Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengklasifikasi potensi  radiasi matahari untuk pengembangan pembangkit listrik tenaga surya di Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran simulasi satelit Meteonorm antara lain radiasi global horizontal, radiasi penyebaran horizontal, kelembapan relatif, temperature udara dan kecepatan angin dengan menggunakan software PVsyst V6.87 serta RapidMiner 9.7 untuk analisis klasifikasi decision tree. Metode hipotetik (mean hipotetik) digunakan untuk penentuan nilai tinggi dan rendahnya radiasi matahari dan evaluasi validasi klasifikasi menggunakan cross validation (confution matrix) serta mengukur nilai validasi klasifikasi menggunakan nilai kesepakatan kappa. hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata bulanan pada Januari-Desember dengan lokasi Kendari, Bau-Bau, Muna, Konawe Utara dan Kolaka yaitu Radiasi global horizontal rata-rata 142,5– 156,3 kWh/m², Radiasi penyebaran horizontal 72,4 – 73,4 kWh/m², Temperature udara mencapai 26,8 – 27 °C, Kelembapan relatif mencapai 81,5 – 85,2 %, Kecepatan angin mencapai 1,2 – 1,3 m/s. Hasil analisis klasisfikasi menunjukkan bahwa tiga lokasi paling potensial untuk pengembangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya dengan merujuk pada nilai radiasi global horizontal tertinggi yaitu Kolaka 156,3 kWh/m², Kendari 155,1 kWh/m² dan Konawe Utara 154,7 kWh/m² serta dua lokasi potensial terendah yaitu Muna 148,5 kWh/m² dan Bau-Bau 142,5 kWh/m². Dalam uji validasi model klasifikasi decision tree menggunakan cross validation (confusion matrix) di dapatkan nilai accuracy 64 % dan accurasi error 36%, precision rata-rata 68,33 % , recall (Tinggi) 27,27 % dan recall (rendah) 92,86%. Kata kunci : Klasifikasi Radiasi Matahari, Meteonorm, PVsyst, Rapidminer

Abstract

Stunting is a significant child health issue in Indonesia, where children experience impaired growth, resulting in weight and height below their age average. In 2022, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) reported a stunting prevalence of 21.6%, exceeding the WHO target of 20%. Stunting is caused by chronic malnutrition from pregnancy through the first thousand days of life, a crucial period for brain and cognitive development. Proper complementary feeding (MPASI) after 6 months is essential to meet infants' nutritional needs and prevent developmental delays in children under two. This study aims to develop a mobile web-based system that recommends MPASI according to infants' nutritional needs using the Fuzzy Tahani method. This method was chosen for its ability to handle uncertainty and provide personalized solutions. The developed system achieved 94.5% accuracy, with a precision of 33.1%, recall of 27.4%, and specificity of 85.9%. The system met the research objectives despite lower precision and recall due to imbalanced training data. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results indicated that 77.73% of users strongly agreed with the system, while 1.86% disagreed. This system is expected to assist in preventing stunting by providing more accurate MPASI recommendations tailored to each infant's needs.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an academic service information system based on a recommender system in the Department of Computer Engineering at UHO to address challenges in managing academic documents and enhancing user satisfaction. The methods employed include needs analysis, web-based system prototype development, and evaluation using Black Box Testing to ensure system functionality. The implementation of the User-Based Collaborative Filtering (UBCF) algorithm enables the system to provide personalized recommendations to students, assisting them in accessing relevant information while reducing the administrative burden on academic staff. The results of this study indicate that the system is effective in improving academic service efficiency and can serve as a reference for developing similar services in other educational institutions

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the Passenger Service Management Information System at the Port of Nusantara Kendari by integrating it with Optical Character Recognition technology. This study uses a type of research with a qualitative approach where this research has been conducted at the Port of Nusantara Kendari from August-October 2024. The development of the Passenger Service Management Information System at the Port of Nusantara Kendari and integrated with technology such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) encourages the efficiency of the administrative process, especially passenger services, especially in monitoring and managing passenger data in real time so that it can provide better information data to stakeholders and encourage increased user satisfaction at the Port of Nusantara Kendari.
