Abstract

Subsystem primary produce is activity of related to use medium and produce paddy. The purpose of this study to analyze farming primary produce of paddy in Kemuning Muda village, with consideration Kemuning Muda village owning wide of farm and the highest of paddy production. This study of during executed three months. Started on December 2014 until April 2015. The analysis used farming analysis R/C and B/C ratio, and descriptive analysis. The result of research showed that average of production total cost every Ha is  Rp.9.848.279,51. The average gross income of farming paddy every Ha is  Rp.20.059.134,64, while the average net income every Ha is Rp.10.210.605,13. Based on the result of research R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of the average total cost, value of R/C and B/C ratio is 1,08. It means every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.108,00. The value R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of variable cost is 1,61. It showed every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.1,61. The value R/C and B/C ratio showed on the basis average total cost and average variable cost to farming in Kemuning Muda village that are profit and profitable. Abstract

the purpose of this study: 1) find out the pineapple cultivation techniques in Kualu Nenas Village, 2) analyze the income of farmers in Kualu Nenas Village. Research in Kualu Nenas Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Analysis of the data used is income analysis. The results showed that the production costs of pineapple farming in Kualu Nenas Village consisted of fixed costs and variable costs. The fixed cost of pineapple farming is Rp. 14,203,550.53 / year and variable costs are Rp. 21,316,493.33 / year. The total cost of producing pineapple farming is Rp. 14,203,550.53 / year with pineapple production of 41,356 and pineapple prices of Rp. 2,199 / piece. The average receipt of pineapple business in Kulau Nenas Village is Rp. 91,705,795.20 / year with a net income of Rp. 56,185,751.33 / yearKeywords: Pineapple Farmers, Revenue, Farm Efficiency

Abstract

This research aim is to know and analyze: 1. The channel, margin of rubber marketing and rubber marketing efficiency. 2. The correlation between the price of rubber from factory and the price of rubber in farmer level. 3. The influence of rubber price changing of factory to farmer level at Jake Village of Kuantan Tengah District of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method is used of survey method. The sampling method is purposive sampling of 46 farmer that have plantation age between 15-25 years. The second sampling of merchant is using snowball sampling method that come to marketing channel. The research results shows that in Jake Village of Kuantan Tengah District of Kuantan Singingi Regency have one rubber marketing chanel. That is farmer to collector merchant to factory. The lowest price in farmer level is Rp.6.660/kg. The highest price level is Rp. 9.950/kg. The lowest price of factory is Rp. 7.688/kg. The highest price level of factory is Rp. 11.115/kg. The average price level of the farmer level on period April 2013 up to Maret 2014 is Rp. 8.599,42 the average price level on factory is Rp. 9.835,67. The margin level of marketing channel between the price in farmer level and factory is Rp. 1.236,25, marketing eficiency is 6,12%. Correlation value between the price in farmer level and factory level is 0,97%. Value of the elasticity of price transmission between the price received from farmers and the price of bokar by factory was 0,97%. Keywords : Marketing, Margins, Price Transmission, Elasticity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the adoption innovation and to know the level of adoption innovation of palm farmer for the Integration Systems of Palm Oil Cattle Programs (SISKA) in Kampar. The data collection method using survey methods. The population in this study were farmers who applied SISKA’s program and farmers who no longer apply SISKA’s program. The samples of this technique are 31 persons, including respondents who applied and had not apply SISKA’s program. Analysis data used descriptive method. Variable characteristics of farmers and adoption of innovation analyzed using Likert Scale. The results showed that the Innovation Adoption Program (SISKA) by knowledge stages in average category, persuasion stage in average category, decision stage divided into two parts, the decision adopting included in low category, decision not to adopting included in average category. Implementation stage classified in very low category and at the confirmation stage in very low category. The level of innovation adoption by the farmers against SISKA program in Kampar obtained with low category.     Keywords: Adoption, Innovation, Integration, Farmers

Abstract

This reaserch aimed to know level of importance of belief, evaluation,normative belief, motivation attitude and behavior of farmers for saving productsPT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Unit Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pasar BaganBatu. Source of data was primary data from interview with respondents usingaccidental sampling. The data was analysis by fishbein model show consumer'sattitude to certain object and to know consumer's decision making process. Thisfishbein model explain of belief and evaluation of atribut PT. Bank DanamonIndonesia Tbk, Unit Danamon Simpan Pinjam Pasar Bagan Batu used includedinterest rates, promotion, gifts, location, friendliness of employees, savingadministration of processes, service employees and government guarantees.The dominant atribut was fill up by consumer's in belief is promotion andevaluation is interest rates. The result showed that absolute behaviour (AB) scored13.79, subjective normative (SN) scored 0.57 and behaviour intention (BI) scored532.62. The positive value of BI (>0) indicated that behaviour intention to savingproducts PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Unit Danamon Simpan Pinjam PasarBagan Batu is good. The most important variable of belief is promotion, andvariable of evaluation is interest rates. Abstract

Self-help pattern is the pattern of cocoa plantation done by the farmers where the business capital is purely from the farmers or the community themselves without the help of other parties. This research focuses on cocoa plantation in Talontam Village, where to know the cocoa farming pattern that is not yet known whether the farming can increase the income of farmers in Benai.DataSubdistrict used in this research is primary data and secondary data. This research technique used is purposive sampling. Stages of data analysis in this study include (1) Income Analysis of Cocoa Farmers Self-Supporting Patterns that calculate (farm costs, gross income, net income, and family income). (2) Analysis of the efficiency of cocoa farming self-help pattern. The results of the study with the average land area of cocoa self-help pattern with the average of 0.17 Ha cocoa area with net income (Rp.3.622.835,85 / lg / th) then cocoa farming is also feasible and efficient where the value of Return Cost Ratio ≥ 1 based on arable land 2.3. Keywords :cocoa, farming,income,self-help pattern

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine the amount of production costs, the added value and income of the entrepreneur crispy chips tempe Bu Siti  in Buluh Rampai village, Seberida district Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research was conducted from April 2014 until July 2014. The data collection technique was case method to agroindustry entrepreneur of crispy chips Bu Siti in Buluh Rampai village. The analysis scopes of this research were costs, revenue, and added value analysis. The results of this research showed that at Mei 2014 the total cost crispy chips tempe was Rp. 27.544.183. Revenue to entrepreneur was Rp.36.064.161,50 and profit to entrepreneur was Rp.8.519.978,17. Profitability value meant that crispy chips tempe was a profitable industry because the value of profitability 1,31 Ratio of R/C value meant that every Rp.1,00 costs in the production process of crispy chips tempe will provide Rp.1,31 income. Abstract

The research goal is to identify marketing channels, marketing margin and marketing efficiency. This research was conducted in the village of Kuok Kuok District of Kampar regency. The method used in the study using survey methods, sampling purposive sampling. The sample consisted of a sponge cake agroindustry entrepreneurs and 30 customers sponge cake. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Agroindustry research results sponge cake has a marketing channel of entrepreneurs to consumer marketing channel efficiency Rated sponge cake made at home by 8.06% more efficient than the efficiency of marketing channels is done in the market Bangkinang by 15.56%, due to marketing channels in Bangkinang market while the cost of transportation for marketing in the home does not use transport. Value marketing channel efficiency sponge cake made in the market Air Tiris by 13.23% more efficiency than do marketing channels in the market Bangkinang by 15.56%, due to marketing in Bangkinang done every 5 days a week so that the transport is greater than transport to Air Tiris that marketing is done every once a week. The value of marketing efficiency in marketing channels carried in Rumbio market is 13.66% larger than marketing channels Air Tiris performed in the market, namely 13.23%, because many employers bring cakes to Air Tiris market.   Keyword: Marketing, Channel, Cost, Margin, Efficiency

Abstract

The purpose of this research is; (1) Identify existing institutions at the local level that can be utilized in the implementation of the integration of cow and palm oil based institutional capacity. (2) to analyze the perception of farmers towards institutional support system integration cattle and palm oil . This study was conducted in Pelalawan, Riau province, exactly in the three groups which apply SISKA program and did not apply this SISKA program. The method used is the census. Total sample of 35 farmers consisting of farmer group chairman, secretary, treasurer and members of farmer groups. Analysis of the data for the purposes of the first to use the descriptive method, and the second objective Summated using Likert Scale Rating (SLR). The results showed: The role of institutional Extension overall quite instrumental in supporting farmer groups cow and palm oil, consisting of indicator education and dissemination of information are in the category of acts, facilitation, supervision, and monitoring are in the category of less instrumental, while the consultations are in the category enough play. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate marketing channels, marketingmargins of TBS oil palm and to know the part that received by farmers, thecorrelation or relationship between the prices of oil palm paid by PKS withthe prices received by swadaya farmers, as well as the effect of price changesof oil palm at PKS standard with the price of swadaya farmers standard atSorek Satu District, Pangkalan Kuras Subdistrict. This study was conducted fromAugust 2010 to January 2011. The method that the researcher used was surveymethod. The Sampling of the research was 32 swadaya farmers with the ageof palm trees between 10-15 years done by purposive sampling, whereas for tradersand PKS done by snow ball. Based on the results of one marketing channels inSorek Satu and the average of marketing margins of time series data for theyear 2010 was Rp. 245,25, while the share of farmers is 87%. The correlationvalue of the price from swadaya farmers standard with the price PKS standardwas 0.976 and the price transmission based on the coefficient regression valueof b1 was 0,884.
