Abstract

Abstract: Pluralism in religious studies is often placed in context and theological significance. As a result of this understanding, the understanding of the theological concepts in all religions led to the prohibition by MUI. While in some circles it provides an understanding of pluralism, in a religious context, from the point of view of its social function, which is a system of life that binds people in units or social groups. Pluralism is not an understanding that says all religions are the same. Pluralism must be separated from relativism and syncretism. In order to lead to a practical order in pluralist social fiqh, courage is required in deconstructing fiqh openly. In the fiqh of pluralism the construction that must be built is to understand plurality as a fact of sausageal where, each individual and group to know and understand each other. So it is necessary to restore universal values such as common benefit, egaliterianism, rationalism, pluralism as the principles of paradigmatic fiqh so as not to get caught up in the wedges of litreralism, fundamentalism, authoritarianism and conservatism

Abstract

Adultery is a major sin after shirk to Allah swt. Adultery, besides being threatened with severe punishment and other punishments in the realm of barzah and mahsyar, will also have a very negative impact on social life. At the time of the Prophet there came a young man with a very high sexual libido, who vowed to like the Prophet and also to like Islam but asked that he be allowed to continue to commit adultery. This phenomenon was known by the companions of the Prophet and they sneered and some even shouted in an angry tone. Then the Prophet asked the companions to calm down, asked the youth to come closer (some narrations) so that the youth would enter the Prophet's house. Then the prophet gave advice with gentleness, full of empathy, love and intimacy. The dialogue between the prophet and the young man who asked for adultery took place warmly, meltingly, unlike when the young man was near (among) the companions. This phenomenon also implies the basic essence of education to mankind. From the results of the dialogue, finally the young man who used to have a very high sexual libido and always wanted to commit adultery, realized he was full of awareness and sincerely left adultery, condemned the act of adultery and did not want to glance at it at all.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively map and evaluate the quality of E-Government services in local governments throughout Indonesia, focusing on public perceptions. Employing a descriptive method and qualitative approach, data collection involves non-participant observation. Researchers observed the implementation of E-Government within provincial-level local governments participating in the 2021 Electronic-Based Government Systems evaluation through Google Play. Data analysis utilizes an interactive model to provide nuanced insights. The findings reveal that E-Government implementation in Indonesian provincial governments is primarily concentrated within the E-Service category, comprising 50% or 89 applications. The most advanced category is E-Information, encompassing 38% or 67 applications. However, the E-Participation category is notably underrepresented, with only 15% or 19 applications implemented by provincial governments in Indonesia. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of Indonesia’s current landscape of E-Government services. It underscores the importance of further developments, particularly in promoting citizen participation and engagement.

Abstract

In Indonesia, social media is considered one of the primary channels for the massive spread of hoaxes related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The spread of hoaxes through social media is difficult to control due to the rapid advancement of internet-based information technology and the low level of digital literacy among the public. This study aims to analyze the dissemination of hoaxes and the keywords frequently associated with COVID-19 hoaxes in Indonesia from 2020 to 2022. Employing a descriptive qualitative research approach, this study uses non-participant observation on the website turnbackhoax.id as the data collection method and applies an interactive model for data analysis. The findings reveal that COVID-19 hoaxes in Indonesia are predominantly classified into misleading content, false context, and fabricated content, with fabricated content being identified as the most dangerous type.
