Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the role of soft skills in mediating the influence of introduction to the school field (PLP), interest in becoming a teacher and family environment on students' readiness to become teachers. The type of research used is quantitative. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was 107 students from the FEB UNNES office administration study program in 2020. The sample was 85 students determined using the Slovin formula. The research results showed that of the 10 (ten) hypotheses proposed, there were 8 (eight) hypotheses accepted and 2 (two) hypotheses rejected, with the following details, PLP has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, PLP has a positive and significant effect on soft skills, interest has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, interest has a positive and significant effect on soft skills, family environment has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, family environment has a positive and significant effect on soft skills, soft skills have a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, interest mediated by soft skills has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher. Furthermore, PLP mediated by soft skills has a positive but not significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, likewise the family environment mediated by soft skills also has a positive but not significant effect on readiness to become a teacher

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and creativity through learning independence as a mediating variable on correspondence learning outcomes of office administration education students class of 2022, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The population used in the study were office administration education students class of 2022 who took correspondence courses as many as 131 students. this study used data collection techniques with unstructured interviews and questionnaires and data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS. The results showed that learning motivation and creativity had a positive and significant effect directly on self-regulated learning, learning motivation and creativity also had a positive and significant effect directly on correspondence learning outcomes. Self-regulated learning can mediate learning motivation and creativity which have a positive and significant effect on correspondence learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar, kemandirian belajar, dan lingkungan teman sebaya dengan penggunaan media typing master sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap keterampilan keyboarding mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi penelitian merupakan mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2020 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Produksi Dokumen sebanyak 108 orang dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan tes mengetik online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan hasil tes mengetik, analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. 2)  Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. 3) lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. 4) penggunaan media typing master  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. 5) Penggunaan media typing master meningkatkan pengaruh disiplin belajar positif dan signifikan. 6) Penggunaan media typing master menurunkan pengaruh kemandirian belajar ke arah negatif tidak signifikan. 7) Penggunaan media typing master  menurunkan pengaruh lingkungan teman sebaya dan tidak signifikan terhadap keterampilan keyboarding.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi belajar, self-efficacy, dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 108 mahasiswa dan sampel sejumlah 76 mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran angkatan 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik nonprobability sampling yang merujuk kepada teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (2) Terdapat  pengaruh  positif dan signifikan self-efficacy terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (3)  Terdapat  pengaruh positif  dan signifikan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh  positif dan signifikan secara simultan variabel motivasi belajar, self-efficacy dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun 2020.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kompetensi Pedagogik; Motivasi Belajar; Self-Efficacy; Pengalaman Mengajar Analysis of the influence of learning motivation, self-efficacy, and teaching experience on the pedagogical competence of office administration education students. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of learning motivation variables, self-efficacy, and teaching experience on the ability of pedagogical competence in students. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was 108 students and the sample was 76 students of Office Administration Education class of 2020. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sampling technique that refers to a purposive sampling technique. Research data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study include (1) There is a partially positive and significant effect of learning motivation on pedagogical competence. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on the ability of pedagogical competence. (3) Teaching experience has a positive and significant effect on pedagogical competence. (4) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of learning motivation, self-efficacy, and teaching experience variables on pedagogical competence abilities in Office Administration Economics Education students at Semarang State University in 2020.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of learning focus in mediating the effect of time management, learning motivation, and learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, where all 105 students of grade IX of Nafsa Zakiyyah Junior High School in the 2025/2026 academic year were respondents. The results showed that of the 10 (ten) hypotheses proposed, 5 (five) hypotheses were accepted and 5 (five) hypotheses were rejected. The results showed that time management had a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning independence had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning focus had a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, time management had a positive but insignificant effect on learning focus, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on learning focus, learning independence had a positive but insignificant effect on learning focus. Then, time management mediated by learning focus has a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, learning motivation mediated by learning focus has a positive and significant effect on mathematics learning outcomes, and learning independence mediated by learning focus has a positive but insignificant effect on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Pelatihan tentang analisis butir soal berdasarakan teori tes klasik berbantuan software iteman dilatarbelakangi dari pemahaman dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam menganalisis butir soal yang masih rendah sehingga menjadi kendala dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Untuk itu, tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam mengolah data jawaban peserta didik menggunakan aplikasi iteman. Dengan butir soal yang telah dianalisis, para pendidik dapat memberikan soal yang berkualitas dan terukur sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Kegiatan pelatihan analisis butir soal ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pendampingan selama satu kali pertemuan dengan total peserta sebanyak 57 orang pendidik di MTs. Tarbiyatul Banin Winong. Metode pelaksanaan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh adanya peningkatan kemauan dan kemampuan para pendidik dalam melakukan pengolahan data dan menganalisa butir soal menggunakan aplikasi iteman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini telah menjawab permasalah mitra terkait peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui evaluasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to test the human values model in order to determine satisfaction, values, work motivation, and organizational commitment of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, UNNES. The population are all employees (BLU, CPNS, and PNS) of UNNES. By using propotinate random sampling, there are 323 employees as research sample. Furthermore, data is collected by questionnaire and analyzed by path analysis. The data were  collected using questionnaires, then were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study were. firslyt, satisfaction with remuneration and work motivation could directly influence organizational commitment. Secondly, work motivation successfully mediated the influence of values on organizational commitment. Different things showed that satifaction with remuneration had no influence on organizational commitment when mediated by work motivation

Abstract

Evaluating the Quality of Archival Learning Programs Using the CIPP Model: A Case Study at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. Objective: This study seeks to examine the evaluation of learning in the independent curriculum by applying the context, input, process, and product models. The Office Management and Business Services expertise program at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang has a subject, namely the sub-element of archive storage procedures, which has used the independent curriculum. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the learning program using the CIPP Model. Methods: This study used a qualitative method design with 11 informants consisting of 2 teachers and 9 students. Furthermore, a content analysis was conducted by analyzing the curriculum content based on the construction of the CIPP model. Findings: In terms of context, archiving is embodied in the elements of archive management and focuses on practice, archiving is important in the Office Management and Business Services skill program, and there is no E-Archive training. Input aspects, teachers prepare teaching modules, students prepare learning materials, learning facilities are not optimal, PBL and PjBL learning models. Process aspect, learning for 3 hours and found obstacles. Product aspect, students practiced archive storage simulation. Conclusion: This study concludes that the implementation of learning the sub-element of archive storage procedures based on the independent curriculum is quite good, so it recommends that further research be carried out in various aspects of education, continuous and comprehensive evaluation, and development of archival learning content. Keywords: learning evaluation, CIPP model, archives, independent curriculum.

Abstract

Many things should be done to prepare prospective teachers for providing qualified teachers. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing teachers, including prospective teachers, to improve competency and online teaching activities. This quantitative research aims to map the readiness of prospective-teacher students of Office Administration (OA) Department related to online learning by measuring their teaching competencies and learning activities. These two variables are considered capable of measuring online teaching readiness. The research sample is 72 students. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via a Google Form and analyzed using K-Means with SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that the number of clusters at low readiness level was 11 students (10 female and one male) or 15%, the number of clusters at moderate readiness level was 38 students (32 female and six male) or 53%, and the number of clusters at moderate level high readiness was 23 students (18 female and five male) or 32%. These findings show that the OA Department's prospective teachers still need to be provided with online teaching materials or skills, considering that only 32% of respondents have a high level of readiness for online learning. The community is the indicator that needs improvement for OA Department prospective teachers' readiness. It can be pursued by forming the latest and most trusted community.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: Keyboarding is a key competency that students of Office Administration Education must possess. However, based on the results of typing tests, many students struggle to type using the ten-finger technique. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Typing Master media, learning motivation, and peer influence on the keyboarding skills of 6th semester Office Administration Education students. Novelty: This research presents novelty by combining internal, technological, and social aspects in a post-pandemic context, providing a new perspective on learning office skills. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling, meaning the entire population was used as the research sample. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and typing tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 28 software. Results: The results show that the usage of typing master has a positive and significant effect on keyboarding skills by 39.69%. Learning motivation also has a positive and significant impact at 65.28%. Peer influence has no significant effect. Together, typing master, learning motivation, and peer influence have a collective effect on keyboarding skills, as shown by a simultaneous determination coefficient of 66%. Research Contributions: This study contributes to several parties. For students, it raises awareness of the importance of motivation, learning media, and peer support in improving typing skills. For future researchers, it offers a reference for further studies.
