Abstract

Informed consent adalah persetujuan dari pasien kepada dokter setelah diberikan penjelasan mengenai tindakan kedokteran yang akan diberikan dokter, termasuk resiko tindakan kedokteran yang kemungkinan timbul efek lain akibat tindakan tersebut dan apabila tindakan kedokteran tersebut tidak dilakukan. Peneliti menemukan masih ada informed consent yang tidak lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai Tinjaan Kelengkapan Pengisian Informed Consent di Rumah Sakit Umum Siaga Medika Banyumas. Metode penelitian kombinasi, dengan pengumpulan data pendahuluan diikuti pengumpulan data lanjutan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap pada bulan Januari tahun 2022 sejumlah 1390 sampel 93 berkas rekam medis. Sampel diambil secara acak dilakukan oleh petugas assembling, filling dan kepala rekam medis. Wawancara dan observasi dilakukan untuk menambah informasi atas analisa baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Hasil penelitian kelengkapan ketepatan pengisian pada informed consent belum mencapai 100%, SOP sudah ada namun dibutuhkan kebijakan di lapanngan dalam pengisian kelengkapan Informed Consent. Sumber daya manusia melakukan analisa kelengkapan bukan berlatar belakang DIII rekam medis, faktor penyebabnyan ketidaklengkapnya pengisian informed consent yaitu kurangnya kesadaran petugas bertanggung jawab dalam pengisian , upaya dilakukan petugas rekam medis mengembalikan rekam medis ke ruang perawatan. Saran dibuatkan kebijakan, evaluasi terutama pada petugas terkait dalam kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis sehingga secara keseluruhan termasuk Informed Consent mencapai kelengkapan sebesar 100%

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rekam medis memiliki beberapa formulir, salah satunya adalah formulir resume medis dan harus diisi dan dilengkapi oleh dokter yang memberikan pelayanan 1x24 jam pada saat pasien telah dinyatakan pulang. Resume medis merupakan ringkasan seluruh masa perawatan dan pengobatan yang dilakukan oleh dokter kepada pasien. Kelengkapan resume medis adalah cerminan mutu rekam medis dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Kelengkapan pengisian resume medis harus mencapai angka 100% sesuai dengan standard minimal pelayanan rumah sakit, yaitu dengan cara mengevaluasi kelengkapan formulir resume medis dengan cara analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat dalam pendokumentasian rekam medis agar yang tidak lengkap segera dilengkapi. Tujuan: Mengetahui analisis kelengkapanformulir resume medis pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan jenis tradisional atau narrative review. Hasil: Dari beberapa hasil penelitian yang dilakukan review kelengkapan pengisian resume medis belum lengkap 100% karena masih terdapat formulir resume medis yang tidak terisi lengkap , dan diketahui faktor penyebab ketidaklengkapan pengisian resume medis yaitu kesibukan dokter, kurangnya sosialisasi tentang pengisian resume medis dan tingkat kepatuhan dokter, padahal sudah ada SPO yang telah dibuat oleh rumah sakit. Kesimpulan: Dalam hasil review yang telah dilakukan seharusnya diadakan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya pengisian resume medis secara lengkap agar menunda ketidaklengkapan rekam medis yang dapat menghambat proses pengelolaan berkas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews at Shopee through TikTok content on Generation Z purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through an online survey of 199 respondents of the Management Study Program students class of 2020. The data were analyzed using multiple regression methods to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables of influencer roles, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews and the dependent variable (purchasing decisions). The analysis results show that the role of influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's purchasing decisions. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating marketing strategies through influencers, affiliate marketing, and online customer reviews in influencing Generation Z's purchasing decisions. This provides guidance for businesses to utilize e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok content as an effective means of communication to reach and influence the Generation Z market. This research makes a new contribution to the understanding of how the role of influencers, affiliate marketing and online customer reviews on Shopee, particularly through TikTok content, can influence Generation Z's purchasing decisions. This research adds insight into effective marketing strategies to capture the attention and influence the consumption behavior of the younger generation in the context of e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Live streaming and Flash sale variables on the Impulse Buying behavior of Shopee E-commerce users in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis techniques to explain the characteristics of the sample and inferential analysis techniques using SPSS and AMOS software analysis tools. The study population consisted of Shopee e-commerce users in Indonesia, with a sample of 140 respondents selected by non-probability methods with purposive sampling techniques and analysis methods used in this study namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, cross-tabulation test and path analysis. Data was obtained by distributing google form questionnaires through social media. The results of the analysis show that the existence of Live Streaming and Flash Sale has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. This research provides a deeper understanding of the factors that influence Impulse Buying behavior in the context of Live Streaming and Flash Sale of Shopee e-commerce users. The results of this study can provide guidance for Shopee and other e-commerce parties to design more effective marketing strategies and focus on Flash Sale to increase impulse purchases. The results of the validity test output show that the data of this study is declared valid and the reliability test shows that each variable in this study is declared reliable or consistent. The statistical assumption test shows a positive and significant influence, which means that quality Live Streaming can provide stimulus to the Flash Sale program which is a limited number of offers for a short period of time so that it can encourage users to make impulse purchases or unplanned purchases. The path analysis fit model test shows a match of several samples that can subsidize the population as a whole

Abstract

The paylater feature is a digital payment feature that uses an e- commerce platform, purchasing goods among teenagers is very lacking due to the economic conditions that are currently unstable. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study was conducted at the unswagati Cirebon campus, level 1-4 management study program as many as 147 respondents.  The sampling technique used by researchers is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and data analysis used in this researcher is regression and descriptive analysis then the analysis methods used in this study include validity test, cross tabulation, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hypothesis testing, path analysis fit model test using SPSS and amos Softwer analysis tools to test the effect of paylater and affiliate features on consumer buying interest. The results of this study indicate that the paylater feature has a positive effect on consumer buying interest, affiliates have an effect on consumer buying interest. Because the validity and reliability test results are less than 0.1362, the normality test is less than 0, 01, the multicoronality test is less than 10, hypothesis testing, the results show that all hypotheses are accepted, because the C.R value is more than 1.98, namely with a C.R value of 7.875 and 11.532 respectively. And the P value also shows the same result if the P value is less than 0.05 or symbolized * (below 0.01), it means that the two hypotheses have a significant effect or are accepted. path analysis fit model test is accepted because the GFT measure shows a P-value of more than 0.05, RMSE less than 0.08, CMIN less than 2.00, GFI less than 0.90, AGFI less than, 0.90, CFI more than 0.90, TLI more than 0.90. So it can be stated that the path analysis model fit test is accepted.

Abstract

This community service activity provided counseling to 24 class XII IPA1 students at Mater Dei High School, Pamulang sub-district, South Tangerang municipality. The counseling aims to know, understand and understand the use of PLTS using solar cells which produce a direct/DC output voltage to supply light bulbs when they are on. The counseling method for students to understand PLTS scientific material is theoretically presented in the classroom for 90 minutes. Then proceed to find out and understand the benefits of PLTS using solar cells to produce output voltage to supply light bulbs when they are on outside the classroom. The extension activity of illuminating the surface area of ​​solar cells with sunlight outside the classroom for 90 minutes is carried out by five (5) students per group taking turns accompanied by members of the extension team with the aim of practical knowledge and understanding. Each group of students takes an average of 16 minutes to shine sunlight on the surface area of ​​the solar cell which produces electrical power when the light bulb is on or off. The results of the implementation of counseling on the condition of the light bulb is on, the voltage value on the lamp load is Vb(lamp) = 4.46 volts when bright sunlight shines on the surface area of ​​the solar cell. Then, if the light bulb does not light up, the voltage value on the light load changes to 0.351 volts, when sunlight is blocked or blocked from reaching the surface area of ​​the solar cell. The results of the outreach activities were 24 students responding to six (6) questions with multiple choice answers listed on the questionnaire form that had been prepared. A total of 23 people chose useful answers to the content of the material presented, a total of 22 people chose interesting answers to questions about the material presented by the speaker and as many as 21 people chose useful answers for the entire extension activity event.

Abstract

Student well-being plays a crucial role in academic success, particularly in challenging subjects such as physics. It encompasses school-related, social, emotional, and academic aspects that interrelate to foster an optimal learning experience. This study aims to investigate the relationship between student well-being and achievement in physics learning while offering insights for educators to develop a supportive learning environment that enhances student well-being. The method employed in this article is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 protocol. Data were gathered from articles published over the past six years, sourced from the Scopus database. The findings indicate that supportive learning environments, such as classrooms and laboratories, indirectly influence physics learning outcomes. Emotional well-being, including the ability to manage stress and maintain intrinsic motivation, directly impacts student engagement in physics education. Furthermore, social support from teachers and peers significantly contributes to boosting students' self-confidence. This research confirms that student well-being not only affects academic success but also fosters essential social and emotional skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe a differentiated learning approach in creative poetry writing lectures as a strategy to improve learning achievement based on the creative economy and technology. Using quantitative descriptive methods, with percentage data analysis. The subjects of the study were 40 students of the 2022 intake who were programmers of the Creative Writing course. The research data were in the form of initial formative assessment results at the beginning of the lecture and final summative assessment at the end of the lecture which had the same assessment focus on knowledge and skills with the same instrument. Formative assessments in learning, RPS, and RPP were used as secondary data. Data collection techniques with objective tests on initial formative assessments of learning and non-objective on final summative assessments of learning. The results of the study, in the initial formative assessment of learning focused on knowledge and skills showed scores with a low category of 5%, medium 60%, and high 35% increased in the final summative assessment of learning with a low score category of 0%, medium 15%, and high 85%. The differentiated learning method when applied in the integration of the MBKM and OBE curriculum, offers a holistic and adaptive approach to learning. Differentiated learning by adjusting the process to individual learning achievements, needs, interests, and learning styles, not only improves learning achievements in writing poetry but also improves technology usage skills and is able to produce derivative poetry products that have economic value.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman kelapa (Cocos nucifera L.) di Indonesia menghadapi permasalahan, salah satunya ialah pola tanam monokultur yang mengakibatkan produktivitas rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan spesies tumbuhan bawah (understorey) di lantai kebun kelapa pada pola tanam monokultur dan polikultur, serta pengaruh heterogenitas lingkungan terhadap kelimpahan spesies tumbuhan bawah. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2024 di kebun monokultur dan polikultur Desa Karanggandu, Kecamatan Watulimo, Kabupaten Trenggalek, Jawa Timur. Data diambil menggunakan metode survei lapang. Plot berukuran 20 m x 100 m dibuat di masing-masing lahan monokultur dan polikultur, kemudian dibagi menjadi 20 subplot (10 m x 10 m). Kuadrat berukuran 1 m x 1 m dipasang secara sistematis di tengah setiap subplot untuk survei vegetasi tumbuhan bawah. Variabel pengamatan meliputi analisis vegetasi, keanekaragaman jenis, heterogenitas spesies tumbuhan, keterbukaan kanopi, water holding capacity, dan infiltrasi. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup pasak, kamera, meteran, alat tulis, gunting, tangki, seng, pipa, kayu, GPS, soil pH meter, infiltrometer, dan frame berukuran 1 m x 1 m. Bahan yang digunakan terdiri dari kertas amplop, label, dan kantong plastik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola tanam polikultur memberikan keragaman spesies paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan monokultur. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan tumbuhan bawah dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan faktor lingkungan berupa keterbukaan kanopi, water holding capacity, dan infiltrasi. Keberagaman tanaman mengakibatkan variasi ruang terhadap cahaya yang masuk dan kadar air yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and social media engagement on consumer purchasing decisions for the SCH fashion brand on Instagram, as well as to examine their simultaneous effects. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to Instagram users who follow the official SCH account. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and social media engagement also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables were found to significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion drawn is that content marketing and social media engagement are important factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions for the SCH fashion brand on Instagram. Therefore, brands should focus on improving content quality and social media interaction to encourage purchasing decisions. This study provides practical implications for fashion brands in designing effective digital marketing strategies, emphasizing the importance of content quality and more active social interactions on social media platforms. Keywords: content marketing, social media engagement, purchasing decisions, Instagram.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan social media engagement terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada brand fashion SCH di Instagram, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh keduanya secara simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna Instagram yang mengikuti akun resmi SCH. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, begitu pula dengan social media engagement yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa content marketing dan social media engagement merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada brand fashion SCH di Instagram. Oleh karena itu, brand perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas konten dan interaksi di media sosial untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi brand fashion dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif, dengan menekankan pentingnya kualitas konten dan interaksi sosial yang lebih aktif di platform media sosial.   Kata kunci: content marketing, social media engagement, keputusan pembelian, Instagram.
