make it easier for customers to meet their information needs and interactions with PLN.This study aims to determine the effect of E-quality of service on customer satisfaction of PLN mobile application users of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Perbaungan customers. The population of this study was 1,151 households of electricity meter users using the Slovin sampling formula, obtained a sample size of 43 samples who had downloaded the PLN mobile application in PlayStore. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS software version 20. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that E-Service Quality (Efficient and reliable service, Fullfilment, Security / trust, Site aesthetics, Responsiveness / contact, Ease of use) simultaneously has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance (work achievement) is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. Research Objectives: To determine and analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. The results of this research are simultaneous testing of the variables Workload (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). Based on table 13 above, the calculated F value is 15,873 with a significance value of 0.000. From this data, because the F-calculated value (15,873) is above the F-table value (3.91), it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Work Load (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a great influence on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. (Y) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. Conclusion: Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina Perbaungan. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analiyze the Altman Z-Score mothod in assessing the level of bankruptcy PT. Cahaya Medan Tbk for The 2018- 2021 period and to provide evidence that the altman Z-score method is effectively used in assessing the level of company bankruptcy with a relatively reliable level of precision and accuracy at PT.Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk for the 2018-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by collecting, clarifying, analyzing and interpreting data obtained from the company so that it can provide a picture of the actual situatuin the calculation technique used in this reseatch is the Altman Z-Score model formula. Based on the results of calculations using the modified Altman Z-Score method from the 2018-2021 period, it shows that PT. Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk is in the safe zone or safe because the average Z-Score value is above 2,60 or Z2,60

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of  PT. Royal Prima Tbk for the 2019-2022 period using the Return On Aset and Return On Equity ratios and to provide evidence that the Return On Assets and Return On Equity methods are effectively use in assessing financial performance at PT. Royal Prima Tbk for the 2019-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by collecting,clarifying, analyzing and interpreting data obtained from the company so that it can provide a picture of the actual situation. Result from financial performance research ata PT. Abstract

This study analyzes natural resource management in Langkat Regency and its impact on the local economy. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study evaluates the implementation of regulations, environmental impacts, distribution of economic benefits, and public perception of natural resource management. The results show that although the mining and plantation sectors contribute significantly to Regional Original Revenue (PAD), economic benefits are not evenly distributed, and many local communities experience a decline in welfare. Intensive exploitation of natural resources has led to significant environmental damage, such as deforestation and water pollution, disrupting the balance of local ecosystems. Weak regulatory implementation and lack of community participation in natural resource management exacerbate this situation. This research suggests improvements in supervision, increased community participation, adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, and policy revisions to achieve more sustainable and equitable management of natural resources. With these steps, it is hoped that Langkat Regency can improve the welfare of the local community more evenly and preserve the environment for future generations.
