Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of factors that influence customer interest in choosing mudharabah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (a case study on students at the Islamic University of Malang). The population in this study were students majoring in Islamic banking FEB UNISMA class 2017, 2018, 2019, which was opened by 252 students. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 25 program. The results of data analysis show that simultaneous analysis of factors that influence customer interest in choosing mudharabah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (case study on students at the Islamic University of Malang) . Partially, the effect of profit sharing (X1) and location (X3) has a positive effect on customer interest in choosing mudharabah savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia, while the effect of promotion (X2) has no effect on customer interest in choosing mudharabah savings products at Banks. Indonesian Sharia (a case study on students at the Islamic University of Malang).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of zakat mal and sodaqoh on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises in Plumpungrejo hamlet, Karangtengah village, Kandangan sub-district, Kediri district. The type of research used is research with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers by distributing questionnaires to owners of micro, small and medium enterprises in Plumpungrejo hamlet, researchers obtained 62 respondents based on owners of micro, small and medium enterprises who received zakat mal and shodaqoh funds. Sampling of this study used the census sampling technique. The analytical tool used is using SPS. The results of the study prove that the zakat mal variable (X1) does not have a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (Y) and the shodaqoh variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (Y).

Abstract

Sharia Bank is a banking institution that operates its business with sharia principles. There is a fundamental difference between Islamic banks and conventional banks, namely Islamic banks do not use the interest system (usury) in every transaction, besides that Islamic banks also use a profit-sharing system in profit sharing. However, there are still many who do not know about this, this can be seen from the results of the Islamic financial literacy index in 2019 which shows that public literacy regarding Islamic finance is still low, with a value of only 8.93%, meaning that out of 100 people only 8 people are eligible. know about Islamic finance. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of knowledge about usury and profit sharing on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This research uses a questionnaire method and is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang. From the results of the study, it is known that knowledge of usury & profit sharing has a positive and significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks.

Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in upholding the country's economy. Thus, every MSME actor is expected to be able to produce quality financial reports. Because financial reports are able to analyze the financial performance of an entity. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, understanding of accounting, business scale, and length of business on the quality of financial reports. This study used purposive sampling as a technique in taking the sample. as many as 90 questionnaire data for MSME actors were processed with SPSS 25.0 for windows. In this study it was concluded that there was a partial influence between the variables of education level, accounting comprehension reports, business scale on financial quality. But in this study did not find any significant effect between the length of business variables on the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

Cheating in Islam is a disgraceful act that is prohibited. Fraud perpetrated on the company leads to financial reports. This fraud will cause harm because it is only concerned with one-sided needs with the aim of making a profit. The purpose of this article is to analyze Fraud Diamond Analysis in an Islamic Perspective to Detect Financial Statement Fraud (Empirical Study of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia 2017-2021). The results of the study stated that the (ROA) variable partially had a positive effect on (F-Score). Variable (BDOUT), partially has no positive effect on (F-Score). variable (TATA) partially has a positive effect on (F-Score). And the variable (DCHANGE) partially has no positive effect on (F-Score).

Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is a city that is rich in human resources and has the potential to develop Information Technology-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) products. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze how the business development strategy for MSMEs Based on Information Technology During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and through interviews, observation and documentation using swot analysis to find out strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing information technology-based SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Banyuwangi Regency. The informants in this study were the owners of the SH Wholesale store MSMEs, the SH Wholesale store employees, and the SH Wholesale store customers. The results of this study indicate that business actors carry out development strategies, namely product strategies, promotion strategies, pricing strategies, and place strategies to increase sales. and as for the problems faced by business actors using information technology that is less than optimal.Keywords: Development Strategy, MSMEs, Information Technology

Abstract

This research is an associative study to analyze the relationship or to determine the effect of Learning Motivation, Parental Motivation, and Learning Environment on Student Performance During the Covid 19 Pandemic. The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang majoring in Accounting and Management from 2016 to 2019. The sampling used in this research is simple random sampling. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on student performance. The higher the level of learning motivation, the more it affects student performance. Parental motivation has a positive and significant effect on student performance. The higher the level of parental motivation, the more it affects student performance. The learning environment has a positive and significant effect on student performance. The better the learning environment, the more it affects student performance. The coefficient of determination R² which shows 0.374, meaning that 37.40% of student performance is influenced by learning motivation, parental motivation, and the learning environment, while the remaining 62.60% of student performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Learning motivation, parents' motivation, learning environment, student performance, covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal control, competence of human resources and understanding of good governance on the performance of local government in Malang Regency. The case study in this research is the regional apparatus organization in Malang Regency. This study uses purposive sampling technique in determining the sample and obtained as many as 40 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are simultaneously variables of internal control, human resource competence, and understanding of good governance have an influence on the performance of local governments. Partially, internal control affects the government's financial performance. And partially the variable of human resource competence has an effect on the performance of local government. Good governance partially has an influence on local government performance.Keywords: internal control, human resource competence, good governance, local government performance.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 incident is one of the causes which able to affect capital market investment activities in Indonesia. This study aims to know the SARS-CoV-2 incident impact on the shares of hospitality industry, restaurant, and tourism subsector The population of this research is hospitality industry, restaurant, and tourism subsector on the BEI. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data was taken in the form of secondary data with documentation method. This kind of research used an event study with an event window during t-7 (before the event) and t + 7 (at the time of the event). The data used is data in the form of monthly share prices. Then the data were analyzed using paired t test. The results prove that average abnormal return with a value (0.049 <0.05) there is a difference between before and during the SARS-CoV-2 incident. Meanwhile, average trading volume activity with a value (0.293> 0.05) proved that there was no difference between before and during the SARS-CoV-2 incident.Keywords: SARS-CoV-2, Average Abnormal Return, and Average Trading Volume Activity.

Abstract

Tanjung Selor is one of the cities with high hotel growth in North Kalimantan, because it is the closest shopping center and is easy to reach by vehicle by land. Therefore, many visitors from various sub-districts stay at the Tanjung Selor hotel. With so many hotel industries in Tanjung Selor, competition in terms of price, facilities, and services is bound to exist. Every hotel is competing to provide the best so that its hospitality business is not less competitive with other hotel businesses. Moreover, during the current Covid-19 pandemi, the hotel manager needs to carry out the right strategy so that it is not empty of visitors during this pandemi. This study aims to find out how much is the room rental price during the Covid-19 pandemi at the Grand Pangeran Khar Hotel based on out of pocket cost. Based on the calculation results, it can be seen that the selling price during the covid-19 pandemi set by the Grand Pangeran Khar Hotel for the Pangeran, Boelungon, Family, Executive, Deluxe, Superior, and Standard types is able to cover the cost of the existing rental cost, but for the type of room Executive gets the lowest profit from other room types.Keywords: determination of rental price, Out Of Pocket Cost, Cash cost
