Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Menjamurnya UMKM yang menjual produk makanan di daerah Banyuwangi. Hal ini membuat para pebisnis berlomba berinovasi memberikan yang terbaik kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial dan simultan.Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Citra Snack Rogojampi. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari citra snack. Pengelolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. harga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. citra merek memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumen. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar mengembangkan penelitian dengan memilih variabel bebas lainnya.

Abstract

Pada berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir reflektif siswa sekolah dasar, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), masih berada pada tingkat yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) yang berdiferensiasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir reflektif siswa kelas IV di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan dilakukan di SD Hang Tuah 10 Juanda dengan melibatkan 49 siswa dari dua kelas, IV A dan IV C. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes gaya belajar, lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD), pretest, posttest, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji T dan N-Gain. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan model PBL dengan pendekatan yang berdiferensiasi mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses belajar. Model ini mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi lebih aktif dan interaktif, serta meningkatkan antusiasme dan motivasi mereka dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir reflektif siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital transaction medium among street vendors in West Jakarta. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with four street vendors in one area in West Jakarta, this study explores the reasons for adoption, benefits, challenges, and impact of QRIS on turnover and customer trust. The results show that QRIS was adopted to cater to urban customers' preference for cashless payments, improve transaction efficiency, security, and financial record keeping, and attract more customers. However, merchants face constraints such as internet connection interruptions, fraud risks, QR Code validity period, and administrative costs. QRIS knowledge is gained from informal sources, with minimal formal training. Customers responded positively, although some older customers still preferred cash. QRIS increases turnover and customer trust, while merchants expect a more secure system, stable internet, lower administration costs, and more training.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Street Bar Coffee, a local coffee shop in Jember. The purchasing decision is understood as the culmination of a rational consideration process involving consumers' perceptions of product quality and price fairness. Products perceived to possess high quality and reasonable pricing are more likely to create customer satisfaction, which ultimately influences their decision to purchase. A quantitative research method was employed to obtain objective, valid, and measurable data. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires to respondents who had previously purchased products from Street Bar Coffee. The data were then analyzed using statistical tools to determine the relationship and influence between the independent variables—product quality and price—and the dependent variable, which is the purchasing decision. The findings show that both product quality and price have a significant and positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Consumers tend to make purchase decisions when they perceive that the value offered by the product is proportional to the cost they are required to pay. Among the target market—primarily teenagers and young adults—perceived value is a key factor influencing loyalty and repeat purchases. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on a local MSME, which has received relatively little academic attention compared to larger coffee shop chains. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the strategic importance of aligning product quality with appropriate pricing to build and maintain customer trust. These findings can serve as a practical reference for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in developing marketing strategies that are responsive to local consumer needs, thus supporting long-term business sustainability and competitiveness in regional markets.

Abstract

Fertilizer is a material that is given to the soil or plants to meet the nutritional needs of the plant. Fertilization needs to be carried out rationally according to the needs of the plant. In the supply of fertilizers, farmers have difficulty in determining the best fertilizer for their plants, making it difficult to choose which fertilizers are good for their plants. In determining the best fertilizer, the decision support system (DSS) can be used as an alternative to help someone make decisions more effectively and efficiently by utilizing certain data and models. To solve the existing problems, it is necessary to conduct research in decision making using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) and Weight Product (WP) Methods which can produce decisions based on the best fertilizer criteria that will be purchased by customers. The Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method is one of the simplest and easiest methods to understand its application, this method is also part of the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) method in evaluating the value of each alternative. The Weight Product (WP) method is a method using multiplication to relate the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be ranked with the attribute weight in question. From the results of the implementation of this system, it can be concluded that using the Weighted Sum Model and Weight Product method can help customers in the decision-making process for choosing the best fertilizer to use on their plants.

Abstract

In the increasingly digital era, the use of digital media has become an efficient tool for providing health information to the public. Canva is a design application that offers various services such as presentations, resumes, posters, pamphlets, brochures, graphics, infographics, banners, bookmarks, bulletins, and more. Integrated health service post (Posyandu) officers and young people use Canva to help create engaging and easy-to-understand health promotion materials for dissemination to the community in the Mawar Citeurep Posyandu area. By using Canva to create visually appealing designs, it is hoped that this will improve public health.
