Abstract

Era digital saat ini lebih sering disebut dengan era revolusi industri adalah masa dimana hampir sebgaian besar masyarakat menggunakan teknologi dalam kehidupannya. Strategi untuk mencapai keberhasilan pengembangan usaha sangatlah penting karena pelaku usaha harus mampu beradaptasi dan bersaing dengan para pesaingnya. Penggunaan pemasaran digital dalam komunikasi penjualan diperlukan karena bisnis diharapkan dapat tumbuh dan memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik—bahkan mungkin di atas rata-rata industri. Tujuan utama pemasaran digital dalam komunikasi peer-to-peer semacam ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan dan menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan. Artikel ini bermaksud ingin mengetahui strategi digital marketing yang digunakan PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri dalam pemasaran paket umrah serta untuk mengetahui efektivitas digital marketing yang digunakan oleh PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri dalam pemasaran paket umrah. Penelitian ini diharapkan menemukan konsep baru dalam pemasaran digital marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, terutama untuk memperoleh pemahaman mengenai proyek yang diperiksa. Jenis penelitian ini disebut penelitian pustaka. Ini melibatkan analisis dan penyajian fakta secara sistematis agar lebih mudah dipahami dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan yang lebih efektif maka dari itu PT. Anugerah Quba Mandiri telah mengembangkan strategi digital marketingnya dengan menyesuaikan zaman sekarang dengan adanya program pemasaran digital lebih memudahkan dalam menawarkan produk dengan menggunakan media digital dan orang menggunakan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, facebook dan website, serta media televisi seperti RB tv dan BE tv dan juga media Koran.

Abstract

Abstrak Untuk membandingan persebaran data antara 2 kelompok data yang mempunyai satuan yang berbeda tidak bisa dilakukan hanya menggunakan simpangan baku tetapi menggunakan perbandingan koefisien variasi antara 2  kelompok data  tersebut.   Dalam makalah ini dijelaskan tentang bagaimana melakukan perbandingan koefisien variasi antara 2 sampel dengan menggunakan metode bootstrap.   Metode yang diusulkan dikerjakan pada data inflasi bulanan komoditas beras,  cabe merah dan bawang putih.  Studi simulasi digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran jenis sampel yang seperti apa yang mengakibatkan koefisien variasi antara kedua sampel berbeda secara signifikan.  Kata kunci : koefisien variasi, metode bootstrap, indeks harga konsumen, inflasi. Abstract For comparing the distribution of data between the two sets of data have different units can not be done using only the standard deviation but using the coefficient of variation comparisons between the 2 groups of data. In this paper explained about how to perform the comparison the coefficient of variation between two  samples  using  the bootstrap method. The proposed method works in the monthly  inflation data for commodit ies  rice,  red pepper  and garlic.  Simulation studies are  used to illustrate what  kind of samples that resulted in a coefficient of variat ion between the two samples differ significantly. Abstract

Abstrak Dalam makalah ini dipresentasikan karakteristik inflasi kota-kota di Indonesia bagian Timur yang sudah digunakan dalam perhitungan inflasi bulanan mulai tahun 1979 yaitu Manado, Ambon, Makasar, Jayapura, Makasar, Denpasar, Kupang dan Mataram. Karakteristik tersebut dipisahkan antara waktu sebelum dan sesudah krisis moneter 1998. Inflasi tahunan untuk kota-kota tersebut cenderung mempunyai pola yang sama setelah krisis moneter namun sebelum krisis moneter kota Ambon mempunyai pola yang cenderung berbeda dengan yang lainnya. Rata-rata inflasi bulanan dan rata-rata inflasi tahunan cenderung turun secara signifikan sesudah krisis moneter dibandingkan sebelum krisis moneter.   Kata kunci : karakteristik inflasi, statistik deskriptif, krisis moneter.   Abstract In this paper it is presented the inflation characteristics of cities in eastern Indonesia that has been used in the calculation of the monthly inflation started in 1979, namely Manado, Ambon, Makassar, Jayapura, Makassar, Denpasar, Kupang and Mataram. These characteristics are separated between the time before and after the financial crisis of 1998. Annual inflation of  those cities tend to have the same pattern after the financial crisis in 1998 but before the financial crisis,  Ambon city tends to have a pattern that is different from the others. Average monthly inflation and the average of annual inflation rate tends to drop significantly after the financial crisis  than before. Abstract

Paper ini membahas mengenai estimasi parameter model Weibull-Regression untuk data tersensor pada kasus ketahanan hidup pasien penderita jantung koroner dengan pendekatan Bayesian survival analysis. Data yang digunakan adalah data simulasi waktu hidup pasien, status pasien (hidup/mati) dan treatment yang dikenakan yaitu ring dan bypass. Pendekatan Bayesian (Bayesian approach) digunakan untuk mencari distribusi posterior parameter.  Metode Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) digunakan untuk membangkitkan Rantai Markov guna mengestimasi parameter meliputi koefisien regresi (b) dan parameter r dari model survival Weibull. Parameter b dan r yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menghitung fungsi survival tiap pasien untuk tiap treatment yang sekaligus menunjukkan probabilitas bertahan hidup pasien penderita jantung koroner. Abstract

Model Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) pada data inflasi Indonesia dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika telah dikaji dan dihasilkan estimasi untuk parameter model. Dalam studi ini, metode bootstrap diaplikasikan untuk mengestimasi parameter-parameter dari model. Metode bootstrap merupakan metode resampling dari data asli untuk mendapatkan data baru dengan banyak pengulangan yang terjadi. Dengan bantuan Software R i386 3.0.1, dari metode bootstrap diperoleh estimasi titik (median bootstrap) dan interval konfidensi bootstrap persentil yang mengandung hasil prediksi dengan metode klasik. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa, hasil darimetode langsung yang diperoleh dalam kajian sebelumnya lebih baik daripada dengan menggunakan metode bootstrap. Kata kunci : Inflasi, Metode Bootstrap, Nilai Tukar Rupiah Terhadap USD, SVAR.

Abstract

Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis keterhubungan antar dua peubah acak adalah metode dengan pendekatan copula. Copula (bivariat) bersifat fleksibel dalam menjelaskan keterhubungan antar dua peubah acak yang tidak linier dan dapat menggambarkan perilaku data bivariat yang memiliki distribusi-distribusi marginal yang berbeda keluarga. Dalam penelitian ini dikaji hubungan antara Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD melalui metode pendekatan copula. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data (sekunder) bulanan mengenai IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD selama periode Mei 2012 sampai Juni 2017. Estimasi parameter distribusi-distribusi marginal (IHK dan return Kurs beli IDR-USD) didasarkan pada metode Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan uji kecocokan distribusi-distribusi marginalnya didasarkan pada uji statistik Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Estimasi parameter copula yang cocok untuk menggambarkan keterhubungan data IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD didasarkan pada ukuran Kendall’s Tau dan Spearman’s Rho dari data tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD berdasarkan ukuran Kendall’s Tau dan Spearman’s Rho adalah kecil yang berarti data saling bebas atau dengan arti lain hampir tidak memiliki keterhubungan. Sementara itu, keterhubungan IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD dapat digambarkan melalui suatu copula. Copula yang cocok untuk menggambarkan keterhubungan IHK dan return Kurs Beli IDR-USD sebagai hasil dalam bahasan paper ini adalah copula Clayton dengan distribusi marginal IHK adalah distribusi Laplace dan begitu pula distribusi marginal return Kurs Beli IDR-USD adalah distribusi Laplace. Dalam hal ini, copula Clayton itu adalah terbaik berdasarkan uji kecocokan copula yaitu melalui uji statistik Cram r-von Mises dengan nilai p-value tertinggi yang diperoleh dengan bantuan simulasi parametric bootstrap. Kata Kunci :  Distribusi Bivariat, IHK dan Kurs IDR-USD, Ukuran Keterhubungan, Uji Kecocokan, Copula

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this era, human life relies on progress in science and technology, which in turn creates problems that must be faced physically, psychologically, socially and economically. Which ultimately causes a person to experience mental health disorders such as stress and depression, paranoia, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar, dimensionality, autism. In this regard, there has been debate among western scholars, medical circles and psychiatrists, psychologists and various other schools in identifying the causes of mental disorders and this has given rise to debate among scientists. Some scientists say that the problem of mental disorders starts from biological, biophysical, psychosocial, genetic and social factors. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative type of research. The results of the researchers show that modern psychology and western philosophers no longer see the issue of mental disorders as a metaphysical discussion, they only look at it from a social perspective and do not explain problems regarding the soul in discussions about health. mentally. They focus on medical problems that are related to physical or sociological causes and do not see them as metaphysical entities. Ibn Sina explains metaphysics and the relationship between body and soul on a philosophical basis for mental health. Ibn Sina proposed a more integrative approach to mental health disorders.

Abstract

Infinitess store in its production activities has been using computers, but still limited to spreadsheets. As its business grows, the limitations of spreadsheets become increasingly evident. All data collection is still done manually, starting from recording customer orders, inventory data collection of raw materials, scheduling production processes, and monitoring production processes. This research aims to design a web-based screen printing production information system at Infinitees store to improve service and facilitate information availability in the production process. The method used in the design is Prototype method. For the design, HTML and PHP are used, as well as MySQL as the database. The expected result of this research is to build and design a web-based screen printing production information system to facilitate data collection processes and present information related to the production process easily and quickly.

Abstract

People are becoming more aware of environmental difficulties in this time of globalization. Waste is one such problem, as waste is a major source of pollution in the air, soil and water. It is hoped that all individuals and businesses in Indonesia, including consumers, will increase awareness and concern for the environment as an effort to preserve and restore the earth's ecosystem. Emina products are one example of a company that prioritizes sustainability in its systems and products at PT Technology and Innovation. Emina is considered a product that contributes to a positive reputation and values social responsibility. Green marketing includes all efforts and endeavors directed at promoting, packaging, distributing, consuming, and recalling products through environmental awareness or response. Corporate social responsibility is a condition in which businesses must continue to pay attention to the environment in an effort to reduce environmental problems that have occurred or are occurring. To achieve sustainable growth and performance, corporate social responsibility is an initiative that is integrated into the investment strategy and is considered a corporate social obligation. Brand image, alongside environmental concerns and corporate social responsibility will emerge as an important consideration for companies in the coming years. Consequently, brand image is consumers' and customers' perception of a brand, which in turn inspires trust in the brand. This research highlights the importance of green marketing and environmental accountability in general by building a good perception of the organization's brand within the local community. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between brand image (Z) and the impact of corporate social responsibility (Y) and green marketing (X). Uncertainty surrounds most Emina product users who make up the population of this study. In the absence of population information, the sample size for a given study will be calculated based on criteria for an unknown population, resulting in a total of 100 respondents. This research will use a purposive sampling method, which involves selecting a sample from the population under study based on certain criteria. Regression analysis and path analysis will be used to analyze the data. Hypothesis testing, validity and reliability tests, normality and multicollinearity tests, path analysis model fit tests, and SPSS and AMOS Softwer analysis tools will be used for data analysis. According to the findings of this study, green marketing influences consumer perceptions of Emina products favorably, thereby contributing to improved environmental stewardship. Emina is perceived as an ethical and socially responsible entity, which positively impacts its reputation

Abstract

Technology has a big and significant impact on everyone's life. This is due to the increasing development of technology from time to time and is supported by the internet. Until now, the internet has become a necessity for society, because the internet supports all community activities in terms of communication and information, and makes it easier for everyone, whether working, studying or carrying out other activities. In this case, ever-increasing progress means that everyone can take advantage of a situation that can be called digital technology. This allows advertising targeting to the general public which is very focused on communicating with each other, tracking potential buyers and engaging them in related content. Advances in communication and network technology, especially the internet, provide the infrastructure needed for businesses that are run using the internet. The very rapid development of computer and telecommunications technology (information technology) today has resulted in a revolution in the world of trade and industry. In this research, the author used a qualitative research method with a bibliometric approach. In this bibliometric approach there are four analyses, namely, co-authoring analysis, bibliometric network visualization analysis, overlay visualization analysis, and density visualization analysis. This provides an overview and a mapping to the reader regarding a preparation related to Digital Marketing Strategy
