Abstract

ABSTRAK-Salah satu parameter keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dinilai dari kemampuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh laba. Perusahaan menuntut agar pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dapat bekerja lebih efisien agar mampu bersaing dan mempertahankan eksistensi perusahaan. Persaingan yang semakin kuat di era globalisasi ini, membuat perusahaan harus bekerja lebih maksimal. Perusahaan membutuhkan suatu laporan dan analisa data dan angka sebagai patokan penilaian sebuah pencapaian perusahaan. Laporan penjualan berfungsi sebagai informasi apakah perusahaan  memperoleh keuntungan atau menderita kerugian dan seberapa besar pencapaian target yang dihasilkan. Dalam pembuat laporan penjualan dibutuhkan seorang staf administrasi yang mampu menangani dan mengelola laporan penjualan dengan baik, cepat dan akurat, untuk itu dibutuhkan ketelitian, kecermatan, dan kecepatan, agar laporan terselesaikan tepat waktu,  selain itu diperlukan juga kematangan dalam pembuatan laporan, agar data yang dilaporkan benar sesuai fakta di lapangan dan  setiap data yang dilaporkan dapat dipercaya dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Apa saja Peran Staf Administrasi Dalam Menangani Laporan Penjualan Pada PT. Sinar Perdana Adimulia Jakarta Barat? 2. Bagaimana cara menyusun laporan penjualan yang baik, cepat, akurat dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan? Kata Kunci : Laba, Efisien, Persaingan, Staf Administrasi, Penjualan ABSTRACT-One of the parameters of a company's success is judged by the company's ability to make a profit. The company demands that related parties can work more efficiently in order to be able to compete and maintain the company's existence. Competition is getting stronger in this era of globalization, making companies have to work more optimally. The company needs a report and analysis of data and numbers as a benchmark for assessing a company's achievements. Sales report serves as information whether the company made a profit or suffered a loss and how much the achievement of the resulting target. In making a sales report an administrative staff is needed who is able to handle and manage sales reports well, quickly and accurately, for that it takes accuracy, accuracy, and speed, so that the report is completed on time, besides that it also requires maturity in making reports, so that data reported correctly according to facts in the field and any data reported can be trusted and can be accounted for. The formulation of the problem in this paper is as follows: 1. What are the Roles of Administrative Staff in Handling Sales Reports at PT. Sinar Perdana Adimulia West Jakarta? 2. Abstract

ABSTRAKSumber Daya Manusia yang bekerja di perusahaan atau karyawan adalah salah satu unsur yang memiliki peranan strategis dalam menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas umum perkantoran. Untuk mewujudkan tuntutan tersebut diperlukan adanya karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi tinggi. Karyawan yang mengemban pelimpahan wewenang untuk membantu tugas dari pimpinan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kantor adalah seorang staf administrasi, yang berperan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan hidup sebuah organisasi, dikerenakan pekerjaan pimpinan tidak akan berjalan dengan lancar dan baik tanpa bantuan seorang tenaga administrasi. Laporan yang diberikan oleh staf administrasi untuk atasan tidak bertentangan dengan aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, dimana semua laporan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini menyangkut sumber yang didapatkan, serta proses yang dilakukan dan juga hasil yang dapatkan. Dengan adanya staf administrasi kantor pekerjaan akan lebih rapi dan teratur sesuai dengan tugas yang diperintahkan, sistem pencatatan dan dokumentasi tersimpan dengan baik dan apabila dibutuhkan akan mudah untuk dicari, perusahaan juga dapat dengan mudah mengikuti segala perkembangan perusahaan melalui laporan hasil pencatatan dan dokumentasi yang dicatat oleh staf administrasi.Kata kunci :Karyawan, Administrasi, Wewenang, Organisasi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu fungsi tenaga administrasi adalah melaksanakan fungsi dan tugas dalam pengelolaan surat menyurat. Surat merupakan suatu alat komunikasi tertulis yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan suatu maksud yang ditujukan kepada pihak lain. Meskipun pada saat ini surat sudah banyak ditinggalkan oleh sebagian masyarakat, tetapi surat masih memegang peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi atau instansi dengan pihak lain yang berkepentingan. Dalam kegiatan surat menyurat pada suatu organisasi atau instansi, surat dapat menunjang keberhasilan tujuan dalam kegiatan berorganisasi, maka dari itu penanganan dan pengelolaan surat yang baik, cepat, dan tepat dalam organisasi dapat dicapai secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penulisan  ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan surat menyurat pada Unit Perencanaan PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. Surat yang dikelola meliputi surat keluar dimulai dari tahapan pembuatan surat, pengarahan surat, persetujuan surat dan pengiriman surat, serta surat masuk dimulai dari penerimaan surat masuk, penyortiran surat, pembukaan dan pengeluaran surat dari sampul, pembacaan surat, penyampaian surat kepada pihak yang berkepentingan dan pengarsipan copy surat. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, survey lokasi kegiatan dan dokumentasi. Kata Kunci : Administrasi, Surat, Surat Masuk, Surat Keluar   THE ROLE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CORRESPONDENCE IN THE PLANNING UNIT OF PT JAYA REAL PROPERTY, TBK. ABSTRACT One of the functions of the administrative staff is to carry out the functions and duties in the management of correspondence. A letter is a written communication tool that aims to convey an intention addressed to another party. Even though at this time letters have been abandoned by some people, letters still play an important role in an organization or agency with other interested parties. In correspondence activities at an organization or agency, letters can support the success of goals in organizational activities, therefore the handling and management of good, fast, and precise letters in the organization can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to manage correspondence at the Planning Unit of PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. Managed letters include outgoing letters starting from the stages of making letters, directing letters, letter approval and sending letters, as well as incoming letters starting from receiving incoming letters, sorting letters, opening and issuing letters from envelopes, reading letters, delivering letters to interested parties and letter copy filing. Abstract

ABSTRAK  Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar baik dari segi produksi maupun dari segi pemasaran dan dari segi pasar konsumenpun juga berubah. Produsen selalu dituntut untuk berinovasi mengikuti tends pasar yang menjadi kesukaan konsumen.Dari segi pemasaran produk yang tadinya dilakukan dengan cara beriklan di televisi atau media cetak dengan biaya mahal sekarang pemasaran produk cukup melalui media internet atau menggunakan media sosial dengan biaya murah dan cepat. Dari segi pasar konsumenpun berubah yang tadinya belanja kita harus datang ke pasar atau toko-toko swalayan sekarang konsumen cukup dengan gedgetnya pilih situs-situs Online, pesan barang yang kita inginkan akan cepat kita dapatkan. Bisnis Online berkembag sangat pesat tanpa mengenal batas waktu dan tempat, jual beli melalui internet sebagai media penghubung dan website sebagai katalog pemasaran lebih praktis  dan efisien karena tidak mengharuskan pertemuan langsung antara penjual dengan pembeli, bahkan bisnis Online jangkauannya lebih luas bisa mencapai seluruh dunia, itulah yang membuat bisnis Online sangat diminati banyak orang, dilihat dari segi pelayanan, efektifitas, keamanan dan popularitas. Dengan adanya internet sebuah paradigma baru lahir dunia disibukkan oleh pengguna internet terutama oleh pelaku bisnis hal ini akan berdampak keuntungan bagi pelaku e-commerce dan e-bussines.Pengetahuan teknologi internet sangat berpengaruh terhadap asing yang diharapkan pengguna dalam bertransaksi melalui website, hasil yang diharapkan outcom expectation dapat  memperkirakan sebuah tingkah laku yang akan menghasilkan sesuatu. Namun dibalik fenomena Online Shop terdapat ancaman yang dapat marugikan pembeli dari harga yang bervaiasi bahkan lebih murah dengan harga yang ditawarkan oleh toko offline, dan hal ini bisa membuat toko offline sepi pembeli, hal ini juga yang akan membuat pasar tradisional kalah bersaing dengan Online Shop . Namun  bisnis  Online  juga  ada  kelebihan  dan  kekurangannya,  karena  transaksi   Online  rawan akan penyimpangan dan tindak penipuan. Terlepas dari kelebihan dan kekurangan tersebut bisnis Online semakin berkembang pesat tentu dengan segala resikonya, hal ini pula yang  berdampak pada pasar tradisional karena konsumen sebagian besar telah beralih berbelanja melalui Online Shop. Pemerintah atau pemangku kepentingan harus memperhatikan hal ini, misalkan membuat kebijakan atau payung hukum sehingga pelaku bisnis Online dan pasar tradisional mendapat jaminan dan kepastian hukum dari pemerintah. Persepsi Pedagang tradisional terhadap perkembangan perdagangan online bagaimana respon pedagang tradisional dalam menyikapi perkembangan pedagang online tersebut menjadi hal menarik untuk dikaji dan diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jual beli online terhadap pedagang online dan bagaimaa meresponnya melaui pendalaman data dari persepsi persepsi pedagang tradisional terhadap pedagang online dan respon pada pedagang tradisional. Tahapan penelitia meliputi memperolah data melalui wawancara baik tertulis maupun lisan dan pengamatan langsung kepada pedagang dan pembeli selanjutnya melakukan Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif secara induktif , mengkategorikan data, melakukan perhitungan statistik deskriptip untuk memperoleh gambaran karakteristik data sehingga dapat digunakan dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian mengungkapkan temuan yang menarik berdasarkan analisis data secara induktif serta karakteristik data dan menarik kesimpulan yang valid berdasarkan fakta Kata-kata Kunci: pasar tradisional, penjualan online, pedagang, pasar ciputat, pengaruh  PENGARUH JUAL BELI ONLINE TERHADAP PASAR TRADISIONAL  PEDAGANG PAKAIAN DAN TAS DI PASAR CIPUTAT) ABSTRACT  The development of information technology has brought major changes both in terms of production and in terms of marketing and in terms of the consumer market has also changed. Manufacturers are always required to innovate following market trends that are consumer preferences. In terms of product marketing, which was previously done by advertising on television or print media at high costs, now product marketing is enough through internet media or using social media at low and fast costs. In terms of the consumer market, it has changed. Previously, we had to shop at the market or supermarkets, now consumers just need to choose online sites, we will get the goods we want quickly.Online business is growing very rapidly without knowing time and place limits, buying and selling via the internet as a liaison medium and the website as a marketing catalog is more practical and efficient because it does not require direct meetings between sellers and buyers, even online business has a wider reach that can reach the whole world, that's why which makes online business very attractive to many people, in terms of service, effectiveness, security and popularity. With the internet, a new paradigm, the world is busy with internet users, especially business people, this will have an impact on profits for e-commerce and e-business actors. Knowledge of internet technology is very influential on foreign users who are expected by users to transact through the website, the expected results of outcome expectations can predict a behavior that will produce something. However, behind the Online Shop phenomenon, there is a threat that can harm buyers from prices that vary even cheaper with the prices offered by offline stores, and this can make offline stores empty of buyers, this will also make traditional markets unable to compete with Online Shops. However, online business also has advantages and disadvantages, because online transactions are prone to irregularities and fraud. Apart from these advantages and disadvantages, online business is growing rapidly of course with all the risks, this also has an impact on traditional markets because most consumers have switched to shopping through the Online Shop. The government or stakeholders must pay attention to this, for example making policies or legal umbrellas so that online businesses and traditional markets get guarantees and legal certainty from the government. The perception of traditional traders on the development of online trading, how the response of traditional traders in responding to the development of online traders is an interesting thing to study and research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of buying and selling online on online traders and how to respond to it through deepening data from the perceptions of traditional traders towards online traders and responses to traditional traders. The stages of the research include obtaining data through written and oral interviews and direct observation to traders and buyers. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan ketua rukun tetangga terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup dan motivasi ketua rukun tetangga terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup serta mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri RT 002/008,  Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel dalam sebuah populasi. sampel penelitian sebanyak 67  orang dari total populasi 204 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan strartified random sampling berdasarkan demografi responden. Demografi responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pernikahan, pekerjaan, penghasilan bulanan, dan status kependudukan. Faktor-faktor demografi tersebut dipandang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup  yang menjadi topik penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Fhitung adalah 1014, 529 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Pengujian dengan membandingkan sig = 0,000 < a = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak, demikian juga pengujian melalui perbandingan nilai Fhitung = 1014,529 > Ftabel = 3,140, juga menolak H0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan dan motivasi ketua rukun tetangga (RT) terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Hasil ini juga menunjukkan bahwa model regresi telah sesuai untuk menjelaskan variable kualitas lingkungan hidup.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, motivasi, ketua rukun tetangga, kualitas lingkungan hidup ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the leadership of the heads of the neighborhood associations on improving the quality of the environment and the motivation of the leaders of the neighborhood associations on improving the quality of the environment and to determine the effect of leadership and motivation simultaneously on improving the quality of the environment at Griya Bunga Asri Housing RT 002/008, Gunung District Sindur, Bogor. This study make us of quantitative methods to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The research sample was 67 out of a total population of 204. Samples were drawn using stratified random sampling techniques based on the demographic data of the respondents.. The demographics of the respondents in this study included age, gender, education level, marital status, employment, monthly income, and residence status. These demographic factors are seen as influencing the quality of the environment which is the topic of this research. The results showed that the Fcount value was 1014.529 with a significance of 0.000. Tests by comparing sig = 0.000 <a = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, as well as testing through a comparison of F count = 1014.529 > Ftable = 3.140, also rejects H0. Based on the results of these tests, it can be concluded that together there is a significant influence of the leadership and motivation of the heads of the neighborhood associations (RT) on improving the quality of the environment. These results also indicate that the regression model is appropriate to explain the environmental quality variable.Keywords: leadership, motivation, heads of neighborhood associations, environmental                   quality

Abstract

Modul Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di satuan PAUD disusun sebagai panduan pelaksanaan P5 dengan tujuan untuk memperkuat upaya pencapaian profil pelajar pancasila melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Kegiatan pendampingan dilatar belakangi oleh kurang fahamnya pendidik PAUD mengenai Kurikulum merdeka, modul projek PAUD,  pengembangan tema, alur kegiatan dan asesmen pembelajaran. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah satuan PAUD yang tergabung dalam Pusat Kegiatan Gugus PAUD di Kecamatan kramatwatu, Serang – Banten. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis, focus group discussion (FGD). Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah modul projek PAUD.kegiatan ini juga berdampak pada pemahaman pendidik PAUD terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka, langkah-langkah dan teknik penyusunan modul projek PAUD.

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the pressing need for universities to align with Learning Process Standards, which mandate the development of teaching materials grounded in research findings. Such materials are crucial for nurturing highly skilled and competent graduates in various fields. Specifically, the creation of STEM-based E-Modules in freshwater fisheries courses is vital for equipping biology students with 21st-century skills. These skills are essential for applying scientific knowledge to real-life scenarios and for generating societal benefits through innovative products. The research method used is Research and Development design, using the PPE model, namely Planning, Production, and Evaluation. Data collection using expert team validation sheets and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis uses Miles and Hubermann analysis to analyze expert validation data. The results of validation by validators in the STEM-based freshwater fisheries E-Module include assessment results from media experts showing assessment results of 83% (very feasible) and assessment results from STEM content experts of 81% (very feasible). The results of the questionnaire by lecturers showed an average score of 83% (practical) and the results of questionnaires by students show an average score of 80% (practical).  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the developed STEM-Based E-Modules on Freshwater Fisheries can facilitate students to practice 21st century skills.

Abstract

The E-Assessment is designed by lecturers as an evaluation instrument for prospective teachers conducting mini-research to support 21st-century skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE research design. The research sample consists of 50 students enrolled in the Biology Education FKIP Universitas Kuningan. Data collection was conducted through observations to identify problems and assessment needs, questionnaires for expert validation, and feedback from lecturers as users.The E-Assessment was developed using Microsoft Excel and iSpring Suite Maker, featuring a mini-research task on Endocrinology learning, a rubric for assessing 21st-century skills indicators, and cognitive questions. The results of media expert validation indicated that the product is highly feasible (89%), evaluation experts rated it as very feasible (91%), and subject matter experts rated it as very feasible (88%). Based on lecturer responses, the product is practical and effective for use (81%), while the achievement of 21st-century skills using the developed E-Assessment is 87.54%. This indicates an improvement in the 21st-century skills of students through mini-research assessed using the developed E-Assessment. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed product can serve as an alternative digital-based authentic assessment that lecturers can use to evaluate students' 21st-century skills.

Abstract

This study aims to design a tailored Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the pindang business in Babat Village, Tangerang, to support the blue economy framework. A qualitative approach was employed, including field surveys, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and SWOT analysis. The findings highlight strengths such as a loyal local customer base and traditional expertise, as well as opportunities to expand into modern retail and export markets. However, weaknesses like limited product diversification and threats such as fluctuating fish supplies were also identified.
