Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Tri Jaya Teknik Karawang to analyze the constraints in making trial part action bracket support using SPHC T=3.2 material.  This research is important because the trial part process is a crucial stage in ensuring production efficiency and product quality before entering the mass production stage, this research can reveal the root causes of defects, determine the main risk factors, and provide effective improvement recommendations. By applying the FMEA method, companies can reduce product defect rates, improve production efficiency, and optimize the use of resources. The Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method and fishbone diagram are used to identify failures, causes, and determine the highest failure value. This research plays a role in improving production efficiency by reducing the number of defective products that can cause waste of cost and time. The results show that the failures that have the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value are thread damage and off-center hole position with an RPN value of 180. Fishbone diagrams identify the main factors causing failures which include tapping, drilling, bending, and operators. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-LKPD berbasis model CLIS terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis pada bahasan momentum dan impuls. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian posttest only control design. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh kelas X IPA di SMAN 2 Ciamis dengan jumlah siswa 250 orang sebanyak 7 kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling sebanyak 2 kelas, yaitu kelas X IPA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol, dengan rincian masing-masing kelas berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah tes yang berbentuk soal uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat (uji normalitas, uji homogenitas), dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji hipotesis pada taraf signifikansi (? = 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh thitung(7,86) > ttabel(1,67) sehingga Ha diterima. Ini berarti ada pengaruh E-LKPD berbasis model Children Learning In Science terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis pada pokok bahasan momentum dan impuls di kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 2 Ciamis tahun ajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi lingkungan ramah anak di SD IT Raissalam. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi langsung dilapangan. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa SD IT Raissalam telah menerapkan berbagai indikator sekolah ramah anak, seperti tersedianya fasilitas yang memadai (tempat sampah setiap kelas, kipas angin, dan loker pribadi), serta adanya program harian seperti makan siang bersama, tidur siang, dan sholat berjamaah. Selain itu, tidak adanya kantin menjadi bentuk pengendalian konsumsi makanan anak agar tetap sehat dan aman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SD IT Raissalam telah menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung kenyamanan, kesehatan, dan pembentukkan karakter anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi 3D printing dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendesain dan mencetak implan pra-operasi dengan keunggulan geometri yang baik. Pada kasus kerusakan tengkorak kepala, dokter ahli bedah mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan operasi agar tidak terjadinya komplikasi. Sehingga dibutuhkan prosedur bedah cranioplasty untuk mengembalikan bentuk dan fungsi tengkorak yang rusak. Dalam kegiatan ini, dokter ahli bedah memerlukan rekonstruksi tulang kepala sebagai acuan pencetakan implan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu dokter ahli bedah dalam mendesain implan yang sesuai dengan anatomi kepala sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan tengkorak kepala. Metode yang digunakan adalah medical reverse engineering yang meliputi tahapan memasukkan data DICOM CT-Scan kepala pasien, melakukan proses segmentasi data DICOM, pengolahan dan perbaikan gambar 3D, merekonstruksi fraktur tulang, slicing, pencetakan 3D printing, silicon molding, fitting mold, dan pencetakan implan menggunakan bone cement. Berdasarkan evaluasi terhadap hasil cetak implan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencetakan implan mendapatkan hasil yang presisi sesuai dengan defek tulang kepala pasien. Dengan demikian, dokter ahli bedah dapat memanfaatkan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan tengkorak kepala.

Abstract

Cosmetics are a tool of women's beauty. Skincare Cream is one of the cosmetics that changes the appearance to confidence. Trade through E-commerce is a form of technological and information advancement, but it is abused by unlicensed skincare cream traders. This study aims to find out about the skincare trade without a distribution permit and consumer protection in terms of supervision and enforcement of skincare by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency which is sold through e-commerce. The method used is normative juridical which focuses on applicable positive legal norms, legal doctrines, and other legal literature. The results of the study show that based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection through the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency, several preventive measures have been taken to protect the public from skincare creams without a distribution permit through e-commerce through premarket and post -market. In handling the mushrooming skincare trade, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency will also test its safety, efficacy, and quality and collaborate with the police and government agencies to conduct cyber patrols.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study at SMA Negeri 2 Garut it is known that students' activeness is still lacking and students' critical thinking skills are classified as low. In addition, limited laboratory space makes learning less than optimal because it rarely does practicum. One effort that can be done to overcome this problem is to apply the ROPES learning model. Laboratory space limitations can be overcome by practicing crocodile physics. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ROPES learning model assisted by crocodile physics on students' critical thinking skills in mechanical wave material in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Garut in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group research design. Instrument of students' critical thinking skills is carried out by giving tests in the form of essays with each question consisting of one indicator of critical thinking. The results of t-test at the significance level (α=0,05) show that tcount>ttable which means H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that the ROPES learning model assisted by crocodile physics has a significant effect on critical thinking skills in mechanical wave material.

Abstract

Seaweed or algae is macro algae whose habitat is in sea water and several types in brackish water. There are several seaweed cultivation techniques, one of which is the off-bottom technique. The off-bottom technique with different levels of cultivation facilities where seaweed seeds are placed has never been carried out by aquaculturis in the Bintan Island area, Riau Islands (Kepri). The aim of the research was to determine the speed of increase in weight of seaweed grown in cultivation facilities with different numbers of levels using the off-bottom technique. The research will be carried out in September-October 2022 on the sea coast of Tembeling Village, Bintan Regency. The experiment was carried out with three treatments and each was repeated 3 times in a completely randomized design. The treatments consisted of 1 level (K), 2 levels (A) and 3 levels (B) cultivation facilities. The Anova results showed that the weight gain of the seaweed test was significantly different between the three treatments (p<0.05). The best results in the 3 level cultivation facility treatment (B) were 11.04±0.73 g, but the survival and daily growth rates were not significantly different (p>0.05). Abstract

Pada industri manufaktur, proses permesinan membutuhkan waktu yang cepat dan produk berkualitas tinggi. Mesin bubut CNC (Computer Numerical Control) digunakan untuk mencapai produksi skala besar. Mesin CNC memiliki banyak keunggulan, termasuk proses pemesinan modern yang menghasilkan kualitas yang baik dan dimensi yang presisi, serta pemotongan dan penyayatan bagian-bagian dengan menggunakan pahat insert. Kualitas hasil pemesinan yang baik, seperti hasil kekasaran permukaan, diperlukan untuk produksi volume tinggi. Kedalaman pemakanan adalah komponen penyebab kekasaran permukaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan variasi pahat sisipan karbida Tipe D, Tipe T dan Tipe V pada kedalaman pemakanan 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm dan 1 mm terhadap kekasaran permukaan yang dihasilkan dan kekuatan tariknya. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui kekasaran permukaan terendah terdapat pada proses pembubutan pahat sisipan karbida tipe D dengan kedalaman pemakanan 0,5 mm yaitu sebesar 2,590 µm, tegangan tariknya memperoleh hasil sebesar 796,27 MPa dan kekasaran permukaan tertinggi ada pada proses pembubutan pahat insert tipe V dengan kedalaman pemakanan 1 mm yaitu sebesar 11,252 µm, tegangan tariknya memperoleh hasil sebesar 702,29 MPa. Kualitas permukaan suatu bagian dipengaruhi oleh kedalaman pemakanan, permukaan yang kasar menyebabkan kekuatan tarik yang rendah dan permukaan yang halus menyebabkan kekuatan tarik yang tinggi.

Abstract

The science learning at MTs N 2 Ciamis still uses separate teaching materials, where religious education focuses on religious topics, while science is limited to scientific material without integrating Islamic values. The lack of learning resources that combine both aspects causes difficulties for teachers in designing lessons that link religious and scientific aspects. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the need for an IPA module integrated with Quranic verses on environmental pollution. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with 20 students from class VIII-F Science at MTs Negeri 2 Ciamis in the 2024/2025 academic year, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 10 statements across 3 indicators. The results of the study show that all indicators were rated positively: 1) students' views on environmental pollution material reached 81%, categorized as good; 2) students' views on the connection between science material and Quranic verses were also good, at 80%; and 3) students' views on the need for an IPA learning module reached 85%, categorized as good. The conclusion of this study is that students need a learning module integrated with Quranic verses because this integrated learning approach is considered to make the learning process more relevant, effective, and meaningful. Integrating Quranic verses into science learning can create a deeper and more effective learning experience, especially on the topic of environmental pollution. This approach helps students understand concepts holistically, encompassing both scientific and spiritual aspects. ABSTRAKPembelajaran IPA di MTs N 2 Ciamis masih menggunakan bahan ajar terpisah, dimana mata pelajaran agama fokus pada topik keagamaan, sedangkan IPA terbatas pada materi sains tanpa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam. Keterbatasan sumber belajar yang menggabungkan keduanya menyebabkan kesulitan bagi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang menghubungkan aspek keagamaan dan ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap kebutuhan modul IPA terintegrasi ayat Al-Qur'an pada pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 20 siswa kelas VIII-F Sains di MTs Negeri 2 Ciamis tahun ajaran 2024/2025, yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian angket yang berisi 10 pernyataan dalam 3 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik pada semua indikator, yaitu: 1) pandangan siswa terhadap materi pencemaran lingkungan sebesar 81% sehingga berkategori baik, 2) pandangan siswa terhadap keterkaitan materi IPA dengan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an juga baik yaitu sebesar 80%, dan 3) pandangan siswa terhadap kebutuhan modul pembelajaran IPA sebesar 85% berkategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah siswa membutuhkan modul pembelajaran yang terintegrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, karena pembelajaran yang terintegrasi ini dinilai mampu membuat proses belajar lebih relevan, efektif, dan bermakna. Pengintegrasian ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam dan efektif, khususnya pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Pendekatan ini memudahkan siswa untuk memahami konsep secara holistik, yang meliputi aspek ilmiah dan spiritual.

Abstract

Based on the results of a preliminary study at SMA Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti, it is known that students' cognitive learning outcomes are still classified as poor, one of which is the kinetic gas theory material which still has not reached the minimum completeness criteria, namely 70, because the learning method still uses the lecture method. Apart from that, the lack of innovation in the use of models in physics learning causes physics learning to become less interesting for students so that cognitive learning outcomes need to be improved. One of the solutions taken by researchers to overcome this problem is to apply the Orientation, Analysis, Synthesis, Investigation, Synergy (OASIS) learning model. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the OASIS learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in class XI gas kinetic theory material at SMA Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti. The research method used is quasi experimental design because this research is educational research with the object used being humans. The research design applied is nonequivalent control group design, where the two classes of research samples will undergo tests before and after being given treatment. The population in this research is all 7 classes of class To measure cognitive learning outcomes (C1, C2, C3), students were tested before treatment (pretest) and after being given treatment (posttest) in the form of a description of 6 questions on the main material of the kinetic theory of gases. The data analysis technique that will be used is the prerequisite test including the normality test and homogeneity test, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level  showing that  (4.06>1.67) which means  is accepted and  is rejected, so it can be concluded that the OASIS learning model has an effect on students' cognitive learning outcomes in gas kinetic theory material.
