Abstract

IM3 is a provider that targeting the youth market. With a well-known fare cheap, IM3 should be able to maintain and even increase the benefits of its products. However, the advantages offered by IM3 seem not optimal. Many complaints submitted by customers to the company through social media, are about the signal strength is week, the difficulty of accessing the data, the IM3 employees that are not friendly enough, the active period of the card which is not long, and so forth. So that these things will obviously affect customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the promotion effect of product quality and brand image to customer satisfaction in using Indosat IM3. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research is IM3 Community in Undip and Unnes in the number of samples taken is 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using non probability sampling with with purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is cross tabulation, correlation, determination, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS version 16.Based on the survey results revealed that the promotion, quality product and brand image have positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Independent variable that has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction is a variable of brand image.The advice that can be given is to give a briefing to the IM3 employees in order to be friendly towards the customers, make the active period of the card longer, extend the network signal so that the customers can access data quickly and they can recommend IM3 to people around them.

Abstract

In order to achieve company goals better, Abdul's Group. Attributes can determine which ones are appropriate or not appropriate to the needs and desires konsumen.Tipe used explanatory research study with a sample size of 100 respondents was taken using a non probablity sampling with accidental sampling technique. Measurement scale with Likert scale. Data collection by interview using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 16.0. While testing the hypothesis using the t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that prices have an influence on purchasing decisions with 0.618 correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination of 38.2%, the packaging has an influence on purchasing decisions with 0.533 correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination 28.4%, the service has an influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.823 67.7% and the coefficient of determination, the product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.644 and a coefficient of determination of 41.5%, and the size has an influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.755 and a coefficient of determination of 56.9%, price, packaging , service, product quality, and size together have an influence on purchasing decisions by the equation Y = 1.584 + 0.928 + 4.328 X1 + 3.980 X2 + 1.278 X3 + 1.277 X4 X5. This shows that Abdul's Group has a good service, by having good communication between employees and customers, ketramapilan good The results menunujukan Abdul's Group has a good service in terms of employees' communication skills with customers and employees when describing the product, and has klemahan in terms of packaging, particularly on the security package. Conclusion The study is the product attributes affect purchase decisions. But there are still consumers who stated that the application of pricing, packaging, service, product quality, and size is not good. Advice for Abdul's Group is to maintain the value of the service, and the best Abdul's Group uses packing materials that meet the safety standards for food packaging.

Abstract

The Compensation, standard of work and working environment is a supporting factor for achieve the high performance of employees in order to get optimal business profits. If the company has a good compensation, standard of work  and working environment, then the high employee performance can be achieved. The problems of this research are still there employees who violate standard of work, there are employees who have bad habits in work, and employee performance which shows the numbers fluctuate and tend to decline. Technique of collecting data using questionnaires distributed to 50 employees as the population in this study using census method sales of PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. The Data were analyzed with quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, the coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, T test and F test with SPSS. The conclusion of this analysis study is the 48 % of respondents said the compensation is fair, 48 % of respondents said the standard of work is quite good, 46 % of respondents said the working environment in both categories and 28 % of the respondents have a high employee performance. Variable compensation, standards of work, and the work environment has an influence on employee performance variables partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resources is one factor that has an important role in improving employee productivity. To increase the productivity performance of the employees need to be posed. Given the important role of human resources, the company must pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance. One is the application of good leadership, so that employees can be persuaded to work according to standard and put aside their personal interests. Motivation will encourage someone to work more work spirit. Work environment will create a sense of comfort in the work so as to increase productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of the variable of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY. This type of research is explanatory research. Technique slovin samples formula was used resulted 94 people for sample and  the spreading using the method of Probability Sampling (Stratified Random Sampling).  Likert scale was used as measurement scale. Simple linear regression test and regression test with SPSS 16.0 program were used in the data analysis. The conclusion of this research is 65.7% of the respondents classified as good leadership, 47.8% of respondents stated motivation is quite good, 76.1% of respondents said the work environment in either category and 52.21% respondents claimed to have good performance. Variable leadership influence on the performance by 19.2%. Motivation variables affect the performance of 56.6%. Environment variables affect the performance of 17.1%. Taken together the leadership, motivation and work environment affect the performance of 76.4%. This means more and better leadership, motivation and work environment are expected to increasingly higher levels of performance. Based on the results of this study led PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY could further increase the frequency of meetings to communicate the company's rules and policies, so as to steer employees are clearer and more attention to the conflict in the company. Providing incentives or bonuses should be increased to boost employee morale. Have good working environment should be maintained, because the working environment comfortable and conducive environment will improve employee performance

Abstract

Purchasing of stocks is one of the alternate investation that is interesting for the investors, because there are two returns that will be expected. The first is dividend,  Second is Capital Gains. The benefit ability of high companies can also increase the stock prices. Ratio - the ratio of liquidity such as Current Ratio (CR), profitability such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Equity (ROE), and the ratio of activities such as Total Asset Turnover (TATO) can affect the company's stock price.This research aims to determine the effect of the ratio of  Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Stock Prices. Population as well as the sample in this research is a state-owned company financial / BUMN data listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2012 and it is obtained 13 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection in this research is done by downloading the Annual Report the companies through the website www.idx.co.id . In the data analysis uses the classical assumption test, simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS program.The results show variable Current Ratio (CR) has an influence on the stock price of 0.220,but not significant. Variable Return on Investment (ROI) has an influence on the stock price of 0.360, but not significant. Variable Return on Equity (ROE) have an influence on the stock price of 0.655. Variable Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has an influence on the stock price of 0,439. Variable Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have a positive influence simultaneously to the stock prices that is equal to 77,6%. This suggests that all of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) 2010-2012 State Owned Company can affect the stock prices.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much influence of Behaviour consumer towards Buying decision of Yamaha Mio in Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang. Research type which used in this eksplanatory research. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling, by distributing  questionaries to 94 respondents. Data analysis using quantitative analysis, validity control, reliability, data normality, muliticollinearity, heteroskedasticity, simple linear regression, double linear regression, coefficient determiasi, t test and f test with SPSS program. The result of statistical analysis know simple linear regretion equation between Product Quality and Buying Decision was Y  =   -0,286 + 0,340 X1. For Promotion (x2) with Buying Decision the equality was Y  =   -0,206 + 0,434 X2. For Social Factor (x3) with Buying Decision , the equality was 2,979 + 1,117 X3. For Psychological Factor (X4) with Buying Decision , the equality was Y = 1,645 + 0,858. Simultaneously influence of Product Quality, Promotion, Social Factor, and Psychological Factor towards Buying Decision be see using double liniar analysis the result was Y = -1,026 + 0,115 X1 + 0,139 X2 + 0,336X3 + 0,190X4. The can see from the value of the coeficient of determiation as 0,851 shows that variables have positive influece. That means the iflueces of Product Quality variable, Promotion variable, Social Factor variable, and Psychological Factor variable towards Buying Decision of 85,1 percent, while the rest 14,9 percent influeced by others variable. Suggestion that can be delivered to Yamaha Agung Motor is to provide a more satisfactory service workshop for customers and giving quality spare part of yamaha matic mio from yamaha factories to show up their quality products. Hopefully Yamaha Agung Motor customers can get alot of information about Yamaha Mio Matic motorcycle and they want to have it as well as the promotion. It’s better if Yamaha Agung Motor could give their customer information on television comercial, because most of our people spent their time by watching television.
