Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of tourism promotion activities in an effort to increase the number of tourists in a tourist destination. The Muaro Jambi Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office certainly has the right marketing communication strategy to attract visitors. This research aims to find out how the marketing communication strategy is carried out by the Muaro Jambi Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach, data sources were obtained through observation, documentation and interviews with informants from the Muaro Jambi Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office, namely the Head of the Tourism Division, the Head of the Tourism Destination Section, and the Head of the Tourism Marketing Section. The data collection technique in this research uses observation or direct observation. The findings from this research are the marketing communication strategy activities carried out by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Department in promoting Muaro Jambi Temple by utilizing social media, mass media, print media such as newspapers, local television media, word of mouth promotions and through temple festivals held every year.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan banyak dampak bagi manusia salah satunya adalah pada proses pemasaran. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi digital, dampak paling besar yang dapat dirasakan adalah pada proses komunikasi pemasaran dalam dunia bisnis yang ditandai dengan munculnya perangkat elektronik yang memfasilitasi proses pemasaran ini. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Sociolla, dalam hal penerapan komunikasi pemasaran digital melalui berbagai alat komunikasi pemasaran seperti media sosial dan lain sebagainya, selain itu Sociolla juga mengembangkan aplikasi belanja produk beauty dan skincare dengan nama SOCO by Sociolla. Sociolla adalah e-commerce terbesar di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang kecantikan dan perawatan tubuh yang berdiri sejak tahun 2015. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran digital, dan pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada pengguna aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data dimana populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di Depok dan aktif menggunakan aplikasi SOCO by Sociolla untuk membeli produk skincare. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh Sociolla dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi SOCO memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Bank UOB Indonesia dalam mempromosikan produk Trade Finance. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pengamatan secara langsung, dokumentasi, serta wawancara mendalam dengan sebelas orang informan dan tiga orang key informan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data berupa: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menggunakan teori analisis SOSTAC. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Bank UOB Indonesia melakukan strategi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dengan melakukan proses strategi berupa: periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan pribadi, dan hubungan masyarkat & publisitas. Dengan adanya proses strategi yang dilakukan selama ini telah banyak membantu dalam penjualan produk Trade Finance di Bank UOB Indonesia.

Abstract

Program merdeka belajar merupakan salah satu kemajuan dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji tentang gaya komunikasi serta kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam optimalisasi dari pelaksanan program merdeka belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka atau study literature terhadap buku, artikel jurnal, dan dokumen penelitian lainnya. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pola komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan untuk membantu dalam memaksimalkan pelaksanaan dari program merdeka belajar. Dalam gaya kepemimpin, maka dapat menerapkan kepemimpinan tranformasional, lalu kepemimpinan demokratis dan manajerial, serta kepemimpinan partisipatif. Sedangkan untuk pola komunikasi, maka dapat menerapkan pola komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi antar pribadi, dan juga komunikasi administratif. Masing-masing dari gaya kepemimpinan dan pola komunikasi ini dapat diterapkan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dari sumber daya manusia yang ada di Lembaga pendidikan masing-masing.

Abstract

Adanya pemahaman mengenai dengan adanya perbedaan budaya maka hal tersebut akan mudah menghadirkan persoalan Dimana hal tersebut harus diminimalisir dengan saling menghargai keragaman budaya yanag ada di dunia. Karna itu, penelitian ini diarahkan untuk memahami pola komunikasi antarbudaya dalam membangun harmonisasi hubungan di antara santri putri pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah, Jambi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dalam memudahkan proses menganalisis data serta memahami fenomena-fenomena yang ada dari perspektif partisipan yang diajak untuk wawancara, diobservasi serta diminta untuk memberikan data pendapat pemikiran serta persepsinya. Pola komunikasi yang digunakan oleh santri putri ialah komunikasi intrapribadi, yaitu komunikasi dengan diri sendiri, Dimana hal tersebut terjadi melalui proses berfikir yang dilakukan individu sebelum menyampaikan pesan komunikasi. Komunikasi antarpribadi juga dilakukan di saat situasi seperti ingin bercerita kepada teman dekat atau curhat, serta komunikasi kelompok, biasa terjadi saat ekstrakulikuler yang diikuti oleh Sebagian santri. Kemudian adanya perbedaan budaya maka menyebabkan komunikasi yang ada di antar santri putri pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah jambi tidak berjalan dengan baik. Beberapa santri putri megalami culture shock dengan adanya perbedaan budaya terutama dalam segi Bahasa, intonasi, bahkan perbedaan budaya dalam menjalankan kehidupan sahari-hari, hal tersebut biasa dialami oleh santri putri yang berasal dari luar kota Jambi bahkan luar pulau Sumatra. Dengan adanya perbedaan tersebut cara santri putri untuk mencapai hubungan yang harmonis iala dengan menumbuhkan sikap saling terbuka satu sama lain, serta meningkatkan sikap saling menghormati budaya individu lain, dengan cara intens melakukan komunikasi agar lebih banyak mengerti satu sama lain.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Indonesian National Police’s (Polri) digital services in Depok City, focusing on information dissemination, implementation challenges, and public perceptions. Using a qualitative case study approach with interviews, observations, and documentation, the findings reveal that Polri's digital services have improved communication, accelerated information delivery, and simplified administrative access. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among some groups, insufficient personnel skills, and poor system integration. While public perception is generally positive especially among younger users elderly and marginalized communities still face access barriers. The study concludes that although Polri’s digital transformation shows promise, further improvements in infrastructure, human resources, and inclusive outreach are needed to ensure equitable and effective public service.

Abstract

It is recognized that the press in Indonesia has not entirely implemented a professional and responsible press quality in reporting. This should be watched out for, considering that not all Indonesians have adequate education and intelligence levels. In this study, using the document analysis method and in-depth interviews, it was found that the press was allowed to run without control and responsibility, so this could potentially become a medium of agitation that could affect the psychology of the uneducated community, which, in fact, is greater in number than the educated community. Therefore, this study suggests that press freedom needs to be limited, at least through legal means and legislation. So that the news carried out by the press can become responsible and accountable press reporting. The first use of press freedom was in England 316 years ago. This use is a development of the concept of freedom of speech, which has its roots in Greece since the glorious days of the Romans and Greeks. Indonesia today is said to be practicing responsible press freedom. In terms of philosophy, the Indonesian press is not a responsible press freedom because the press is very free beyond freedom itself. To achieve responsible freedom of the press, several elements or other powers in society need to be given wider independence. The trick is to strengthen the four elements of the branch of power, namely the legislature (the people), the executive, the judiciary, and the press. On the other hand, the executive power, the legislative power that is the most powerful in the country today, needs to be balanced according to its function and should be limited or reduced, in line with the limited government principle, so that the system of mutual control, balance and does not bring down each other contained in the Constitution. And Pancasila becomes more meaningful. Empowering the elements of power based on the Pancasila ideology above will make Indonesia more open, the press more independent, and the freedom to have a wider voice. Its implementation involves and refers to the need for a press law by responding to the needs of the government, society, and the press itself; realize a social contract regarding the freedom of the press which is responsible between the government, the press, and the public; create a code of ethics for the press. Ideally, the idea of responsible press freedom should be implemented in Indonesia today. This idea will not weaken the government; on the contrary, it will strengthen democracy in this country.

Abstract

Background. The Increasing the Use of Domestic Products (P3DN) Program is one of the government's strategic efforts to encourage national economic growth through increasing the absorption of local products. Banten Province as one of the strategic areas in Indonesia has great potential in the development of domestic products, both from the industrial, MSME, and agricultural sectors. Aims. This article aims to analyze the implementation of the P3DN program in Banten Province, the challenges faced, and formulate optimization strategies that can be carried out by local governments and related stakeholders. Method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods, document analysis, and limited interviews with MSME actors, local government officials, and industrial estate managers in Banten Province Conclusion. The P3DN program in Banten Province has great potential to be optimized given the abundant industrial and MSME resources. Through a collaborative approach, increased socialization, and facilitation of TKDN certification and local e-catalogs, the implementation of P3DN can run more effectively. Implementation. Local governments need to take an active role as a catalyst for strengthening domestic products to have a positive impact on regional economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principal's communication process, how the principal builds communication, factors that hinder the principal's communication in building quality schools, and factors that facilitate the principal's communication involvement in building quality schools. The method used by the research team in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. In addition, the data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation. The results of this study are: (a) communication procedures used by the manager of SMP 2 Muara Tiga, namely face-to-face communication; (b) how the principal establishes communication through the use of verbal messages in the form of oral and written messages and nonverbal messages in the form of actions; (c) factors inhibiting Principal communication in building quality schools at SMP 2 Muara Tiga, namely human resources; and (d) supporting factors for principal communication in building quality schools at SMP 2 Muara Tiga include: (1) openness of the principal; (2) a sense of family; (3) socialization of the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

We know that the role of human resource management greatly influences an organization. According to Psondang (2022) that an organization is an association consisting of two or more people. We often encounter organizations in the political, business, professional, and social fields. Not only found in these fields but also in the field of education. Like the organizations that exist in agencies, it really helps students in honing their skills and also their critical thinking. The organization was formed in order to achieve the goals of each team. This study will focus on strategies for managing human resources in organizations. The results of the analysis show that strategies can have a good impact on teams in organizations. As for strategies in managing human resources in an organization such as the ability to understand and interpret the wishes of superiors, have creative thinking, and have a broad outlook, this can improve the company itself. This research method uses a description method through published journals. Easy to manage in the corporate world, a sufficient level of team members is needed, with this the company can also work together with other companies.
