Abstract

Research has been carried out with the title "Inquiry learning model differences and Problem Based Learning Training for observation skills in practical activities in the digestive system of class XI material Ciawigebang MAN." This research backgrounds yet many teachers teach subjects with biology lab, so the ability of untrained observation student . This study aimed to determine differences in the students' observation skills through practical activities Inquiry Training Model with Problem Based Learning in the digestive system in class XI material Ciawigebang MAN. Learning model used in this study is a model of Inquiry and Problem Based Learning Training, shape design used in this study is the Group Two posttest design. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA MAN Ciawigebang 2012-2013 academic year consisting of two classes, namely class 1 and class XI Science XI IPA 2 by the number of students 59. In this study sampling was done by cluster random sampling. Indicator rubric of the data, the indicator points 1 the average values obtained Inquiry class training value of 2.10 and an average grade of 2.43 Problem based learning. Wilcoxon test hypothesis test is to find out which one is better on both models on the indicator points 1. Obtained results 9 W count and 111 W table it can be concluded that the indicator points 1 Problem based learning models are better that training inquiry. 2 points on indicators derived average value of 1.79 and a training classroom  inquiry average grade of 1.90 Problem based learning. Wilcoxon test hypothesis test is to find out which one is better in these two models to the indicator points 2. Obtained results 7 W count and 111 W table makadapat concluded that the indicator points 2 Model Problem-based learning is better than training inquiry. Overall rubric of the data obtained for the average value of 4.10 and a training classroom inquiry average grade 4.43 Problem based learning. Test the hypothesis that the value obtained by Wilcoxon test 9 W count and 111 W table. W count W table, which means there is no significant difference between the use of models of inquiry and problem-based learning training on the ability siswadalam practicum observation on the digestive system in class XI matter MAN Ciawigebang with other words Ho accepted and Ha rejected.Keywords: training model of inquiry, problem based learning, observation skills.

Abstract

The background of this research is about learning process that refers to teacher centered. It makes students become passive in the classroom, so they are lazy to think creatively even to ask something they don’t understand to the teacher. The aim of this research is to know the influence of applying inquiry training learning model assisting vee diagram toward students’ creative thinking. In this research, the population is all of tenth grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Kuningan in academic year 2015/2016 that consists of five classes with 192 students. Technique of selecting sample used in this research is cluster random sampling. The sample consists of one experimental class and one another is control class. The researcher uses quasi experimental method, namely posttest-only control design. Instrument that is used in this research is essay test to know students’ creative thinking skill, questionnaire that is used to know students’ responses toward inquiry training learning model, and observation field that is aimed to know the applying of inquiry training learning model on each syntax. The data then analyzed by using t-test since the two variances are homogeny. From posttest cultivation through t-test in 99% of credibility level, it is gained tcount 2,72 and ttable 2,65, so tcount ttable. So, H1 is accepted that means there is a significant influence from applying inquiry training learning model assisting vee diagram toward students’ creative thinking skill in ecosystem concept. It is because vee diagram can help students in increasing their knowledge, analyzing information, stimulating students’ awareness, creating a detail work plan, creating inquiry plot becomes more directed, and helping inquiry training learning process becomes more powerful so that it can encourage students to think creatively.Keywords: Inquiry Training, Vee Diagram, Students’ creative thinking skill, Ecosystem

Abstract

ABSTRAKSumber Daya Manusia yang bekerja di perusahaan atau karyawan adalah salah satu unsur yang memiliki peranan strategis dalam menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas umum perkantoran. Untuk mewujudkan tuntutan tersebut diperlukan adanya karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi tinggi. Karyawan yang mengemban pelimpahan wewenang untuk membantu tugas dari pimpinan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kantor adalah seorang staf administrasi, yang berperan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan hidup sebuah organisasi, dikerenakan pekerjaan pimpinan tidak akan berjalan dengan lancar dan baik tanpa bantuan seorang tenaga administrasi. Laporan yang diberikan oleh staf administrasi untuk atasan tidak bertentangan dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dimana semua laporan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini menyangkut sumber yang didapatkan, serta proses yang dilakukan dan juga hasil yang dapatkan. Dengan adanya staf administrasi kantor pekerjaan akan lebih rapi dan teratur sesuai dengan tugas yang diperintahkan, sistem pencatatan dan dokumentasi tersimpan dengan baik dan apabila dibutuhkan akan mudah untuk dicari, perusahaan juga dapat dengan mudah mengikuti segala perkembangan perusahaan melalui laporan hasil pencatatan dan dokumentasi yang dicatat oleh staf administrasi.Kata kunci :Karyawan, Administrasi, Wewenang, Organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRAK-Salah satu parameter keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dinilai dari kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh laba. Perusahaan menuntut agar pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dapat bekerja lebih efisien agar mampu bersaing dan mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan. Persaingan yang semakin kuat di era globalisasi ini, membuat perusahaan harus bekerja lebih maksimal. Perusahaan membutuhkan suatu laporan dan analisa data dan angka sebagai patokan penilaian sebuah pencapaian perusahaan. Laporan penjualan berfungsi sebagai informasi apakah perusahaan  memperoleh keuntungan atau menderita kerugian dan seberapa besar pencapaian target yang dihasilkan. Dalam pembuat laporan penjualan dibutuhkan seorang staf administrasi yang mampu menangani dan mengelola laporan penjualan dengan baik, cepat dan akurat, untuk itu dibutuhkan ketelitian, kecermatan, dan kecepatan, agar laporan terselesaikan tepat waktu,  selain itu diperlukan juga kematangan dalam pembuatan laporan, agar data yang dilaporkan benar sesuai fakta di lapangan dan  setiap data yang dilaporkan dapat dipercaya dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Apa saja Peran Staf Administrasi Dalam Menangani Laporan Penjualan Pada PT. Sinar Perdana Adimulia Jakarta Barat? 2. Bagaimana cara menyusun laporan penjualan yang baik, cepat, akurat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan? Kata Kunci : Laba, Efisien, Persaingan, Staf Administrasi, Penjualan ABSTRACT-One of the parameters of a company's success is judged by the company's ability to make a profit. The company demands that related parties can work more efficiently in order to be able to compete and maintain the company's existence. Competition is getting stronger in this era of globalization, making companies have to work more optimally. The company needs a report and analysis of data and numbers as a benchmark for assessing a company's achievements. Sales report serves as information whether the company made a profit or suffered a loss and how much the achievement of the resulting target. In making a sales report an administrative staff is needed who is able to handle and manage sales reports well, quickly and accurately, for that it takes accuracy, accuracy, and speed, so that the report is completed on time, besides that it also requires maturity in making reports, so that data reported correctly according to facts in the field and any data reported can be trusted and can be accounted for. The formulation of the problem in this paper is as follows: 1. What are the Roles of Administrative Staff in Handling Sales Reports at PT. Sinar Perdana Adimulia West Jakarta? 2. Abstract

ABSTRAKPekerjaan sekretaris terus berkembang dari masa ke masa seiring dengan tingkat kedudukan sekretaris serta tugas dari pimpinan. Dari masa ke masa pekerjaan sekretaris awalnya hanya membantu pimpinan di kantor dalam surat-menyurat, namun dalam perjalanan sampai saat ini uraian jabatan sekretaris berkembang meluas menjadi lebih luas, tidak hanya membantu pimpinan untuk meringankan pekerjaannya agar pimpinan dapat bertindak secara efektif dan efisien dalam tugasnya, tapi juga berperan dalam penghubung setiap koneksi di kantor, mulai dari tingkat pimpinan sampai ke tingkat paling bawah. Di era teknologi seperti sekarang, profesi sekretaris di dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan salah satu profesi yang melibatkan banyak aktivitas untuk berinteraksi dengan orang banyak. Tugas-tugas tersebut sangat memerlukan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman dalam penyampaian informasi. Abstract

ABSTRACT Various studies have been carried out aimed at knowing effective communication models and leadership models in an organization. Bartol (2008: 505) states that "Leadership is the process of influencing others to achieve organizational goals". In the implementation of Community Service carried out by the lecturers of  Sekretari D-III Study Program by giving presentations and joint discussions for one day on March 27, 2021 to provide input, how a leader in this case the principal is required to become a professional leader for the teachers at SMK Science Technology and Business (STB) Sawangan and to enhance and understand all aspects that need to be improved in order to have effective communication in democratic leadership in the work place. Communication processes and skills are widely researched as ways to enable school leaders to more fully lead the schools efficiently. According to research, it is known that successful schools are the result of successful leadership policies that rely on effective communication. La Plant (1979) expressed his idea that ideal communication produces good results that affect all angles of the educational process.  After studying a number of school leaders about communication skills and concluded that one of the success factors of a principal is the ability to communicate effectively with others. The communication skills of an effective leader will be able to motivate and inspire teammates to work hard in achieving team targets and organizational goals as well. Effective communication is an advantage of a leader in leading effectively. So, based on many studies on how effective communication plays a big role, many aspects that shape an effective communication  are related to several important things such as whether all the main points that must be conveyed by the leadership when communicating have been carried out on all staff and whether staff have been given the opportunity to provide suggestions to improve communication so that leadership is more effective.  Key Words: Effective Communications, Democratic Leadership, and Communication Process  ABSTRAK Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui model komunikasi efektif dan model kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi. Bartol (2008:505) menyatakan bahwa “Kepemimpinan adalah proses mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi”. Dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Program Studi D-III Kesekretariatan dengan memberikan presentasi dan diskusi bersama selama satu hari pada tanggal 27 Maret 2021 untuk memberikan masukan, bagaimana seorang pemimpin dalam hal ini kepala sekolah dituntut untuk menjadi seorang yang profesional. mengarahkan para guru di SMK Sains Teknologi dan Bisnis (STB) Sawangan untuk meningkatkan dan memahami semua aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk memiliki komunikasi yang efektif dalam kepemimpinan yang demokratis. Proses dan keterampilan komunikasi banyak diteliti sebagai cara untuk memungkinkan para pemimpin sekolah memimpin sekolah secara lebih efisien. Menurut penelitian, diketahui bahwa sekolah yang sukses adalah hasil dari kebijakan kepemimpinan yang sukses yang mengandalkan komunikasi yang efektif. La Plant (1979) mengemukakan gagasannya bahwa komunikasi yang ideal menghasilkan hasil yang baik yang mempengaruhi semua sudut proses pendidikan. Setelah mempelajari beberapa kepala sekolah tentang keterampilan komunikasi dan menyimpulkan bahwa salah satu faktor keberhasilan seorang kepala sekolah adalah kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan orang lain. Keterampilan komunikasi seorang pemimpin yang efektif akan mampu memotivasi dan menginspirasi rekan satu tim untuk bekerja keras dalam mencapai target tim dan juga tujuan organisasi. Komunikasi yang efektif merupakan keunggulan seorang pemimpin dalam memimpin secara efektif. Maka berdasarkan banyak kajian tentang bagaimana komunikasi yang efektif berperan besar, banyak aspek yang berkaitan dengan beberapa hal penting seperti apakah semua pokok-pokok utama yang harus disampaikan pimpinan saat berkomunikasi telah dilakukan pada semua staf dan apakah staf sudah diberi kesempatan untuk memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan komunikasi agar kepemimpinan lebih efektif. efektif. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Efektif, Kepemimpinan Demokratis, dan Proses komunikasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe teaching materials module is one consequence of the implementation of the Competency-Based Education Unit Level Curriculum in schools. The competency approach requires the use of teaching materials modules in the implementation of learning. This teaching material module can assist schools in realizing quality learning and having uniformity in the delivery of subject matter from educators to all students. The application of the teaching material module can condition learning activities to be better, planned, directed, independent, complete and with optimal results in accordance with the initial target and according to the expectations of the school/foundation. Teaching Materials Module is material that is systematically arranged in language that is easily understood by students according to their age and level of knowledge, with the aim that they (students/students) can study independently even with minimal guidance from educators (Andi Prastowo, 2012: 106). The module is a program package that is structured and designed in such a way as a material and reference for student learning and as a teaching reference for all educators. With the Teaching Materials Module, it is hoped that the student's learning process can be independent and also to help students more easily master their learning objectives. Therefore, students can learn according to their respective absorption and capture power. Our intention and purpose of conducting PKM (Community Service) by providing guidance on the preparation of Teaching Materials at the Iskandariyah Ciputat Foundation is based on our desire to play an active role in building a strong and good quality education so that it can provide satisfaction for teachers, students, staff, parents, and the surrounding community in general, whose ultimate goal is that the Iskandariyah Ciputat Education Foundation, South Tangerang, can improve the quality of the learning process, improve the quality of schools in general and be able to produce quality graduates in welcoming the world of work.  ABSTRAK Modul bahan ajar adalah salah satu konsekuensi diterapkannya Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidiakn Berbasis Komptensi di sekolah. Pendekatan kompetensi mempersyaratkan penggunaan modul bahan ajar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajarannya. Modul bahan ajar ini dapat membantu sekolah dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas dan memiliki keseragaman dalam penyampaian materi pelajaran dari tenaga pendidik kepada seluruh siswa/siswinya. Penerapan modul bahan ajar dapat mengkondisikan kegiatan pembelajaran lebih baik, terencana, terarah, mandiri, tuntas dan dengan hasil (output) yang optimal sesuai dengan target awal dan sesuai harapan pihak sekolah/yayasan. Modul Bahan Ajar merupakan materi yang disusun secara sistematik dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami oleh siswa sesuai usia dan tingkat pengetahuan mereka, dengan tujuan agar mereka (siswa/siswi) dapat belajar secara mandiri walaupun dengan tingkat bimbingan yang minim dari pendidik (Andi Prastowo, 2012 : 106). Modul merupakan paket program yang disusun dan didesain sedemikian rupa sebagai bahan dan acuan belajar siswa dan sebagai acuan mengajar semua tenaga pendidik. Dengan adanya Modul Bahan Ajar diharapkan proses belajar siswa bisa mandiri dan juga untuk membantu siwa lebih mudah menguasai tujuan belajarnya. Oleh karena itu, siswa  dapat belajar sesuai dengan daya serap dan daya tangkap masing-masing. Maksud dan tujuan kami melakukan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) dengan memberikan pembinaan tentang penyusunan Bahan Ajar di Yayasan Iskandariyah Ciputat ini didasari oleh keinginan kami untuk ikut berperan aktif dalam membangun kualitas pendidikan yang kuat dan baik sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi guru, siswa/siswi, staf, orang tua siswa, serta masyarakat sekitar       pada umumnya, yang tujuan akhirnya agar Yayasan Pendidikan Iskandariyah Ciputat Tangerang Selatan dapat meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan mutu sekolah secara umum dan mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dalam menyongsong dunia kerja.

Abstract

Kecerdasan Intektual atau yang lebih populer dan lebih kita kenal dengan nama Intelligent Quotient (IQ) dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur kecerdasan dan jalan menuju pada kesuksesan seseorang. Faktanya, tes IQ saja terkadang tidak cukup untuk menggambarkan hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sekian banyak para peneliti memperluas definisi kecerdasan untuk memasukkan seperangkat keterampilan yang lebih luas lagi, diantaranya hasilnya adalah emotional intelligence atau kecerdasan emosional. Tahukah Anda? Bahwa Kecerdasan emosi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dan meiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa tinggi dalam dunia pekerjaan di bidang apapun. Kita meilhat konsep emotional intelligence Quotiont (EQ) pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh psikolog Peter Salovey dan John Mayer di sebuah artikel pada tahun 1990 yang kemudian lebih dipopulerkan lagi melalui buku yang ditulis oleh Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence:Why It Can Matter More Than.Emotional intelligence Quotiont (EQ) merupakan kemampuan yang sangat diperhitungkan di dalam dunia pekerjaan agar setiap individu yang bergabung di dalam perusahaan dapat memberikan hasil kerja yang maksimal dan berkualitas. Secara sederhana, dapat disampaikan bahwa baik atau tidaknya pekerjaan yang kita lakukan secara tidak langsung dipengaruhi oleh kualitas emotional Qoution (EQ) yang kita miliki. Mari kenali lebih jauh pemahaman tentang emotional intelligence dan bagaimana cara meningkatkannya. Untuk itu kami dari team pengabdi ingi mencoba menggali lebih dalam lagi, sejauh mana tingkat kecerdasan emosi (emotional inteligence quotiont) dari siswa/siswi SMK Letris 1 kelas 12 ini, dan kami mencoba mengevaluasi di bagian mana hal-hal yang perlu kami perbaiki dan perlu kami tingkatkan mengenai kecerdasan emosi dari masing-masing siswa/siswi SMK Letris 1 tersebut. Sehingga pada akhirnya diharapkan siswa/siswi mampu bersaing pada saat berkompetisi untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan setelah mereka lulus sekolah atau setelah mereka lulus kuliah nanti. Kemampuan akhir yang diharapkan dapat dimiliki oleh siswa setelah mengikuti penyuluhan adalah siswa dapat memiliki kemampuan soft skill (Percaya diri, berani, adaptif, komunikatif, pantang menyerah, pandai bergaul, daya saing yang tinggi, motivasi yang tinggi dan lain-lain) yang tinggi dan siswa memiliki keterampilan dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21 dengan ketatnya persaingan untuk mendapat pekerjaan dengan menguasai 4C yaitu: Critical Thinking (berpikir kritis), Collaboration (kolaborasi), Communication (komunikasi) dan Creativity (kreativitas). Abstract Intellectual Intelligence or what is more popular and better known to us as Intelligent Quotient (IQ) is used as a measure of intelligence and a path to a person's success. We see that the concept of emotional intelligence quote (EQ) was first introduced by psychologists Peter Salovey and John Mayer in an article in 1990 which was then further popularized through the book written by Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence: Why It Can Matter More Than. Emotional intelligence Quotion (EQ) is an ability that is highly taken into account in the world of work so that every individual who joins a company can provide maximum and quality work results. In simple terms, it can be said that whether the work we do is good or not is indirectly influenced by the quality of our emotional Qoution (EQ). Let's get to know more about emotional intelligence and how to improve it. For this reason, we from the service team want to try to dig deeper into the level of emotional intelligence (emotional intelligence quotient) of the students of SMK Letris 1 class 12, and we try to evaluate where there are things that we need to improve and need. We improve the emotional intelligence of each student at SMK Letris 1. So that in the end it is hoped that students will be able to compete when competing to get a job after they graduate from school or after they graduate from college. The final ability that students are expected to have after following the counseling is that students can have soft skills (self-confidence, courage, adaptive, communicative, never give up, sociable, high competitiveness, high motivation, etc.) that are high and students have the skills to face the challenges of the 21st century with intense competition to get jobs by mastering the 4Cs, namely: Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and Creativity.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought significant changes in human life, one of which is the facilitation of access to information. Despite this, garbage management remains an important issue that requires serious attention. Without practical management efforts, the negative environmental impact will continue to increase. Therefore, the study aims to develop an Android-based waste management application using the Waterfall methodology approach and the K-means algorithm method to allow users to group the type of garbage according to its characteristics so that the waste management process can be done more systematically and efficiently. From the application design and testing results, it was concluded that this waste management application can serve as an effective tool in helping people manage their garbage more efficiently. With this digital platform, it is expected that public awareness of the importance of garbage management can be increased and contribute to the maintenance of hygiene and the health of the environment. Thus, the Android-based waste management application has great potential to be a relevant solution in dealing with the problem of waste management. With this digital approach, it is expected that people can be more effective in regulating and utilizing garbage and actively participate in efforts to maintain environmental sustainability for generations to come.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of process standards in the 2013 Curriculum in Biology learning at the senior high school level in Kuningan Regency. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a purposive sampling technique, involving six schools with one Biology teacher representing each school as respondents. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The findings indicate that most schools have developed lesson plans (RPP) following Circular Letter No. 14 of 2019, yet the actual implementation in the learning process does not fully align with the initial planning. The scientific approach has not been optimally applied, particularly in questioning and developing students' critical thinking skills. The primary challenges faced by teachers include limited learning media, difficulties in implementing scientific-based methods, and low student engagement in online learning. Additionally, the introductory and closing activities need improvement, particularly in terms of student motivation, reflection, and feedback. Therefore, strengthening scientific-based learning strategies, utilizing technology more effectively, and providing teacher training are essential to enhancing the effectiveness of Biology learning under the 2013 Curriculum
