Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the factors on the behavioral intention to use e-Wallet based on the UTAUT model. The variables are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and experience as a moderating variable. It is quantitative research. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Semarang who have adopted cashless transactions in their payment activities. The population in this study was 4,156 students, with a sample of 365 students. The results of this study show that performance expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 18.4 %, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 20.1%, Social influence has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions for 22.8 %, Facilitating condition has a positive effect and significant impact on the behavioral intention for 24.7%, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention through experience (moderating 1) for 24.6 %, Social influence has a negative effect and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for -4.8 %, and Facilitating condition has a negative and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for - 5.3 %.

Abstract

Accounting learning needs to respond to current work needs that prioritize digital skills. But there are still many accounting students who do not fully understand about basic lessons in accounting. It was influenced by several factors. Therefore this study aims to analyse the relationship between gender, student perceptions of accounting learning, learning approaches, use of e-learning, and accounting learning outcome. This study use quantitative research with a correlational approach. The samples were 266 accounting students in the first year. The questionnaires were distributed online using the Google Forms platform. The independent t-test was used to allow researchers to test the hypothesis of comparing male and female students perceptions. Regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between variables. Based on the results, it was found that gender differences did not have a significant effect on student perceptions but showed a relationship between student perceptions, learning approaches, use of e-learning, and accounting learning outcomes. The use of a deep approach in learning will increase the role of e-learning, especially on the complexity of the material provided. In contrast, the ease of using e-learning can affect the understanding of accounting. The findings of this study provide the view that universities in Indonesia need to continue to develop the application of e-learning provided as learning media in pedagogical activities. This research has implications for accounting educators to design and implement educational programs that attract students to study accounting courses and develop their accounting skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effect of social media networking, knowledge sharing, and innovation on MSME's growth. This study also examines the role of knowledge sharing and innovation in mediating the influence of social media networking on the MSME’s growth. This research is survey research. Respondents are MSMEs from young entrepreneurs assisted by universities. Respondents who participated in this study were 467 people, but only 421 could be used. Data analysis techniques in this study using PLS-SEM. The results show that social media networking, knowledge sharing, and innovation affect MSME's growth. Knowledge sharing and innovation play a part in mediating the influence of social media networking on MSME’s growth. This study examines the role of knowledge sharing and innovation in mediating social media networking on MSME’s growth.

Abstract

There were many thematic villages in Semarang; one of them is the thematic village ”Jambu Jeruk/Jamrut” located in Dukuh Mendak, Ngijo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang (Pemkot Semarang, 2017). Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Jamrut has been trying to develop the potential of local tourism by making the environment more beautiful and clean such as; painting, making icons, and utilizing used bottles and cans. Therefore, the community service team considers that digital promotion is needed to attract the number of visitors who come and purchase, ultimately improving citizens' well-being. The workshop's objectives are 1) to improve knowledge and skills in photography and social media account management, and 2) to practice the skills of uploading content on social media. The methods of this workshop are 1) a lecture on photography and account management of Local guide and Instagram and 2) practice of photography and account management of Local guide and Instagram. Twenty members of Pokdarwis Jamrut joined this workshop. The workshop program begins with delivering photography materials and posting the content to Instagram and the Local guide. The workshop results showed that 1) the Pokdakwis members' knowledge and photography skills improved, and 2) the management of Pokdarwis Jamrut can upload the posts on Instagram accounts (https://www.instagram.com/kampoeng.jamrut/) and Local guide account on https://goo.gl/maps/oSgU6EVSP1FZR1xi9. Therefore, to optimize digital promotion is expected Pokdarwis Jamrut created other digital promotional media such as; Web blog, Twitter and YouTube. --- Wilayah kota Semarang memiliki banyak kampung tematik. Salah satunya adalah kampung tematik “Jambu Jeruk/ Jamrut” yang terletak di Dukuh Mendak, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Semarang (Pemkot Semarang, 2017). Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) Jamrut telah berupaya mengembangkan potensi wisata lokal dengan membuat lingkungan menjadi lebih asri dan bersih seperti; melukis, membuat ikon, dan memanfaatkan botol dan kaleng bekas. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdian masyarakat memandang bahwa promosi digital diperlukan untuk menarik jumlah pengunjung yang datang dan membeli, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan fotografi dan pengelolaan akun media sosial; dan 2)  melatih  keterampilan  mengupload  konten  di   media  sosial.  Metode  dari  pengabdian  ini meliputi 1) ceramah tentang fotografi dan pengelolaan akun Local guide dan Instagram dan 2) praktek fotografi dan pengelolaan akun Local guide dan Instagram. Workshop ini diikuti oleh 20 orang anggota pokdarwis Kampung Jamrut. Program workshop dimulai dengan pelatihan desain grafis, materi fotografi, dan memposting konten ke Instagram dan Local guide. Hasil workshop menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengetahuan dan keterampilan fotografi anggota pokdakwis semakin baik, dan 2) manajemen Pokdarwis Jamrut dapat mengunggah postingan di akun Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/kampoeng.jamrut/) dan akun Local guide di https://goo.gl/maps/oSgU6EVSP1FZR1xi9. Oleh karena itu, untuk memaksimalkan promosi digital, diharapkan Pokdarwis Jamrut untuk membuat media promosi digital lainnya seperti; Webblog, Twitter, dan YouTube.

Abstract

Google classroom as one of the learning platforms has been popularly used. This study aims to examine the determinants of user behavior by testing perceived ease of use variables, perceived usefulness, and subjective norm as a predictor of intention and actual control as moderation of intention-to-behavior relationship. The population in this study are 108  students in vocational high school. This study uses survey techniques or saturated samples. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analysis method used is a structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The study results found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and subjective norm are predictors of behavioral intentions with a value of R2 0.783 or 78.3%. Behavior intention predicts user behavior with R2 0.647 or 64.7%. Actual control succeeded in moderating the relationship of behavior intention to and use behavior. According to the study's results, students' behavioral intention to use Google Classroom was predicted by the Perceived Ease of Use, Perception of Usefulness, and Subject Norm. Actual behavior control can strengthen student use behavior of students using Google Classroom. The students will have a strong intention to use Google Classroom when they have actual control over themselves.

Abstract

The study examines the features of collaborative feedback among students in their writing process in the blended learning environment and finds their experiences during this collaborative learning. This study used the qualitative method. Twenty texts of the students' writing were used as the primary data. Then, this research employed an interview and an observation. Through textual analysis and survey results, I first found a similar trend of texts the students primarily focused on in giving writing feedback. There are tenses, punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. These facts mean that the students are good enough to understand the correct and incorrect features used in writing at those features. Second, during the implementation of this collaborative learning, students have the opportunity to negotiate any feedback, give and respond to any available text, and practice decision-making skills. These findings imply that first, lecturers are supposed to acknowledge the students' language skill level to create better material for them. Second, the students can be categorized as self-regulated, other-regulated, and object-regulated. The number of self-regulated and other-regulated learners is dominant compared to object-regulated ones. Understanding the type of learners is vital to developing a better approach in teaching and learning in a large class, especially for developing countries like Indonesia. The research is limited to a large class size where English is a foreign language. Hence, the method of blended learning for writing in a large class size needs to adjust to any local context. However, the challenges come from the students themselves, the classroom management, or the infrastructure available for teaching and learning. This collaborative feedback is a pedagogical breakthrough for most developing countries with many students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, kepercayaan diri, dan atraksi interpersonal dengan penggunaan media sosial sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Semarang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Semarang yang berjumlah 114 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan Non Probabilty Sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskiptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 7 (tujuh) hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 2 (dua) hipotesis yang ditolak dan 5 (lima) hipotesis yang diterima dengan rincian sebagai berikut, konsep diri, atraksi interpersonal, dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Namun, kepercayaan diri terhadap komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri yang dimoderasi oleh penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan atraksi interpersonal yang dimoderasi oleh penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of learning motivation, facilities and infrastructure, and the family environment on learning independence with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study were 134 students majoring in office administration education at UNNES in 2022. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique with descriptive analysis and inferential analysis methods. The results showed that of the 7 (seven) hypotheses proposed, there were 2 (two) hypotheses that were rejected and 5 (five) hypotheses accepted, with the following details, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning independence, as well as learning motivation mediated by self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect, facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on learning independence, facilities and infrastructure mediated by self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect, family environment has a positive and significant effect on learning independence, environment family mediated self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, self-efficacy has a positive and not significant effect on learning independence.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) yang efektif memerlukan perencanaan pembelajaran yang baik dan relevan. Beberapa guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 9 Semarang perlu meningkatkan kemampuan perencanaan pembelajarannya; Oleh karena itu, diselenggarakanlah program pengabdian masyarakat dengan tema Penyusunan Modul Ajar. Tujuan diselenggarakannya pengabdian ini adalah 1) memberikan pengetahuan untuk memahami Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP) dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka untuk menyusun modul ajar, dan 2) memberikan keterampilan guru dalam membuat modul ajar berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengabdian dilakukan di SMKN 9 Semarang pada tanggal 9 Maret 2023 untuk pemberian materi dan praktik. Kemudian pendampingan dengan mengevaluasi modul ajar yang sudah dibuat pada tanggal 30 Maret 2023 secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh 30 guru dari 4 program studi yang ada di SMKN 9 Semarang. Modul ajar yang dikembangkan setelah program pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dan kelengkapan konten. Selanjutnya, pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru akan penyusunan Modul Ajar juga menunjukkan peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil refleksi dan observasi selama pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar. Diharapkan pengabdian dalam penyusunan modul ajar ini dapat dilaksanakan kepada lebih banyak guru dalam rangka penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah yang lain. Effective Independent Curriculum (IKM) implementation requires excellent and relevant learning planning. Several Vocational High School (SMKN) 9 Semarang teachers must improve their learning planning skills. Therefore, a community service program was held with the theme of preparing teaching modules. The purpose of holding this service is 1) to provide knowledge to understand Learning Outcomes (CP), Learning Objectives (TP), and Learning Objective Flow (ATP) based on the Independent Curriculum to prepare teaching modules and 2) to provide teacher skills in creating teaching modules based on the Independent Curriculum. The program was held at SMKN 9 Semarang on March 9, 2023, to provide material and practice. Then, assistance was provided by evaluating the online teaching module created on March 30, 2023, via Zoom Meeting. This service activity was attended by 30 teachers from 4 study programs at SMKN 9 Semarang. The teaching modules developed after the community service program show an increase in the quality and completeness of the content. Furthermore, teachers' understanding and skills in preparing Teaching Modules also show improvement. The results of reflection and observation prove it when assistance is provided in preparing teaching modules. Hopefully, more teachers will dedicate themselves to preparing this teaching module to implement the Independent Curriculum in other school conditions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi belajar, self-efficacy, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 108 mahasiswa dan sampel sejumlah 76 mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik nonprobability sampling yang merujuk kepada teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (2) Terdapat  pengaruh  positif dan signifikan self-efficacy terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (3)  Terdapat  pengaruh positif  dan signifikan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan secara simultan variabel motivasi belajar, self-efficacy dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun 2020.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kompetensi Pedagogik; Motivasi Belajar; Self-Efficacy; Pengalaman Mengajar Analysis of the influence of learning motivation, self-efficacy, and teaching experience on the pedagogical competence of office administration education students. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of learning motivation variables, self-efficacy, and teaching experience on the ability of pedagogical competence in students. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was 108 students and the sample was 76 students of Office Administration Education class of 2020. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sampling technique that refers to a purposive sampling technique. Research data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study include (1) There is a partially positive and significant effect of learning motivation on pedagogical competence. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on the ability of pedagogical competence. (3) Teaching experience has a positive and significant effect on pedagogical competence. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of learning motivation, self-efficacy, and teaching experience variables on pedagogical competence abilities in Office Administration Economics Education students at Semarang State University in 2020.
