Abstract

The widespread corruption in Indonesia is a major obstacle to the country's economic and social progress. Instilling anti-corruption values in the next generation is a critical responsibility of higher education institutions. This study looks at how Islamic Religious Education classes in Indonesian universities have begun to incorporate lessons about against corruption. The faculty and students of Bhinneka PGRI University participated in a qualitative case study. Documentation, in-depth interviews, participant observation, and focus groups were used to obtain facts. The findings demonstrated that a number of strategies were employed to incorporate anti-corruption education into Islamic Religious Education courses. These included reviewing the curriculum and syllabus, creating interactive teaching materials and methods, and organising student activities to promote a culture that rejects corruption. Integrity, compassion, autonomy, discipline, responsibility, hard work, simplicity, courage, and fairness are nine anti-corruption principles that were found to be included in the course materials. Additionally, a number of successful learning strategies were implemented, including learning through projects, learning in context, learning in collaboration, learning through discovery, value clarification tools, and modelling good behaviour. Students are encouraged to cultivate their character and integrity through the incorporation of anti-corruption instruction within Islamic Religious instruction classes. This will equip them to take on leadership roles in the fight against corruption in the future. University syllabi should incorporate anti-corruption education, according to this report, and additional research into alternative learning modalities should be pursued to foster an anti-corruption culture on campus.

Abstract

Sampah plastik merupakan permasalahan lingkungan yang serius karena sifatnya yang sulit terurai dan jumlahnya yang terus meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran warga Desa Grujugan, Kecamatan Larangan, Kabupaten Pamekasan terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik melalui metode ecobrick. Ecobrick merupakan teknik sederhana dan ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan botol plastik bekas yang diisi padat dengan sampah plastik non-biologis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Madura selama satu minggu dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses pengumpulan, pemilahan, dan pembuatan ecobrick yang kemudian dirangkai menjadi instalasi visual berupa tulisan “GRUJUGAN LOVE KKN”. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode ecobrick mampu menjadi alternatif solusi pengelolaan sampah plastik yang edukatif, aplikatif, dan berkelanjutan. Selain mengurangi volume sampah plastik, program ini juga mendorong kreativitas masyarakat dalam mendaur ulang sampah menjadi benda bernilai guna dan estetika. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi desa lain dalam pengelolaan sampah berbasis partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media use on the character development of students at SDN Bunder 1, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved 26 sixth-grade students as informants. With the rise of social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, concerns have emerged regarding their effects on children's behavior and personality. Through qualitative research methods, this study seeks to examine how social media influences students' social interactions and character formation. The findings show that all students use social media, with TikTok being the most popular platform. Social media provides benefits in learning, with students reporting positive effects such as increased self-confidence and ease in making friends. However, challenges also arise as students may imitate negative behaviors they encounter on social media. Therefore, the role of parents and teachers is crucial in supervising and guiding children's use of social media.

Abstract

Aspects Tested in the Teaching Profession, according to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Chapter IV Article 8 article 13 (in Komara, 2007) that in the teaching profession several aspects will be tested, including academic qualifications, competence, health physically and spiritually and have the ability to realize national education goals. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities or capabilities possessed by a person that have become part of him or herself so that they color their cognitive, affective and psychomotor behavior. This research aims to determine the professionalism performance of teachers. The method used in this research is a literature review study. It can be concluded that teacher performance is not fully supported by an adequate degree of competency mastery.

Abstract

Learning Human Anatomy uses human skeleton props in the form of human mankind. The props turned out to be ineffective because carrying them was difficult due to their relatively large size. Augmented Reality will make it easier to recognize the human body in a virtual three-dimensional, and real-time manner.The results of this study aim to determine the increase in student achievement in Human Anatomy with Augmented Reality. The research method is a quasi-experimental method. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. The samples are class C class 2021 students as the experimental class and class D class 2021 students as the control class. Data collection techniques using tests and non-tests. The instrument is an objective test of the multiple choice type, and the non-test instrument is a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the prerequisite test for normality and homogeneity tests. The results of the t-test that was carried out with the SPSS program, it was found that the tcount value was greater than the ttable value, meaning that there was a significant difference in student achievement in the experimental class and the control class. It could be concluded that there were differences in student achievement in Human Anatomy with Augmented reality. Augmented Reality can be used to improve student achievement in Human Anatomy.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the integration of Islamic moral values that can influence the formation of student character in organizations. Additionally, it seeks to present the essential values for building student character in an organizational environment and to offer an Islamic moral development approach that can be effectively applied within the culture of student organizations. This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically library research. In the analysis process, the researchers used Miles & Huberman's content analysis. The stages carried out include data accumulation, which involves reading, recording, and managing the necessary research materials, followed by displaying the data, data condensation, data reduction, data verification, and conclusion. This process aims to provide insights related to the phenomenon while offering solutions to the core problem that is the focus of the research. Upon completing the data analysis process, the researchers formulate conclusions in the form of descriptive findings. The results of this research indicate that the integration of Islamic moral values plays a significant role in shaping student character within organizational environments, particularly in fostering honesty, responsibility, and social awareness. The values that can serve as a foundation for this formation include trust, mutual assistance, and respectful communication. These values underscore the importance of maintaining ethical standards in interactions and collaboration within the organization. This can be instilled through knowledge, habituation, and exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah).

Abstract

The reference sources used rely on verses of the Qur'an, alHadith, as well as the views and analyses of scientists about fithrah. Allah Swt. commands humans to always (remain on) His fithrah. Likewise, Rosulullah mentioned that no one is born (to the earth) except in a state of bringing fithrah (tawhid). This paper focuses on the 'fundamental' concept of fithroh in Islamic education, as well as the approach and follow-up of fithroh development in PAI. This research uses a type of literature research, analysing related variables or issues that are researched through notes, papers, books, news, articles and public journals. Furthermore, analysing the content, and describing in depth. The results showed that fithroh as the best gift, which is instilled into humans, from which humans have great opportunities and opportunities in developing themselves for worldly and ukhrowi interests. Approach efforts that can be done: philosophical approach, social approach, functional approach, chronological approach, - and followed up in 2 ways: 1. provide access to fithrah, 2. instil the value of Islamic education through internal approach and external approach.
